I knew I wanted to come back and get my cosmetics procedure done in this facility. Andrea and Nani are always accommodating and great to make me feel at ease, they are very knowledgeable and explained thorough. Im looking forward to finally taking care of my skin! :) ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I went here several years ago because I had some moles that were changing. I told the office and the assistant that I had 4 that I was concerned about. When the PA came in, she was very unprofessional and it was very embarrassing. After looking at the first one, she got up to leave. I told her I had more and she stood with her hand on the door handle and told me to show her. I had to unzip my pants to show her and was trying to get them off, while she stood there watching me. So awkward. After looking at that one, she went to leave again, and again I told her I had more. She sighed and seemed so bothered by all of this. After the fourth, she recommended biopsies for all of them. She couldn't get out the door fast enough.

When I had the first one removed, a different doctor did the surgery; it was in my foot and they put stitches in so tight that I couldn't flex my foot at all or the stitches would tear. It took a month to get stitches out after several visits because it wasn't healing well. And even though they assured me they got all the precancerous cells, they didn't and I had to go to a skin cancer doctor to remove it all. I went to another doctor to biopsy and remove the others. Do not recommend this clinic.

Scheduled you like a month from the date of calling them for booking on a weekend.
Then notifications go straight to junk box no phone calls whatsoever before they charge you a cancellation fee for 150$.

Huge scam tactic I should have caught.. will have to dispute if we can’t reschedule for a realistic date and apply that amount for the new booking.

Very nice people. I mean, wow. Great first impression as a first time patient. Kind of an odd tidbit, but the couches were the most comfortable I’ve ever sat in waiting for an appointment.

Hopefully the treatment works out and they can help me. There’s a couple unknowns yet, but my doctor-David Sanchez did his due diligence and was very patient and willing to make sure all my concerns were addressed. The nurse was a patient helpful person, too.

I do not understand any of these negative reviews? I’ve now visited Dr Pilest twice over the last few years and each time I have been more than satisfied with his expertise and the service of his office. I’ve had two medical procedures done on my face and Dr Pilest really knows what he is doing! I’ve also had injectables done. Dr Pilest is so kind, funny, and the office staff are always great. People in the reviews complaining about paying a 100$ appointment fee? Really? This office is not some hole in the wall in downtown LA. They are located in a beautiful area in Irvine. Their prices are very reasonable for what it’s worth. And I am forever thankful for the medical procedures done by Dr Pilest because I have had minimal to no scarring at all. Don’t listen to these negative reviews!

Great Doctor and staff! A friend goes here for her Botox. I went in for a fairly large cyst and they took care of me no problem! They can do it all!

Dr. Brent Martin is an outstanding doctor which likely explains the 4 months one needs to book an appointment with him. Never have I had a doctor who thanked me for returning. Rarely, if ever, has a doctor apologized for my delay in the exam room and for the delay in actually being able to get appointment. His "bedside" manner is great and his explanations about treatment very clear. Dr. Martin operates well-outside standard norms of today's doctors, actually displaying care and concern for his clients.

Dr P is the best his field. He helps me stay looking youthful (not fake-plastic like) and my skin has never been happier thanks to monthly Diamond Glow treatments with the gorgeous Jessica! I trust Dr P and his staff so much so that my twin daughters have had laser hair removal and acne treatments and have all their skincare needs taken care of here, and they couldn’t be happier.

Dr Shafa is the absolute best. She is the only doctor I trust with my dysport and cosmetic procedures. She is so skilled, fast and leaves no scar at all! Highly highly recommend!!

I spoke to someone and scheduled a appointment for my skin and someone called me the day of my appointment telling me they do not have me in for a appointment after I had already scheduled so I had to wait until the receptionist call me back to tell me the person that I spoke to did not put my information in. I went to my appointment and Dr. Pravin told me she would be able to start on my skin today and then she told me to go to someone else. Thankfully the other staff members were understanding and were able to get her to refund my money back because Dr. Parvin did not want to help me.

I came here to get my ear keloid removed and the procedure was completely painless. Dr. Shafa was really kind and made me feel really comfortable. I definitely recommend coming here to get it removed. Its like my keloid wasnt even there to begin with. She also gave me some complimentary steroid injections to stop it from growing back. Im really happy with my results!

This store is unethical, disrespectful, and solely focused on money; it shows no concerns for patients. The doctor ("graduated from Iran" according to a Yelp review), does not care about patients. The doctor wears a fancy suit, talks with you for only 2 minutes, and recommends overpriced treatments and will overcharge you. The staff, particularly their Manager (a tall woman with excessive Botox and a frozen face), is extremely rude and indecent and possibly a racist. They are very greedy and hypocritical. And you may be scammed there! I absolutely do not recommend this store!

