Brilliant food at an awesome price. Large portions and a nice chill atmosphere. The staff in particular are very friendly and are there the instant you need them. 2nd time visiting and wont it be my last!
Really good, people really kind and talkative, the pizza is tasty and fresh.
It took over an hour for the food to start to be made. We rang 4 times and each time the phone was answered and put down, so we couldn't cancel. When the food eventually arrived (a fully vegetarian order) they'd put chicken nuggets in the potato tots box. We found this out when my husband (a vegetarian of 20 years) bit into one. To make matters worse, when I complained to Papa John's customer service, the good will gesture was an offer code for a free side next time we order! Absolute joke!
I came here when I was just a student over 13 years ago. I have moved away but always brought people back here when visiting. It's one of my favorite places, reasonably priced and great customer service.

They add a 10% hidden service charge. If you want me to pay 10% more, increase the prices instead of springing a hidden charge on me when it's time to pay. Very deceitful, won't be coming back.
as an Asian hungry and chancing upon this place this rates 0 in terms of authenticity and the “ramen” tasted pretty terrible

3 days ago I order my pizza. Unfortunately still waiting. Phone they didn’t pick it up on time. Phone waiting time 30 mins and 12-15 times need to call. When they pick it up store manager told me they don’t have any order. I request for the refund and I still waiting.
I don’t recommend this place at all.

I mark my words, this is one of the worst restaurants I have been in years. Service is quick, which is not surprising considering that such an awful food can only be "cooked" only in a careless hurry. Even the soy sauce is bad. The only positive point I could think of is the quantity, but in front of this gooey mess we were not even able to finish our dishes. I don't know how the place did to get good reviews in the past, but today, you should not waste your money and hurt your tastebuds at the same time.

The food was amazing honestly, it came out perfectly hot, i ordered the one bowl; ramen, bone broth and beef. The meat melted in my mouth which i didn’t really like but had a good taste overall, the broth was perfection, so pure. the noodles were thicker than expected but very good

Always superb. Hard to find a better wrap. Never fails to impress. Simple concept executed so well. Can't go wrong at Picnic 🙌
The spicy chick pea wrap was really tasty and had just the right amount of seasoning. Would recommend trying the fresh juices, too.
I will say we always enjoyed the pizza from this place, however, the latest order we made will likely be our last, whilst eating my girlfriend noticed a spider had been cooked into the pizza, safe to say we didn’t continue to eating, tried to call the store several times over a 3 hour period, when they finally answered we where asked why we didn’t tell them sooner, store wasn’t any help so we went online to report it and it took two weeks for them to agree to give us a refund.
I understand that sometimes these things can happen but the service we received when trying to deal with the issue was a bigger put off than the actual issue.

Love this place - so good for a healthy dinner, a quick easy bite after yoga or a gym class or just after a long day when you can't be bothered to cook for yourself. Lovely staff, affordable prices and quality tasty, healthy food - a regular for me. My son loves the burgers and fries, I love all the poke bowls and to be fair will happily eat anything off the menu. Must visit
I’m never ordering from this establishment again. I’ve never had any issues before but tonight I’ve waited over 2 hours for my pizzas to arrive and still nothing. Too top it off they won’t answer their phone. This is unacceptable!
Very busy canteen type Chinese on Berry street. Very good Ho Fun and seaweed kohowever the pork dumpling we had were not good. Just had a weird taste. I would definitely go back.
I wish I would have read the reviews before ordering. Ordered 2 pizzas tonight and found them quite tasteless. Ordered the Philly steak and it was basically a cheese pizza with about 4 pieces of steak on. Several pieces had no steak at all. First time trying Pappa John’s and sadly think it will be the last.
Fantastic food, great value. Been in today and although an item of food was missing, I went back, they cooked everything fresh again and gave us some dessert for inconvenience. Great service and would highly recommend.

Looked nice from outside and didn't disappoint! I had the skinny wrap and quinoa patty, and I felt full, satisfied, and content. Husband had halloumi wrap. Great service, excellent menu variety, and cool swing tunes. Will be back.
Nice small place for a quick bite in a convenient location. The food is made with care and tastes good, vegetarian options available, and different price ranges too. Staff very quick and efficient even during very busy hours. The only thing is that the last time I went the music in the background was so loud it was hard to have a conversation, if you go there to chat with a friend while eating something light. Other than that, no issues at all!
Loved this place! It’s a cute little space and very welcoming. They offer many tasty options to choose from - most of which veggie or vegan. The portions are generous and the prices very reasonable. I love their hand cut chips and the staff is so nice :)
