We had an incredible experience hosting our wedding at the House of Blues! The Cambridge room offers a unique, vintage vibe that completely matched the aesthetic we were going for. Haley and her team were communicative, direct, and so thoughtful every step of the way. They made sure we understood all the details and helped create a smooth, stress free wedding day. On the big day Haley and her team made sure we wanted for nothing and even gave us extra time before hand to practice our big dance! I can’t recommend this venue enough for those that want a wedding their way.

Well, it also comes with very energetic, polite staff. A patio up top, a wicked upper level with a cozy vibe and some out door seating. I had the shrimp Po-boy and will be looking forward to having another one.

Went to see the Band of Horses concert here. It was amazing. The venue is small but intimate. You can literally see the facial expressions on each band member from any seat. Highly recommend if you are in the Cleveland area!

Absolutely incredible! They performed the Magic Flute. The orchestra, performers, and puppeteers were all outstanding! I would definitely attend more performances in the future.

My 2024 resolution is to better utilize local gems here in Northeast Ohio. The Cleveland Orchestra is seriously one of the best in the world! Tickets and parking together can be very adorable, in the $50 range. Saturday evening concerts tend to be a little more formal but you will still see folks wearing tees and jeans so you'll fit in no matter what you wear. Thurston Anna Friday nights you'll see more people wearing business casual, Saturday more suits and dresses, and Sunday afternoons are family friendly, quite casual.

Could not RAVE enough about this place. We took my nephew to see BoywithUke as his first concert. When we arrived we were told we could not access our seats because the elevator broke and they were waiting on a part to come in. My sister is a quadriplegic so either we tried the ramp or we missed the concert. After talking to the tour manager they allowed us backstage to watch the concert. Then the greatest thing happened and BoywithUke seen us and came and talked to us and took a couple pictures before returning on stage.
The staff provided us each waters and pop while we waited to be seated and throughout the show. They were half the reason the night was so great. Always coming to my nephew making sure he was having fun. Told My nephew how special he was and not even VIP get that kind of treatment.

Great venue. Unfortunately I brought a bag due to traveling from out of town. I was told there's no bag or coat check here while I was in line and 15 min before the venue open I couldn't travel back to the hotel to drop it off in time . I was lucky enough to have another employee allowing me to store it in their staff room. (heads up to people do not bring a backpack, I'm not suggesting everyone to do the same. I just want to thank the accommodating staff that helped. )

Even though I enjoy the orchestra and the sound of the women musicians and choir sometimes it was a bit somber I was expecting some some arrangements to be more livelier found myself bored and falling asleep but still I enjoy the live instrumentation and to see a woman conductor that was very inspiring if you enjoy live music I do recommend this place

Pros: Great venue. Every seat has a good view. Staff is always friendly. Great selection of artists coming through. Cons: 5G (at least with AT&T) is non-existent once you pass security. Their house WiFi always gives me an error message/system warning that the connection is not secure. Even when I connect to it anyway I can get nowhere and it acts weird. So make sure you keep your ticket app open or you'll need to go back to the front to reconnect. Also drink prices are crazy. $14 for a Michelob Ultra? No security visible on the sidewalk out front. Entry queue and exit can be sketchy. The locals know when shows start and let out and they're ready to ask for handouts. Be careful. Also no dedicated parking - you have to find a nearby parking garage.
All in all it's a good venue and I'll keep going.

Severance represents music at its finest.
I'm a full-time DJ and love music, however the precision talent and capability of Cleveland symphony is unreal and must be seen live to appriciate it.

A nice venue for a more intimate concert. Security guys Jeff and Don on the balcony did an excellent job. Other staff that we encountered were pleasant and efficient.

We sat second row in the right balcony (view seen in the photos). Ticket prices for these seats were pretty reasonable. Drinks are expensive, but that’s not surprising for a concert. Liquid Death (water) is $6.

Make sure you check the allowed items listed on their website as they do inspect your bag on entry and confiscate certain items.

Bathroom was clean and well stocked. We would return for other events here.

Had the opportunity to visit the Foundation Room and the Vip 3rd floor. What an experience. The decor was very medieval / middle eastern vibe with some crazy artwork and statues. If those walls could talk.. oh my.. drinks were great and very reasonable. Music was fantastic. If you ever get the chance to go you better take it!

This is an absolutely beautiful hall. The sound is amazing & the seats are quite comfortable.

