In this Target location the atmosphere is decent, I love shopping for E.L.F products,skincare and other essentials at this location. However I don't like that the majority of items are behind a locked glass due to shoplifting in the area,as it makes the shopping experience not enjoyable having to ask for an associates assistance every 5 min to get an item from the glass. By all means this Target is small, but reliable as to buy one's needed essentials.

There’s absolutely no point in this target location. The store is so small, a rite aid is bigger and has a lot more options. This store is so limited. It’s a miracle if you find something here. The plus though, this is the first target I have gone to, that did not tell me what I need to buy, simply because they have absolutely nothing.

This location has changed for the better. I loved how clean the store was and the staff were helpful. You don’t have to wait a long time for the floor staff to attend to you when you need something from behind the glass.

I shop at this location for the convenience of Target having majority of things & reasonable prices that I'm looking for! Not all the time I want to shop online & wait for packages that may or may not show up to my door. I like going to Target & getting what I need or want without extra charges or hassle. Also this location is always clean, workers are great, and I'm always safe! Never had an issue shopping at this location.

This target is pretty much lack what other target has due to limited space. They really don't had anything that I wanted to buy at this location I recommend trying out other target

I have always enjoyed shopping at target. But, the boys at Starbucks are jerks. I went to place an order and a boy approached the counter asked "how can I help you" and as soon as I was about to order, he turns around and walks off and proceeds to do another order. They need to hire people with better customer service. Another lady witnessed what he did and was just as offended. We both left the line in disappointment. I will never order Starbucks from there again. Rude little boys they have behind the counter.

I prefer to do a pickup order on items that I "need" as I am not big on shopping just because. It also limits staff interactions because sometimes it's annoying. I just want to get what I want and pay and get out. With the pickup order option, it's streamlined and less fuss.

I was pleasantly greeted by Maria a staff here. I was having trouble finding diapers and as a parent saving comes in handy and she let me know to price check it. And we crossed in another isle and gave me some more great advice. And finally she had such a beautiful energy. The first person I asked for help was very dismissive, I wish I remembered her name, but I remembered the most important person. Maria made my day

The checkout sucks because employees take their sweet time with each customer and care less how long the line is or customers time. There should be one line for returns and one for pickup items only so the line could move faster and organized.Now I’m careful what I buy to avoid going to the return line. However, the checkout lines on the other side is faster because they have a lot of cashiers that’s why my rating is 3 stars but 2 for the return line.

This target is convenient to me because is close to my house and sometimes they have what I’m looking for but the problem is the employee and management team leader and the phone they never EVER PICK UP THE PHONE. The way these employees work and act is so nasty and rude, they talk in front of you and they don’t care( I don’t give f.. I don’t care, I hate peoples I hate this job) and the manager there and just choose to ignore them. I don’t understand why they had to be so nasty. Complaining for anything and everything. If I ask for Prize match it’s because you have to do it is not me demanding. Demand is way too different than asking nicely. I can match your energy that is not a problem for me the difference I’m educated and I don’t blame others for my bad day.. They never have the zebra and they don’t accept you telling them. It’s really upsetting every time I go I came back upset. I’m not a complicated person I work with people I know how people can be so I know how to behave I have compassion and respect for retail employees bc I’m one. Don’t take your anger and outside problem with people that you don’t know you leave that in the clock when you Clock in you sign a contract and in that contract they going to pay you for you education and well behave.

Was really excited for a Target to come to Fordham Rd. And what a BIG disappointment!!!!. Store is small compared to other Targets. Homeless doorman's greet you every time begging for money. Store is rather simple & missing many things that other Target has probably due to size. Also the trend of locking up items continues here but thats due to the excessive theft in the area. Overall skip this Target & head to the one on 215th which is a BX9 bus away

Avoid at all costs due to lack of staff and how most people hold up the line as we have to wait about 15-20 minutes to checkout all because they’re asking such naive questions. Unbelievable, you’re better off going to Best Buy or Target upstairs

I thought having a Target close by would be great but instead it’s one of those places that makes you feel like a criminal the minute you walk in. 90% of the store is behind locked cases. A majority of the items are shown with a lower price and the cashiers will ask you to prove it by going back and taking a picture of where it was. There’s absolutely no clothes. By far the worst Target I’ve gone to.

