The manager Brandon needs to learn that he doesn't treat ppl bad and if he can't handle that he needs to quit. Gives me a used broken controller and lies about me purchasing a new one and says policy changed and he has right to give me used one. Brandon gets mad because I call another store I'm familiar with and asks questions. Brandon says I'm mean but yet Brandon doesn't understand I can ask questions if I want. Brandon needs a different job or a better ego

This store has poor management! Items are all over the place and not in the correct spots with the right prices and the management acts if the customer is suppose to zone their store for them to have the correct price.

It's hard to find employees to unlock cases. I was able to find everything I needed and the few employees that were stocking did help me out. The beauty aisles are SO CRAMPED. I felt very claustrophobic and there were only 2 other customers in that section. But overall, my experience was very nice. Clean bathrooms, no lines at checkout, and all employees were friendly.

Terrible. Waited 25 mins in the fragrance dept and no one wanted to wait on me. Asked 4 associates if they would get me someone to help me and they said they would. That is the reason I stopped using the Walmart in Eufaula Alabama and it looks like I am going to have to stop shopping at the Walmart in Dothan Alabama

Great service. Every time I've visited, they are ready to answer all your questions. 3 weeks ago, my daughter ordered a gaming computer, and yesterday, my husband bought the shokz head set. They sound great. This is my best buy store of preference.

They closed my credit card account after six months of inactivity ,which is stupid. No letter nothing.. which made my credit score go down .I went in a few days ago to purchasea Tv but to my surprise my account was closed. I ended up going to walmart Is purchased the perfect t v. I will never set foot or purchase from best buy again And I will tell everyone about my horrible experience

Came in looking for a 4k monitor and the guy in that section couldn't really answer any questions. I found what I wanted and asked the guy if it was in stock but he couldn't really tell me. Offered to order it but his whole attitude was that he didn't really want the hassle. So we left and I ordered it from Newegg 🤷🏻‍♀️

Great experience! I don't recall the gentlemans' name that helped me, but he was great. I have been waiting to buy a new TV for several months, and he helped me figure out the best option. Very knowledgeable and he provided great customer service. We will be back when I am ready to buy a soundbar for the new Sony TV. Thanks for great service!

I gave 1 star for the simple fact I can not leave a negative stars…….. I have never in my life understand how a multi million dollar company can hire and employ people who are so disrespectful and disgusting acting employees. My older aged father went into this store yesterday February 8, 2023 around 3:00pm to ask about something that had stopped working (keep in mind he is a veteran so he was not born with technology) and was treated horribly and made to feel stupid for asking the questions he was asking. Disrespectful behavior to anyone of any age makes me sick. Not everyone understands technical issues or computer problems I am 41 and computer came out as I was a teenager and I don’t understand it so I can only imagine how difficult it must be for older people! Sexual harassment is unacceptable but in this type of establishment disrespect of someone who doesn’t understand computers should be just as important.

Lot of product. Low rating because we were looking for a new radio for my Son's truck. Stood in section with NOT the first employee asking if we needed any help. Lady and register was very nice, left with a Aux cord, NO RADIO!

It wasn't until yesterday when one of the employees I was talking to on the phone, didn't take the time to listen to my question and kept answering it incorrectly.
Zero customer service skills. Waiting and waiting for lady to cut a half yard piece of leather fabric. Finally when another woman arrived with the printer , no apology for my wait and she did not acknowledge my presence. If you don't like your job maybe you shouldn't be there. I didn't do anything to you but ask you to do your job which was cut a piece of fabric. It is called customer service when you wait on the public. We are called customers. Without customers, you would not have a paycheck.
I've had a horrible experience about an hour trying to return an item they returned the wrong one according to the receipt when I tried to get them to correct it they couldn't correct it had two items rung up as I bought two of them and I only bought one horrible management couldn't get it right I'm just out of my money do not shop here and if you do pay extra close attention to what they ring up and how many they ring up do not ever try to return anything here it's not going to work in your favor

After trying for 2 hours to get someone to answer a phone at this store, even human resources, the lady at the door told me they do not answer the phones anymore. Only the pharmacy department and sometimes automotive. This is awful customer service in my opinion. That was also told they still mix paint. They do not! They only say all what they have in the cans. No mixing.

If I could give this place 0 stars I absolutely would!!! Me and my husband use to absolutely adore coming to north side dothan to this game stop! They use to greet us with a smile and a fine “how do you do” but they lacked that today with this one man who was bald and had a beard and tattoos. The moment we opened the door he was extremely rude towards us and gave us short answers when we had questions and in a rude tone at that! He was throwing stuff around too like he didn’t care. If I have to describe his customer service today the only thing he didn’t do is slap me in the face. I have never seen someone care less about their job and whether customers buy or not. His attitude is nothing more than get out the door. Highly do not recommend this place anymore and will not be coming back unless he’s off or fired
Disappointed, my husband and I were just here and when leaving we were told the entrance we came in was locked (it was close to store closing time). We were asked to go to the other exit. That wouldn’t be a problem except for the fact that it’s absolutely flooding outside. My husband and I are capable of walking in the rain and making it to our car safely, but what about elderly or disabled people? Just something to think about…..

