Dr. Higgins is a kind and compassionate surgeon. His bedside manner is first class and he is honest and candid during discussions about potential procedures and their outcomes. He is a perfectionist and I can’t think of a more apropos quality when it comes to cosmetic surgery. You don’t need to go to So Cal to get the best, he’s right here in Vegas.

A year ago I had a face and neck lift. Dr. Silver is extremely detail oriented and did a magnificent job. This year I had a breast reduction. One of my implants had ruptured. Plus they were just too big. He judged the size he thought would look good and not only are they beautiful and the perfect size but my back feels like new again and I feel so much lighter! It's always nerve racking when finding a plastic surgeon who truly cares about what he does, along with his genuine care of his patients.

Dr. Higgins bedside manners is exceptional with a tablespoon of humor. He explains everything with the greatest amount of patience and in detail. I find him to be a perfectionist and very detailed oriented. During my consultation, I immediately felt a sense of trust and at ease in his presence, surrounded by his caring energy.

Knowing that he will be following me for One Year, post op, gives me a sense of comfort and confidence in his patient care methods and outcome. As he mentioned in a follow up appointment, "get comfortable" we'll be seeing each other for a year. He truly takes pride in not only his work, but his patients outcome as well.

His staff goes above and beyond to make his patients feel right at home. They never make me feel as if I'm just another case file. They are genuine to the core and are readily available to answer calls if not, to return your call by end of day.

When checking in on day of surgery, it felt as if I was checking into a Five Star Resort. His surgical staff was on point every step of the way, from making absolute sure I was comfortable while waiting for my procedure to begin, along with advising my family of my progress along the way.

The staff here has been amazing and so supportive of my journey to change my body for the better! I am seeing incredible results after only a few sessions. I have been getting laser lipo, and ultra lift on my abdomen (I have been very self conscious of this part of my body, especially as I am getting closer to 40 than 30).. I highly recommend talking to one of the great technicians at Star Body if you are looking to jump start a change in your body confidence! They can help create a package to tone or tighten whatever you feel less than 100% about, those stubborn bits that never really go away despite every effort to work out or diet. It really works, and the way I feel is worth the (shockingly reasonable) price tag.
