Love it except the younger girl in the front is the rudest person I've ever encountered in my life. The way she disrespects immigrants is sickening and borderline a lawsuit waiting to happen.
These guys are all the best. I've worked here for fifteen years and have watched then grow and grow. Thank you guys for all you do

The Auburn Food Bank have a true goal in mind and that is to serve and assist their community, the amount of their intake of those in need and the amount that is needed is a stretch And struggle, now another issue is space..they have very limited if space, and at times you can have people waiting out the door and the line isn't moving for a short amount of time..they need more space and product for the community...I would think with all the new construction that is built and being built one would think with all the excess of buildings that have been vacant for many years, maybe could be useful... location doesn't matter to much since there is transit so they maybe could save some budget..
Very simple Sign up process and the wait time to receive your food is exceptional! Very kind staff too ! Limited parking but I just preplan arriving earlier...
It was impossible to even get help. You pull into this tiny parkinglot with elderly perople sotting in cars blocking traffic, nowhere to park. Took 15 mins just to get to the other side of the driveway. Ended up not even being able to park to go get. What a cluster of a mess.
Friendly, helpful people who treat everyone with respect. It is not always easy asking and needing help however, the workers were very welcoming.

The service was great, people were friendly as heck, and I was in and out very efficiently. I didn't see any dairy, which was part of the reason that I went there. Other than that pretty awesome!

Employees are nice but it seems like they never have anything sadly….. what happens to the stuff that gets donated? Do they hoard it? Clothing is terrible

This store is much cleaner and organized than previously. I quit shopping there for a long time because it was over full and over priced. Popped in one day to look for something very specific and was completely shocked (in a good way) by the changes.0

The store is a lot cleaner than the last time I walked in. If you have any questions The Employees are very happy to help. The prices are pretty good. Go in and take a look around, you may find something that you can't live without.

I have always had great customer services experiences at Salvation Army which is part of why I donate there, however when I dropped off my most recent donation the staff were already setting aside items while I was still there filling out paperwork. Of course it's done, and I know it's a frowned upon thing within thrift stores, but to have it done in front me of was aggravating to say the least. I was tempted to take my donations elsewhere, however I will no longer be making donations to this particular location in the future!

I think this is a great place to go. It provides many different items to the public that people can't afford to shop in regular stoes. All of the low income shops has and is a great place for the community to come find all types of items. I have found many items from college students brand new in boxes or clothes with tags that are donated. I see places like this as a blessing. I also donate as well.
