This was my second time coming and will be back. The salon is very clean and the staff is friendly. Madison waxed my eyebrows and did an amazing job. Evy did my Brazilian and she was very professional and knowledgeable. She made the experience as pain free as possible.

Will definitely be back! I had been going elsewhere for waxing prior to this because it was slightly closer to me, but when they were booked during the time I needed, I tried Sugar Pop, and am now making a full switch. Super cute space, extremely clean and neat, and everyone I interacted with was friendly and personable. I had a bikini sugaring with Brie and she did an amazing job. Highly recommend!

Had Brie for my eyebrows and was just completely unimpressed. She was not friendly what so ever and I had to ask her multiple times to get hairs that were still left around my eyebrows. When I did ask she told me that she only did a half a centimeter above and below my eyebrows but would accommodate me if it was necessary. For 40$ I think it’s fair to make sure I don’t leave with the uni-brow I came with. I have always wanted to try the sugar wax on my eyebrows but I definitely wont do it again, and I for sure wouldn’t recommend Brie.
However Emilie is amazing, she’s the only reason why I’m going back for my Brazilians.

I've been going to Sugar Pop for several years now and my experiences only continue to get better! I had a Brazilian with Brie this past weekend and it's one of the best I've ever had. She is very personable and excellent at what she does. She was efficient, effective (nearly as painless as those can be), talked me through the whole thing so I knew what to expect next and made me feel very comfortable. I highly recommend this phenomenal woman-owned business!

10 out of 10 would recommend! I was serviced by Brittany and she exceeded my expectations. I’m not new to Brazilian waxing, I typically get my waxes regularly. This particular time I had waited almost 3 months due to my schedule and I couldn’t get into my usual wax technician. I read the reviews about Brittany and decided to give it a shot, I was very nervous because I was completely new to the waxing boutique.

Needless to say like I mentioned above, she exceed my expectations. The space was very clean, she was quick, you could tell she knows exactly what she’s doing. It didn’t hurt as nearly as much as much as I thought it would’ve since I had so much hair. I live in the south suburbs but due to how amazing my appointment went I’m willing to take the drive up north just to get my waxes by Brittany.

Iris is the best! She is great at what she does! I have been going to her about three months for acne facials and can honestly say tremendous progress has been made. Iris is the best at skincare, especially acne treatments. She deeply cares for her clients and has the best products that really give results. She uses professional products that are natural and smells amazing on your skin. After a few acne treatments and using her products I’ve had the clearest skin.

This was my 1st time getting my legs waxed. The pain was not as bad as I thought, and the young lady was very nice. However, I didn't leave with smooth legs as I thought. There's still a lot of hair stubble to the point I have a strong urge to shave, but I'ma hold out to see how it goes a 2nd time.

Recently used this place to get my 18 year old son a facial for acne and it was a fantastic experience. Ilda was amazing, she took her time with my son during his facial. She is very friendly and informative during the process. I wasn't sure what to expect at first but I can honestly say we will be using her services again as she did not disappoint.

I had to book a last minute appointment for a wax and they were able to take me the same day! Super happy I found this place because it's super nice! They sell extra things in the back, had a nice playlist playing in the boutique, and Envy took very good care of me. Envy was quick and thorough.

I was very pleased with the confidence I felt getting on and off the table, because I am a plus sized woman the sturdiness of furniture is very important to me. The space is small but it is very clean and decorated tastefully. I received a facial which included a face massage and the removal of some blackheads, the experience was great. My skin felt so good that I purchased the turmeric soap, a moisturizer and serum to hold me until my next visit.

Wonderful experience with a highly trained and professional owner. The space is beautiful and clean. I felt very relaxed. I had many facials over the years but this was the best facial I’ve ever had. Highly recommend this place!! Adrianna will take good care of you, don’t be phased by previous reviews of not great english. I was really nervous going in because I didn’t see a lot of reviews for microblading and I bought a groupon for half off so my sketch-dar was going off but YOLO, I got a face tattoo.

IT HURTS. A lot. I didn’t take painkillers beforehand because she told me not to in order to limit bleeding, but right at the first stroke I was in agony. She only applies the numbing cream AFTER the first pass through with the tool once your brows are somewhat cut into. After that the pain goes away and it’s just an unpleasant scratching sound. Bring earbuds if you car to listen to a podcast or music to distract yourself (music is not recommended because if you even slightly move to the music...well you get the idea. Ouch.)

Overall the place is clean and they use legitimate tools and procedures. I brought in a ton of pictures of microblading that i liked and although Adrianna was honest that her technique was different and she wouldn’t be able to replicate the pictures she said she would try and so far so good. Just mapping out my brows took half an hour and they use a technique to find the proportions your brows should be and they follow your existing hair growth pattern. Even though I was skeptical of the outlines and sketching and wanted to adjust it, I’m glad I didn’t! I’m really happy with how the shape turned out, now it’s just a matter of being patient while they heal.

In conclusion: get the Groupon. And prepare to feel pain.

What I say this was the best wax I've ever had, I mean it! April was amazing. She made the process as painless as possible, and the quality of wax was top-tier. I can honestly say I barely felt a thing! April was also very welcoming, and engaged in conversation with you, so that you felt comfortable. April is amazing! The set up of the room is very welcoming, clean and relaxing! I was very nervous walking in since it was my first time but April does everything in her power to make you feel comfortable and takes things at your pace. The waxing itself wasn't painful in the least and I think its because of the skill and care she takes and the high quality products that were used. My first time getting a wax was a month ago and When I say April makes the process comfortable. And not painful she’s very nice and made the wax easy. So glad to be back! I am officially a Chicago resident again and went directly to Adrianna. She’s so quick and calming and there is very little pain but I still take an Advil before each wax. Purchased a bundle package of waxes, there’s no need for me to go elsewhere.
