Almost every time I come here there are bad people in the theater ruining the movie. Sometimes they get kicked out, sometimes they don't. 4 people with tickets and concessions is easily $100. Just not worth it anymore. I'll wait for Netflix or DVD.
Went to a movie on Friday at 12:15 pm. They were fairly understaffed, but I guess most of America is these days so not a big deal. That just caused some extra waiting at concessions with only one person working.

The theatre overall looks clean at first glance, but that perception was about to change quickly. We dropped something that rolled under the recliner and when I went to go look what I found was truly horrifying. It looked like the final destination of a year or more of things being spilled and swept under them. I am sure it is hard to clean under there, but this was truly disgusting. I am not easily bothered or even notice things that are not clean, but I would highly recommend not looking under the seats.

In addition to the revelation, it would become clear that they keep their recliners looking new by applying furniture polish and touch up. The seat I sat in unfortunately had been touched up with way too much product and must not have fully dried. After the movie I realized that a ton of it was all over my favorite performance hoodie and some had gotten on my jeans pocket and my hand. I fully accept that movie tickets and concession stand prices are steep and attend accepting that. Adding $108 plus in ruined clothes makes for a really expensive movie for the family.

Just beware and be careful where you sit and do not look under the recliners.
Myself, my boyfriend and his 16 year old sister and 14 year old brother were treated poorly by a guy with curly hair, an African American with braces and look over by the sheriff on duty yesterday, Friday, October 6th 2023 when getting out tickets checked to go see The Exorcist: Believer at 8:45pm. I am 26 years old and my boyfriend is 22 years old and on the website, it says that you have to be a parent, or a guardian, or if you’re of age, you show your ID and that’s it. Why didn’t they follow those rules for us? What makes us different? Is it race? Is it just that they can be disrespectful and get away with it because they’re minors? Didn’t make any sense to me how that we bought our tickets and the box office girl didn’t ask for our IDs, thus giving us the okay to go ahead and watch the movie. I want a refund and I am never coming to this establishment to watch a movie anymore. It’s only convenient because it’s 6 minutes away from my apartment but it’s not worth it to come back to get the same treatment. I will be calling corporate.
Reclining seats are always a plus, but they had also seen better days. I also don't like having to show my ticket AFTER getting my snacks - are they hoping people come in from the mall and by snacks and don't see a movie??

But Cinemark is a good brand for movie watching, would recommend.
The seats are enormous and cal be fully reclined with a foot rest. Theater was very clean. It is important to know that the theater is fully located inside the mall. There is no entrance from the outside.not great signage I
Outside the mall, but, good signage inside.
This is a great theater at a great mall. It's actually a pretty big theater. They have the choose-a-chair thing going on. One of the best parts are the cheaper movies on Tuesdays That alone deserves 5 stars.

If you’re thinking about going to see a movie in the theater- come here on a Tuesday.
Nice, newer theater with reclining stadium seats. Very clean too. Be ware you must enter the mall and go to the second floor to access the theater and there are no bathrooms after you present your ticket so go first!
Nice & clean movie theater! Great experience, probably one of the best movie theaters I've been to in a while!