Target puck up has switched all the way up. They are the new Walmart. There waiting time and the way they treat there customers is horrible. Get your stuff together Target or we will find someone else to shop.
As far as in-store, I’ve not had an issue. The online delivery is the issue. The drivers are nice, but often times my delivery is missing an item or two. These aren’t substituted items or items that were out of stock, they are items that should have been delivered. Trying to call the store is impossible when it comes to online/pick up orders. You can dedicate 45+ minutes and no one answers, & if they do answer they hang up on you.
I am usually always happy with my experiences at Walmart but the other day, let's just say it was one of those days. I am handicapped ♿️. I don't necessarily 'look' the part cause I don't always need to use a cane, walker, knee braces, back braces, you name it. Believe me, I have them all but try to get around without as much as I can. Anyway, here I am, my body hurting so bad, but needed some things from Walmart. I go get them, of course the self check-outs are all open but full. I look & there is 1 lane...Only 1 with a cashier. I start to walk up but got a phone call. I let the couple behind me go ahead with checking out. Then as I hung up the phone & turned back around to her (I was barely 5ft away from the checkout) she flips her light off & announces "I'm closed ma'am."
I was like seriously? How rude! I have been a cashier & I would never be that way to customers. Everyone deserves respect, consideration, politeness & to be treated like you matter. Whatever happened to 'treat others how you want to be treated'? What has happened to us as a people?

This is the place to shop if you’re tired of being abused by the Walmart employees across the street. You don’t need a bodyguard to shop here. After speaking with a young female employee in the parking lot and being informed I had a store pickup instead of a park and pickup order, a very courteous and professional young man had my tv on a dolly and was headed for the door to load it when I entered the store. Very impressed cause I thought this level of customer service was a thing of the past.

I want to brag on Melissa, today when i was in the store i was looking for a gift from the wedding registry. The item was not where it normally was and she radioed several times for help with no response from the radio. Instead of giving up she went above and beyond to find someone to help. Big thanks to Melissa for helping me obtain the gift i came for!
The associate that helped me out was very kind, knowledgeable, and gave premiere customer service! Her name is Jada. I really appreciate her taking the time out to not only help me find an item, she also gave recommendations on other items as well.

I have to write this review because every time I go this target I’m disgusted by their bathrooms. I can only speak for the woman’s. They need a major remodel. They are always scummy dirty- the walls, floors, toilets and sinks. The toilets and sinks are cracking off the wall. So not only is it gross to look at it’s a safety risk as well. PLEASE fix this target, you can afford it and you owe it to your customers who spend tons of money here.
Great store with friendly and helpful staff. Undergoing renovations currently, but store was clean and well stocked. I am thankful they allowed my wife and I to park overnight near the road. We arrived late from a mandatory evacuation in Florida.
If I could give no stars I would. The cashier was very rude. She had no reason to be. I've worked retail for years and I've never treated anyone like that.
I usually visit Roses for stocking stuffers, holiday gift basket goodies, and gift sets, during the holidays. Holiday goodie are at a good price here. I don't usually visit so much throughout the rest of the year. They sale a bit of everything reasonable priced.The clothing I ignore completely so I really can't speak to that area but the rest of the store I have purchase items from each area. I don't find it necessary throughout the year to visit. I am sadden to hear that they don't treat their employees properly it speak volumes to me. So I will consider how I would like to proceed as far as visiting this store again. I don't support business that treat employee like trash. Yes it's two side to a store but the review is super clear doesn't have lot of emotion just detailed facts and I didn't see any owner reply to the concerns from employee like other reviews bad or good owners leave a reply so the review seem more valid then not since it speaks to managers behavior and pay the review was ignored. I find that in bad taste when you rub a business everything can't be great everyday address good and bad reviews. So I will consider my holiday drop in going forward. I am always very kind to any employees but it's sad to hear they are treat badly
General appearance can be improved. The speakers never sound right. However, it's a pretty normal Walmart experience and the employees seem to let you on their own business.
I love. Wally World. People can criticize it,but as for me the experience was great. I guess if I had any complaints, it would be some out of stock issues and hole plugging in grocery. Specifically the drink aisle. Likely vendors making use of the gaps.

