Delicious cronuts with a variety of flavours. Bought the 1/2 dozen to taste more flavours! Charlie Brown was a classic and probably one of the best too. Would recommend trying them at least once.
Seriously the best dessert I've ever had in my entire life. I tried the key lime and my son tried the pink lemonade. The icing, the filling, it's like a donut but made from a croissant so you get the buttery and flakiness of a croissant. It's seriously the best thing ever!

There’s literally nothing bad I can say about this place. The donuts are perfect and the staff is always friendly. Also love supporting a local business :)
Several years ago, one of our patients gifted us with the box of these beautiful donuts. I was absolutely astonished at how original and delicious they were. Flash forward several years after they were featured on Dragon’s den and the place has just blown up.
I travelled from Downtown to Orleans on a Saturday morning to lineup at opening in order to get the donut flavours I wanted to gift some of my family members I hadn’t seen for two years. Prior to arriving, I went online to choose out my flavors. I was prepared for the price of$5.80 per donut. For anyone who complains about this please keep in mind that these are not regular size Tim Hortons type donuts. One donut is seriously the equivalent of four donut. Six could fit a 12 donut box size. Each box of 6 must’ve weighed about 5 pounds each . These are also not your regular sugar filled cheap commercial type donuts. These are original, unique and very carefully crafted, custom-made delicacies that look like mini cakes on their own. They had unique flavours such as peanut butter and chocolate, New York cheesecake, cookies, and cream, raspberry lemon, bacon… and each carefully decorated with incredible, tasty and artistic looking creamy decorative gourmet toppings. I believe $5.80 is a small price to pay for these beauties.. But what makes these donuts special is 140 layers of buttery croissant/ Phyllo dough like donut base that is just pure butter goodness that melts in your mouth.
I purchased a box of a dozen of them and paid about $75. Since I don’t visit my family members often I thought that was appropriate. I also purchased an extra one for myself. I chose the peanut butter and chocolate. I have tried more simple flavours in the past and found this one was way too sugary for my taste.. It would be nice if they could tone down the sugar a bit to try to balance, the buttery base and sweet topping harmoniously.. A small detail, which I believe over time as they develop more flavours and perfect their donut, they may achieve. For the time being I highly recommend this place if you want to give a special gift to someone or if you want to have a special occasion treat.
Special mention of the gentleman at the counter who was very kind. Although he had a big line up at 9 AM within the first few minutes of opening the store, he remained very joyful and engaged in conversation with everyone..
I can’t wait for them to open up a store downtown. I’ll definitely be there more often buying special gifts of buttery sugary goodness for everyone. Thank you Holey Confections. My family loved your donuts.

Avoid going if you can. literally watched a man drop his drug needle on the floor causing it to spill out on the floor i informed one of the workers who was understanding and also concerned. When she tried telling her manager he started yelling at her then at me telling me not to blame him for the drugs being on the floor(which i hadnt...) she kept trying to explain the situation to him but he wasnt having it and threw a fit in front of many customers. Mean while a family with small children proceeded to walk through said drugs unknowingly.

I would like to drop a review for the older indian guy from this place. I am not sure what his name is, but he has incredible customer service. He is always happy and makes me feel like an actual customer. The rest of the stuff is also friendly and eager to provide great customer service, and their service is timely.

If you’re looking for a different kind of donut then this is a place worth trying out. We saw a TikTok the night before we were scheduled for a road trip to Ottawa. We stopped by and received friendly service.

The donuts are great but they don’t come cheap. At about $5.80 each they’re a bit pricey but definitely worth every penny. I had the Skor flavour but ate it before snapping a pic of the Cookies & Cream and Jelly flavours that my wife and daughter got.

The hashtag under their store sign says #DietStartsTomorrow which is the truth. Pretty sure these donuts have a days worth of calories in them.

Tim Hortons will always provide you with a nostalgic donut of your choosing however this review is not about the food, but about the staff working here..
Despite the hostile environment that trails in from the Rideau street entrance right next to this location; there is one member of staff that makes this my favourite timmies in the city.
I do not recall his name, but no matter who you are; this short cheerful man will gladly call you friend and ask you how you are. He's all smiles, kindness, and glee.
If they don't have something in stock he's so sorry about it (as if it's his fault), no matter how ridiculous my tea order is he doesn't bat an eye.
He handles everything with a smile and charisma, no matter how bad my day is this guy always makes me cheer up even just a little bit. That goes a long way.

The service at this location is without a doubt the best I've ever experienced. Even if the line is ten people long, it doesn't take more than a couple minutes for them to get to you, and they'll have your food ready in no time at all. The selection is great as well, and the staff are kind and sociable.

Hands down the best donut I have ever had. Lives up to the hype and is worth the price. Don’t know how my family is supposed to go back to regular donuts after this.

Incredible donut - I had the peanut butter munchkin. It's really a takeout location (and well worth it) as there was only one table and two chairs. This is not your typical donut - i think it's called a cronut (cross between a croissant and donut). They have a great selection of very tasty donuts, but if you arrive too late in the day, your favorite may be sold out.
Although you can also get a drip coffee too, you are coming here for the donuts!

Food and beverages are standard. They always have a variety of cakes, pastries, and snacking options. The coffee is normal, nothing special. I loved the croissant and blueberry cakes! The service is quick!
I was gifted a box of donuts from here, so I can’t judge the service or atmosphere. However, I should note that I’m not the biggest fan of donuts since a lot of places don’t do them very well. Holey Confections was different in that regard. I really enjoyed the food here and found the filling in the donuts to be the biggest reason why. I’ll definitely be making a stop someday to check out more of their selection.

I always ordered from Tim’s. Staff always nice and friendlyy. Usually on Saturday less people in the queue but today was exceptional. I decided to orders from apps.I thought will be faster than waiting in the queue. I was wrong. One of customers was talking to one of employees and telling them about her mobile orders via apps. I cant believe what I heard from one of the employees told to the customer that “doesn’t mean you order from mobile apps that you can get faster than people queueing” and what’s the point of us as customers ordering from the mobile apps if you can’t get our orders on time. Do you have a timeline for orders pick up? I wasn’t sure. Anyways, I was shocked that usually the staff was nice and friendly became very rude. You get cheap coffee with cheap service.

I have no problems with this location except the photos I am including show how full my coffee sometimes is. It's only one employee there who fills it like this. If I say something then it is filled to the fill line. Other than this it's a great place. Always polite staff. There was also a problem with one of their debit machines rejecting my card. I have the tap feature turned off.