TOTAL TECH IS A SCAM. Today my phone was stolen and I was told they can't do anything about it at all. That I would have to continue paying a phone I don't have. As well that I would need to purchase a new phone because they can't do anything. I purchased a phone in September, I specifically asked for just protection on the phone. I let the worker know this 3 times and said once that I don't want the membership. As soon as I leave the store. I get an email about a membership. I go back into the store to speak with customer service was told that the membership was a protection plan.... again I specifically stated I didn't want a membership. They told me that it's the best thing because it even covers devices I have at home as well. I would have to renew it every year for $180. I asked what does it cover about the phone. They told me everything. Clearly not everything when I go in today to figure out how to make a claim. I'm told they don't cover lost and theft. Which is ridiculous because if I'm paying $180 for a membership a year it should be covered. Atleast charge a certain price if lost to get a new one like any other company. Not only that it should be told that they don't cover loss or theft before purchasing. Now I'm stuck paying for a phone that I don't have. Was signed up for a membership that I didn't ask for at all to being with. I can't even use. If I was told they didn't cover lost/theft I wouldn't even have brought that phone to being with. BEWARE OF THESE WORKERS. They love signing people up for memberships and not disclosing certain information. They just want to make a sale.

The Customer service in this location is disgusting. I asked to speak to a manager and they simply said they don’t know who’s the manager. One female cashier simply went to her manager and said IF ONE MORE PERSON ASKS ME ANOTHER QUESTION IM GOING TO CURSE THEM OUT. The manager just walked away and said nothing. The manager seen me there and simply not once ever approach me. I purchased a 85 Inch Tv via online picked it up the next day after they texted me and informed me the tv was ready. They had me waiting a whole hour and kept saying the tv was in the Ware House. when i finally received the tv, they REFUSED TO HELP ME AND SAID THEY CAN ONLY TAKE IT TO THE ELEVATOR. If I’m buying a 85” T.V how do you expect me to carry that? How? If it wasn’t for my taxi driver helping me not even an employee!!! I’d still be at that store waiting.

Target has great deals, and they price match too. The returns process is always so simple. I don't know why they closed out the self checkout area but then don't open up all registers to accommodate the excess stream of people, especially around the holidays. They need more options and sizes for plus size minor girls in the car and jack brand.

It's very simple and small, everything is security locked and did I say secure?? Very limited variety and everything is locked up!!! Iy doesn't make for a shopping experience that's memorable!! I guess the "demographic" has a lot to do with the overall maintenance of the store. Put it like this shop rite is better. Save your time and go to 149th street Target or 231st it's really not worth it. No parking either. Happy shopping!!

Employee will close store 25 minutes earlier then what Google maps says which is 9pm.

Ordered a TV for pickup and when I got there I realized I bought the wrong item. I bought a 65” but I meant to purchase a 43”😅The staff were very helpful with helping figure out my options and correct this matter. I will be returning to this location for all of my future purchases 👍🏾

This being the only target in the immediate area, you would think they could at least be informed as to what is available inside or online. Staff was absolutely no help in finding anything inside their sections. Customers couldn't find an employee to help even at self checkout when the cash registers stopped working. The store and bathrooms were clean enough, and the Starbucks inside finally didn't have a line or a mess in front of it. Wouldn't recommend this target location. Perhaps another location would be a better option.

And that's only because you can't give zero Stars I purchased an Xbox series s online and it said I can pick it up the next day I went to the Bronx location at gateway center in the female employee that was there was very inappropriate very unprofessional without my consent she canceled my order now I expect every penny and not have the tax taken out and not giving back to I plan to go there tomorrow

Sales were awesome, but besides the brother who brought me my TV ,he had no customer service. When I walked to him, he'd blasted the radio to tune out my needs. I had to wait for someone else to ask me for help. But the same man who ignored me was the same man who brang me my TV with an attitude. Overall, the whole point is Best Buys has deals. So, if you can ignore rude customer service. Just focus on enjoying your products at a great discounted price.

This store sucks. Always a bad vibe in there. Guy that opened this morning was cursing up a storm & carrying on about how he hates opening. Not the first time seen this guy acting up. Last time I was there he was being rude to me cause i wouldnt renew my pro membership still had 3 monthes to my membership. So he took the pro magazine out my hands & told me there for people that renew there membership. I think he should be fired. He obviously doesn't have any social skills.
