ever since this Starbucks has closed for remodeling and reopened and has become the worst service ever you asked for something they do not get it right they’re not polite at the drive-through window and I will definitely not be coming to this location any longer
I don't think my order has ever been right. I order straight off the menu without specific changes and its always a guess on what actually comes out.
As we were waiting for our dark roast coffee for 10 minutes with no one in the drive thru or in front of us. There was a person trying to clean the sit down area sweeping up the floor and using that same broom to sweep off the table tops. It was a horrible experience!!
Horrible and slow service. Waited 20 minutes inside, cancelled my order. For the amount of money they charge for a coffee I shouldn’t have to wait that long. Never again.
Terrible service! Waited 30 mins in the drive thru for a refresher and sandwich then received my drink with boba straw with the wrong top. So of course I had to drink my drink with the top off! Will never be back. Thanks alot
I’m oddly obsessed with the vibe of this drive thru but even more with the service and the consistency of this place! The baristas are amazing and my drinks are always on point! Other locations drag and the line seems like forever but this location is always fast and efficient! Love love love! I will drive out of my way to come to this location always! ❤️
Not to be rude but this Starbucks kinda sucks. Multiple times I’ve gone there I’ve ordered drinks with sweet cream cold foam and I never get it. The one time I get sweet cream in the actual drink to ensure they put it in there it’s made with like 99% cream 1% coffee. Like come on…
Coffee lover! Really nice coffee place to go sit down with friends and family. Also really nice and chill to study for school or read a book! Coffee and bakery is really good, just a little pricey, but still a very nice environment! My favorite thing to order here is a cinnamon dolce latte with oat milk!