This store is always clean, has great deals, and friendly staff! The Starbucks inside is an added bonus!
If it wasn't the only game in town, I'd never step inside the doors. Their managers don't seem to have control over their employees. Workers don't seem to know where anything is when asked. Don't ever ask one of those people pulling items off shelves for pickup any questions as they are rude and tell you their job is to quickly pull the orders and not answer questions.
Starting pay is $8.50
The pay period is every 2 weeks
These people are horrible do not work for them. The managers are a couple who argue and talk about random people and things at work so when closing you don't leave until almost 10:00. Which honestly is a benefit due to the lack of hours you get. You're expected to do several things while being a solo cashier. You're singled out and while everyone else gets to play around you're forced to do your job and theirs. No complaints are taken seriously and worst of all I've begged the store manager to get my pay card enrolled and she proceeded to tell me for an entire week that that was my responsibility. Well come the day before payday we receive an email saying that my card isn't enrolled and apparently I don't have any hours logged! It is Saturday and day after payday and I'm haven't been paid, do not work for this company do not shop with these people

Went into Target late last night to release some stress. I had just left the veterinarian's office, earlier that day I had to put my dog to sleep and after having her for 16 years it wasn't a good day. As I walked in I was greeted in the women's section, asked if I needed help. But, At the register was a young man by the name of Brock. His customer service was on point. He was friendly and even made me laugh before I left. I spent more than I'd planned but there was no way I was going to put anything back after getting such good service. Customer service is definitely a lost art these days. Thank you Brock, Just going out the way to be a lil friendly made my night better. Remember we all have a story, and it's doesn't hurt to be kind!
Love this Walmart in Dothan, Alabama. The supervisor greeting at the door was priceless.
This place is renovated, and I like how it's set up with the grab and go. Drinks, chips, and small snacks you think you want traveling or on that short break.

Don’t come here before close maybe even 20 minutes before close if you don’t want to be sold anything they just lock up as your walking up. Yes I did arrive a few minutes before close and it takes a minute or two walk around to the walkway as there is no direct path to your store they locked the door as I’m walking up, I knock and they said it’s 8 and that they’re closed but when I looked at my phone it said 7:58 at the front door I told them that but they still said they’re closed but you’re not a restaurant that has to make food or anything of the sorts you don’t have to stay an hour after to do a deep clean maybe some 10 minute vacuuming some slight stocking and dusting and wiped down the two registers you have but nothing that would require to close earlier and prevent a sale especially seeing a customer park and walk up. All you would have had to do is take my card and hand me the game I wanted, no labor involved. But if you wanna close at 7:58 or earlier then maybe put that as your hours not 8 o’clock. As someone who has worked retail it’s a simple and easy task to perform to make an extra sale before close.

Decent store, very small compared to Enterprise or even S Oates. When you go in and all of a sudden a full Saturday crowd rolls in, good luck getting out trying to navigate through the store. Also, the hours are kind of sad for a GameStop. Open late and close early.

Brian did so much to help us with everything we needed help with. At the end of the visit we were extremely happy with the service, friendliness and welcoming attitude we received. We just moved to the area so it's awesome to know we found a good local store.
I spent hours trying to find items with prices on them . I needed to get y daughter a pillow for camp. I went in at 3pm left about 5pm. I was exhausted trying too find everything more than half didn't have any prices so I walked back and forth to reg. Finally I was like let me just ask a manager which price on the pillow fixture actually went to the pillow. .she said we in the middle of something right now and you can read what it said and then I said I can read and all of these signs are wrong but I need a pillow for one of these 4 prices .she was like let me get my scanner to see. So scanner come up with different prices as well so I said we'll would do you need to do...she said nothing .so I wLked away and went to check out. Upset..she comes up to the register while I'm there and said to the other manager. I thought she was up here talking about the pillows when I heard the code. I didn't even look up. She was like she upset because they didn't have correct prices on fixture and pillow and they were in the wrong place. I said exactly and left. They would get 0 stars but the cashier was sweet!
Most items are either out of stock or out of date. Every employee on the grocery side is filling orders for pickup and, unapologetically, in your way, tell you to move and look at you like you have three heads if you ask them for help. I wish you could give them negative stars for a rating.

Lots of parking, Handicapped accessible lots of room inside store. The prices are good and most of the time everything is clean and neat. Some of the employees are just there not friendly but not rude. There always seems to be lots of new items. The store has clothing, shoes, toys, home items and electronics, something for everyone. Their website is easy to navigate, they have a mailing list and a weekly ad online. Gift cards are also available.

Our 11 year old son & we as parents, always enjoy our shopping trips here. The staff is exceptional & always highly informative with any questions or concerns we might have. My favorite thing is when checking out with video games and depending on the rating & if it's rated for an older, more mature person than what our kids appear to be, than they are very quick to inform us parents on the rating and a detailed breakdown of what the video game actually entails of.
