Great customer service with a laid back environment, as you sit across the bustle of the world your meal comes to your table and you can people watch or work from location as there is free WiFi there. They have vegan options and make their own whipped cream- the cheesecake is amazing! And they have Oat milk (I appreciated this little detail!)… lovely place to chill and eat

Strong coffee and lots of nice outdoor sitting options or also indoor seating but it felt quite hot inside. Prices are a little higher than other places but you’re paying for the beautiful location and it’s worth it. Can pay by card and there’s also wifi.

Stopped quickly for a coffee and a cola. It's more expensive than I would have guessed, over 7 leva for the 2 drinks. It's not bad, but it felt overpriced for what it is. The location is in the center and rent must be high, but just didn't seem that much worth it compared to nearby places.
Atmosphere and location is great however service attitude wasn’t the best.
I ordered croissants with chocolate. After about 30 mins I asked the waiter if he had by chance forgotten them. He said that he did not and they might be ready. After 11 more minutes I asked again. The waiter said that they do not serve them anymore as it's lunch. I asked why he didn't say so from the beginning or come and let us know, and he did not give any adequate answer. Later he even told my friend they will not be in our check. Can you imagine if they were?!? No apology, no nothing. This is outrageous!
Service is incredibly horrible, the whole cafe is terribly dirty, no one cleaned the dishes off from tables and they couldn't even offer us proper service and instead said that everything will be served in takeaway dishes. The service is TERRIBLE, the waiter rolled eyes in front of us, missed our order, didn't clean anything whatsoever and was arguing with us. The waiters instead of cleaning were arguing with each other and taking breaks for smoking. The waiter that served us was with a horrible attitude and was super mean. Do no recommend whatsoever
Worst breakfast experience ever. We waited 30 min to be approached by the waiter, even though giving him a notice. He took the order and took another 20 minutes and brought us the wrong food without the drinks and one plate was missing. Then we waited another 20 min for him to arrive. We had to go downstairs and call him. Then another 20 minutes later the food came half cold. Took him another 15 min for us to pay.

It easily became my place since I arrived here, I have a sweet breakfast, a lunch then dinner. It is well located, close to some monuments here and the metro station. It is clean and nice, and the staff is super friendly. All the things I tried have been very tasty. The desserts are amazing and they have gluten-free options, they use natural ingredients.
