"I recently had the unfortunate experience of visiting Heat Ultra Club, and I must say it was nothing short of disappointing. The tables at the venue are not securely fixed, which led to a table collision and spilled drinks at an adjoining table. The security staff's response to the situation was shockingly inadequate – they demanded that I pay for the other table's drinks as if I were responsible for the incident. When I declined to do so, their power trip escalated, and my friends and I were rudely thrown out. The complete lack of professionalism and customer care was appalling. I strongly advise against visiting this establishment until they address their safety measures and staff behavior."

You have to wait in the queue for long time to get in. There is a Fast queue and a regular queue definitely with a cover charge difference. And don’t get surprise when you find that the cover charge got increased on the fly for regular queue as well.

If you don't want to feel discriminated against, don't visit this place. They refused me entry because of my Cuban passport that is still valid. They only admit you if you have a US ID, which doesn't make sense when the only goal is to verify that you are of legal age. But after reading so many reviews about theft of wallets, cellphone and other cases like mine, I am grateful that it was so because I spent a spectacular night in another place.

Horrible experience, they didn’t let me in because of my Colombian passport. The weird thing is that I entered 2 months ago to the club with the same passport but I was with an American guy. What is this about? Money, xenofobia?

Please don’t come here VERY RACIST my husband got denied entry because of his VISA which literally states he is a resident. He also had his passport just in case of something like this happening and we still got treated disrespectfully. They play Latino/International music put deny the entry to us ??? QUE RACISMO and they’re located in one of the most touristic places RIGHT NEXT TO DISNEY!!! NO VENGAN AQUÍ RAZA

Showed up yesterday night to not be allowed cause I do have a foreign passport, the only thing you need to check is the age not the nationality. Never had this issue before, glad that It didn’t work out cause I had fun few blocks away anyway being respected!!

Fun place with 90s r & b and hip hop. venue is fairly large and highly recommend getting a table as this place gets crowded. Lines can be really long and Uber drop off can be confusing. Just follow the signs. Great vibes, service and fun night overnight. No one in my party got pickpocketed

Terrible experience there. My friends phone got stolen within 30 min of being in the club. You can immediately tell there are people out for your phone and wallet. I’m surprised people still go here after so many bad reviews this place has. Honestly I would think the owners would be reading what there customers have to say and up their security in this place. Will never go here again….
