It was horrible.
- I booked online with a coupon and then had to change the date to which they did not honor the coupon even though I was informed by a corporate member that it would work.
- I was able to get a partial discount credited towards my order.
- upon arrival, we did not have one singular host but a group of girls who were trading off the clipboard with no information of what was happening.
- my daughter’s birthday room screen did not even get changed to her name for over an hour into the party and having to ask multiple staff members multiple times.
- The giant bottle of hand sanitizer was empty and not refilled even when asked.
- The host once it eventually was just one staff member was not very present. I am unsure of what the host’s job is for a party. I assumed it was to host the party, she was instead a half committed waitress. She had no idea what was going on half of the time. I don’t think it was her fault as she had stated she was covering our party for another coworker.
- for over $300 total, we only recieved 7 of the 10 wristbands, 2 pizzas (which were alright) and room temperature water bottles. They weren’t even cold. For the amount of money I had to pay for this party, I was severely disappointed.
- My family and I had to do all the cleanup. We were ushered out of the room almost 10 minutes early.
- The place is completely run by teenagers. I think there should be actual management somewhere or at least an adult supervisor. The experience I had was probably the worst experience I have had anywhere. I hated every moment of this party.
- The party room was so hot that the guests were sweating compared to the rest of the place.
- it’s just a place where the workers don’t care and it shows. My daughter didn’t even get her free park return pass as they promise to the birthday kid.
We now have a membership and I love bringing my kids. Everyone always has a good time.
Love it here! We have had my son's birthday here 2 years in a row. It's one of our favorite spots for rainy days during weekends or school vacation. if you go just for the jumping and such, the prices are good. If you add in game cards for arcade games it can be pricey. If you or your child get over or overstimulated, this can be a very overstimulating environment. Lots of noise, people and flashing lights.
Great place to bring the kids. Have the memberships which is an amazing deal per month, and take my son and niece every weekend. Highly recommend if you need a cheap, fun place for the kids (and secretly the adults) to do on the weekends in Bangor.
When I went with my friends my friend wanted a cup and the worker said OK bye and flicked her hand at her, all she wanted was a cup. The water fountain made me even more dehydrated. Overall very nice and fun definitely would go again with spare money!
Had an amazing time at Urban Air. Will definitely go again. 4 out of 5 because the price is a little to expensive for the arcade games.
I love this place! I go here often with the kids. We had a family tragedy happen and needed a place to go for a birthday party. Dennis was VERY accommodating and the sweetest during a difficult time. I recommend throwing your kids' party here.
Took my three grandchildren here ages 8,10, and 13. They had a blast. We stayed 3 hours and would have stayed longer if I had let them. There is definitely something for everyone there. We did the ultimate passes so they could try everything.
