Had a worst experience with Dr arslan zafar he is dentist. But extremely rude and non professional he was even unable to diagnose the problem after checking x ray. I would never ever recommend anyone to visit that doctor. Big hospital with poor management and inexperienced doctors.

Then on the same day we rushed to sulaiman al habib bcoz of severe pain and the problem diagnosed and solved.

Very good hospital with all available facilities required for a patient..

I have visited for ob/gyn doctor Natalya, she is best and very very experienced doctor.. too calm and good nature listens to patient very carefully and does her job with very much care..

I am accustomed to visiting the Saudi German Hospital in Dubai, where my experience has always been excellent with appointments right on time and no delays. Therefore, my first choice in Riyadh was the same hospital I've been visiting for years.

First, I called to book an appointment, and it was scheduled successfully. However, a lady called me later to inform me that the doctor wouldn't be coming. I asked her to book me with another doctor, and she rudely told me to do it myself.

I called the hospital again and booked another appointment for 8:15 PM. I arrived at the hospital at 8 PM, only to be told by the receptionist that there were no appointments, and she would book me with another doctor. I asked her when my appointment would be, and she said she didn't know, and there were no specific times, so I had to wait.

The waiting areas are extremely limited, not nearly enough for the number of patients. There's no organization, a lot of crowding, and I had to wait standing, even though patients like myself are often suffering from back and spinal issues.

This was a terrible experience, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

However, if you don't have insurance, the cost of treatment is extremely expensive.

A great facility, surprised at the low scores, my experience has been very good both times. First was my arrival medical check which was streamlined and stress free. Second, for a detailed examination and again, the Nurses, staff and Doctors were friendly, helpful and very efficient. The hospital is spotless and I really can't fault the place. Compared to Australia, they are just as professional.

Very disorganized. Terrible service. I was recommended a specific dr who has a clinic here otherwise I would never come again. In fact I will ask where he is the rest of the week so I can go there instead. So much chaos and angry yelling patients. Long waits and bad instructions. Make you wait for ages then tell you there was another step you were supposed to do first. Then they told me every test in the lab was not approved because something in their system and they didn't even want to call the Dr to fix it. They really wanted me to go back and do it myself instead of making a 1 min phone call to the dr which she eventually did.
I was there for 2 hrs for a 10 min appointment. Hope the dr has another clinic so I don't have to come back.

Hospital Review

I recently visited this hospital with my son and I was really impressed with the level of cleanliness and organization. The hospital was immaculate and the staff seemed to take great pride in keeping it that way. The staff were professional and courteous, and we received excellent care from the pediatrician we saw. The doctor was extremely kind, attentive and answered all our questions with patience and expertise. It was obvious that they cared about our well-being and wanted to make sure that we received the best possible care.

One of the things I appreciated most about this hospital was the convenience of the parking. Finding parking can be a hassle at many hospitals, but here, we found parking easily, and it was very convenient. This made our visit all the more pleasant and stress-free.

The only drawback of our visit was the wait time. We didn't make an appointment and had to wait almost an hour to see the pediatrician. However, it was understandable given that they were busy attending to other patients, and we were grateful for the care we received once we were seen.

In conclusion, I would definitely recommend this hospital to anyone looking for high-quality care for themselves or their family. The hospital is clean, the staff are professional and friendly, and the parking is very convenient. Just be sure to book an appointment in advance to avoid any long wait times.

Actually it was good experience for me and my family to visit emergency department, i got quick service also, place was clean and doctors, nurses were very cooperative , they are dealing with almost insurance companies, prices are normal. but i will give them only 4/5 because of pharmacy closed more than 1 hour and waiting who is responsible there to give me medicine this was in friday, in overall i will visit them again👍