I’ve always had good experiences at Dr. Shafa’s practice. I called yesterday to ask the front desk a few questions about some skin condition I have, and they were able to schedule me in for a free same day consultation. I didn’t have to wait in the waiting room as they saw me almost immediately. After explaining the skin condition Dr. Shafa asked if I wanted to get the procedure done right then and there and we did it. I just had some cherry angioma’s removed and she was so quick and had such a gentle touch. Barely felt it! So please with the results and the overall experience. Everyone who works there is so kind and respectful :) will be returning for all of my future cosmetic services!!

I had an incredible experience with Dr. Shafa at OC MedDerm. Her kindness, knowledge, and going above and beyond left me impressed. It was my first time getting a procedure for skin tags removal and CO Laser for sebaceous hyperplasia. Dr. Shafa not only explained the process thoroughly but also did additional removals and laser treatments, complimentary! I'm thrilled with the results and eagerly await my follow-up appointment.

I saw Dr. Shafa for spider vein injections, and I am impressed every time I come here. She and her staff are very professional. I will post a video as soon as I receive it. It’s so satisfying, watching your spider veins disappear, right in front of your eyes! I’ve been to a lot of dermatologists and I recommend Dr. Shafa for everything aesthetic as well as preventative. The best part is that your spider veins do not come back. Every treatment I’ve had on my legs, has become more clear and that was the goal.

Let me first say, Dr Pilest is friendly, personable, approachable, professional, and, at least on the surface, sincere about wanting to improve appearances. Of course, it comes at a cost. A big one. I've been to that office more times than I can count, starting when I was just about entering High School. I was cursed with acne. Later, it would turn into Rolling/Boxcar Scars. Over those years, I've endured countless painful treatments that included chemical peels, laser treatments, etc. More recently, about a year ago, a series of Subcisions, Platelet-Rich Plasma treatments, Dermabrasions, and lastly, as Dr Pilest referred to it as "Icing on the Cake", Bella Fill. These more recent treatments and in-office products purchased, not including the countless treatments when I was younger, costed thousands of dollars. Upwards to ten. I had my doubts from the beginning. I really didn't want to step foot into that office again, knowing full-well that results were not guaranteed. But I capitulated to my mother who was adamant about it to the point of frequent confrontations. Of course I was grateful. Of course I had hoped for results. But unfortunately, despite being VERY careful for over a year after these recent series of treatments, minimizing sun exposure like a hermit, and applying sunscreen and constant moisturizers, the scar-reversing results were not even satisfactory. It might've actually made the crater-looking scars more noticeable in some respects. In other respects, yes, these treatments certainly have tightened the pigments overall appearance. But you can't make a crater look younger, can you? Please refer to the uploaded picture included in this review that was taken on Oct 4, 2023. The sun exposure in the picture results in a shadowing effect. This makes the scars look much more noticeable in those types of conditions. In conclusion, if you suffer from Rolling/Boxcar Scars, please consider carefully how you proceed, especially if you're not some movie star with huge sums of money in some account just screaming to be circulated. I didn't have much luck, but you might.

When I called asked about laser treatment over the phone I was told between $350-$950 . (Check yelp same pricing there) They charged me $100 over the phone and didn’t mention non refundable. I wasted my time and money. Kindly asking they should refund the money. This is scam.However when I was in the office I was told over $6000 for the treatment and jot guaranteed results.They didn’t mention that and asked CC over the phone. Doctor seen us less than 5 minutes and told my teen daughter she has severe acne scars which is not the case! However office manager nice and looks like She is running the place doing better job than the doctor!

In a matter of weeks-yes, just WEEKS- I transformed from someone too self-conscious to step outside, to regaining my confidence again, all thanks to their expertise and dedicated care. Despite encountering some confusing negative feedback about them when first researching, my firsthand experience was transformative, solidifying my trust in their kind and thoughtful team. During my initial session, I was filled with apprehension, but Jessica provided the comfort and care I desperately needed and I’m so grateful for that. The whole team is very gentle and kind, couldn’t of found a better, more comforting place than this.

I chose to go to this clinic because they were able to see me right away and I wasn’t willing to wait 2 months for an appointment with a dermatologist. The staff was very sweet and helpful. I was seen by Doctor O. He had a very calm demeanor and seemed to know what he was talking about. He discussed treatment options for me and laid out an entire plan including alternative options if the original plan didn’t work which gave me peace of mind. Fortunately I saw great results with the first treatment he suggested and did not need to go back. Highly recommend this place.
