Well-kept and run by kind and knowledgeable staff, who are always ready to assist and help. I take all of my gently used clothes and books here.

Great local organization helping poor and needy families.

We always donate here. Always welcomed by nice people.

Sister Hannane made assisting process super simple/quick .
She did everything she could to provide us with every possible help.
Thank you so much.

They need to extend their hours as some of us are coming from far away.

My 67 year old MIL came to visit us from out of state. She loves thrifting & antiquing so I was excited to drop her off & let her go in while I ran some other errands. When I picked her up, she was almost in tears. Apparently, the store clerks rudely told her that she needed to leave because she had been in the store for almost 25 minutes. She had accidentally left her cellphone in the car & had no way of calling us to tell us where she was so she just sat on the street, in a state she's never been to, without a cell phone, waiting. Thankfully a random person on the street let her borrow her cell phone to make a call & the temperatures weren't bad considering the heat wave we've been under.
For an organization whose motto is to "build stronger & kinder communities", it sure failed the mark. I explained to her that not all people in Northern Virginia are like this & to not let her experience deter her from shopping & enjoying the best NOVA has to offer. Mistreating the elderly on the guise of Covid is sickening. I'll personally make it a point to never give to or venture into this business again.

Good place to donate your lightly used clothes. They have very good selection and prices for the people looking for bargains in clothes and other household items

My go to place for donating clothing and children items (for a few years). Donation process is super simple/quick. FAITH has a thrift shop, and also does additional charity work to support the Herndon community.