TCO was amazing as always. I had the opportunity to see Isata Kanneh-Mason perform with them tonight. I was in awe of her. It was a wonderful evening.

The Princess Bride was awesome, the idea to play the soundtrack live while the movie plays is genius. Definitely a way to get kids to appreciate the arts.

Beautiful concert hall with parking right next door. Cleveland Orchestra was amazing and nailed Princess Bride. Hope they do that one again. The ushers were very helpful when my seat was fully blocked by a post. They also found my lost license and called me. Amazing service all around!

Amazing experience at the Orchestra for the Christmas concert. This was my first orchestra experience so I didn't know what to expect, but it was truly magical. The building is beautiful and has so much history and the performance was so moving. I loved that they didn't make it totally secular and included all the classical Christmas songs such as "Silent Night", "Joy to the World" and "Mary Did You Know". We may have to make this a new Christmas tradition!

It was an amazing experience witnessing Cleveland’s own orchestra center. Its majestic and in all ways magical. Fortunately, I am so close that I have been to the center multiple times and everytime I come back with a sense of awe :)

We received tickets to go see Hannigan conduct. We went in blind not really knowing the pieces that were going to be played. As we listened we read the program to gain a bigger understanding of the meaning behind each piece and gained a greater appreciation to each piece.

Fantastic atmosphere, beautiful venue and spectacular orchestra.

This is a must try even if you're not an avid classical listener. An experience everyone should try once.

This is legitimately one of the cultural attractions Cleveland has that is one of the best in the world. Indeed, if Severance Music Center isn't the absolute finest concert hall in America, then the Cleveland Orchestra is one of the best orchestras on the planet. If you are in Northeast Ohio, go to University Circle one night and give them a listen. You won't be disappointed.

The orchestra was beautiful! The whole place felt like royalty and I felt honored as I went to my seat. There was a lot of people but it wasn’t crowded as the building was huge. I loved the piano concerto and the pianist did great.

If you didn't know the Cleveland Orchestra is one of the absolute top in the world, you do now. The Blossom festival is awesome, but treat yourself to Severence Hall and take it all in. Amazing performance by all for Mozart's Requiem. Photo from the Strauss piece preceding

Musically exquisite but lacking guest service friendliness, especially for older folks. The website is difficult to manage and get details from in advance, such as parking options and dining options (they mention it but lack details). I showed up to park underneath, and there was a notice saying only prepaid and passes. I was 45 minutes early for the concert but was baffled at where to go. Street parking was only for 2 hours and taken. I finally went across the street and found a Case lot unattended w a phone pay system, and 3 others struggling to get the system to work. It took me 20 minutes, and about 6 tries to finally get it paid. Inside was a hive w a lobby full of things to buy and eat but little in directions on where to enter the house. Once inside, we had to seek out an usher several times to find our seat, and even they were confused and had to eventually find a house manager who then figured out what looked like a 3 on our phone screen for their Ticket Wallet app was really Row J. So much unnecessary stress and uncertainty for guests, and both of us are not new concertgoers (we work in the arts)! But we are over 60, and most everyone, including the staff, was also. These online solutions can be great but why not make them easier to use? I had been considering subscribing, but now, nope!

Listening to the orchestra playing is an amazing experience. I have been in a concert last week, and decided to come again to hear other acts they play.
They are a group of talented people and they play with a lot of grace.

What an incredible night with the Cleveland Orchestra and Chorus for Christmas 2022. The sounds were so pure and balanced, you could close your eyes and be swept away. The soloist had an incredible voice and the conductor engaged the audience and brought us into the season. We SO much appreciated the selection of arrangements, they brought out the true meaning of the season and made the event all the more enjoyable. Hopefully next year the Chorus will not be wearing masks and they will be less muffled.

What an amazing show and the architecture. Loved it to the core! Didn’t know a building di silent on the outside would be so much lively and well orchestrated on the inside.

I paid $400 for a repass on 12/21/2021at the hall there was nowhere to warm food and we requested a refund as of now Brandell Boykins is refusing to refund our money.

Why the address is not listed?

The outside of the building looks like it’s falling apart, the parking lot with trash. One of the very few places that still has an outdoor telephone although I doubt if it actually works.

I haven't been to the party center, my husband and I frequent the restaurant next door called AnniePs. Delicious food!
