Just had our daughters birthday here. Ja'leia (probably spelled wrong) was fantastic. She was patient with the kids and on top of all of our concerns. Kids had a great time thanks to her.
It’s a cool place to just take your kids to play around in. Do not rent a room to have a party here! It’s not worth the money at all! I paid $700 for the ultimate package so the kids can have the full experience to do everything that also included 6 pizzas, 3 pitchers and a chicken tender platter. The pizza came out cold didn’t taste well, the chicken tenders were cold too and when I asked for condiments for the tenders the host came back with 3 ranch sauces from Wendy’s and said that’s all they had left so we had to eat dry tenders. Again the place is cool just for a regular day but renting a room here and including extra food and etc is so not worth the pricey amount that they charge.
Absolutely the worst customer service! I called today to inquire about planning a birthday party for my son. When I asked about a menu, I was told a menu isn’t given until AFTER a deposit is paid! How are you supposed to plan a party when you don’t even know the food that’s available to you? That’s totally ridiculous! All they could say was that’s the policy, then as I tried explaining I might have dietary needs that require me to see the menu. What is the big secret? There is NO REASON why a customer shouldn’t have access to the menu before hand. That’s a big part of planning a party! It wasn’t just what she said, but HOW she said it. She was very short with me, very rude and then just hung up on me! That is NO WAY to treat a potential customer!
Really good value, lots for kids to do. I like the staff were pretty chill, didn’t interfere with the play and rules and regulations which is great. Bathrooms required more maintenance but I’ve seen worse I guess.would be better if VR Had more devices working. Would love to come back!
My daughter and I loved this trampoline park. It’s spacious, and fun. It’s not just a regular trampoline park for kids, adults are welcome to enjoy themselves and relax. There are many different areas to explore such as the ball pits, arcades, mountain climb , basketball court and hikes. The experience with staff is somewhat satisfactory. Wait time is short no matter how crowded it gets. The food is expensive and there are certain areas that needs tweaking and organization such as the restroom among other areas. Overall it’s a very good experience.
1st time here celebrating my Lanibear 2nd birthday. We had a blast. My knees hurt lol, but I'll do it all again for my granddaughters. They are my world 💞💞
The kids love this place. It’s for them. It’s what you would expect. Loud, crowded and full of birthday parties. What’s a kids party without some crying children. The prices okay for free play. Do you best to stay away from the arcade machines. Food options are what you should expect at a kids place snacks, pizza, chicken strips, ice cream. A water will cost about $3. If you have a group of kids that need to burn off energy without causing damage to your house, bring them here
Very dusty and dirty and unsafe. I’ve come here once with my oldest for a birthday party so I decided to come with my oldest and youngest. My youngest is 2 so I went with her through the tubes. Wow was I disgusted. I wouldn’t come back unless they made changes. You can see the hole in the one picture in which a child can literally fit through and hurt themselves. There were chips and chip bags, spilled juice and cups. And in these pictures you can see caked up dust. Also purchased a $1 box of Swedish fish for $5. Gave two stars because my kids enjoyed themselves.
