Lovely view, cheap prices, nice cake. However, as someone else said, this place is here to provide an affordable option for locals in the old city tourist area. The food and dining experience are very, very school canteen style. Don’t burn one of your Istanbul dining slots here - go to Dubb Ethnic Restaurant instead.

Totally recommend this place. There was amazing view for really affordable prices. We had lunch after our visit to Hagia Sophia and Sultanahmet. You can reach the place also from Eminonu. If you want to eat neat to window you need to wait a little. But every seat have got the amazing view. Food is good.
Food is 7/10 and taste OK.
Price is OK. 85TRY for chicken saute with mushrooms and 130TRY for grilled beef steak.
