Yeah ... This place isn't a place to go for help. The staff are very rude and ignore the customers even when they are doing nothing. Even when you are polite and ask them for help they treat you as if you are dirt and said something offensive. The store looks dirty and the roof is falling through. Best advice for this store ....close it down or fire all the staff and recruit new staff member who knows what good customer service is.
Chris is a top guy! Very helpful and good knowledge of perfumery. The rest of the team is super also. Will definitely be back again 🤝
AVOID this compant all costs!! I purchased two scents for my family christmas presents. I paid the total by card and without my knowledge or consent, they signed me up for a subscription!
I've only just realised the funds are coming from this company and I'm furious that their team did not notify me of this subscription.

Maya is the best one in this store. Whenever i come here to buy one perfume it ends with two or three. She is very enthusiastic and very good in customer service. She knows very well customer needs. I know her since 2023. She really deserves promotion. ⭐️💫

Horrendous customer experience at the fragrance store today, went in hoping for some help for finding a fragrance but left with rude attitude from 2 employees, one looking confused like girl u work there and the other munching her gum and starting cleaning, ignoring us, ok. I don’t mind for my items from other stores who were happy to help but the fragrance shop, do better at least hire employees that acc want to work.
I was served by Storm who made my experience quick and painless picking colours that suited me better than anything I'd have chosen - thanks so much Storm!!

No amount of product can compensate for a horrendous customer service experience. The woman at the counter was abrasive at best when asked about a brand of cologne. The customer is not doing you a favour by shopping at your store — their patronage is the shop's raison d'être.

I was served by Storm today. Wanted an every day no makeup makeup look and she was very helpful with recommendations while taking in my pov. Glad we found the perfect shade and combo to achieve the look I was aiming for. Very lovely customer service, Storm!
Walk past and you'd think it's closed down. Very shabby looking front without any content in what could be an enticing window display. I only knew it was open when I saw someone leave even though the website said it was open. Went in and there was just me and one other shopper, and this on a Saturday. Not surprising as as I said from the outside it looks closed for business. At least one staff member I spoke with tried to be helpful and was well mannered. Just found the lack of customers a surreal experience.
Sam was friendly, knowledgeable and incredibly helpful when I visited the Brixton store to return to MAC. I’m thoroughly thrilled with the products I purchased; they match and compliment my skin tone, they’re long wearing and the finish is perfect all day!
Three sales people looking at their phones. Buying makeup can be an intimidating, difficult thing ...these salespeople did not make it any easier. Like I was wasting their time. I was prepared to spend some money on new lipsticks and eye shadow and get some for my daughter but they were just so dismissive I walked away
Most Boots stores / services have changed for the worse. Whilst certain individuals can make or break a service, what stems from the top is activated by those lower down. The top isn't that good anymore.
This place is hell on earth. PLEASE put minimum 2 pharmacists in your store. I had to wait in two long queues one by one just to buy to pills. Never coming back to this store or any other boots outlet rven if I have yo suffer a health loss. I'll take me a while to recover from today's torture.
I had the best experience with Tamzin. She helped me find a shade match that made me feel very confident. She showed me a range of options and helped me to find what I liked best. She was genuinely amazing and I would 100% go back myself and would recommend her to all my friends.
The staff are absolutely amazing. The pharmacy staff especially are communicative dedicated professional whilst also staying compassionate helpful and humane in the face of a lot of pressure. Truly such a lovely and effective team.
I'm heading over to this awesome perfume shop today, and let me tell you, it was such an incredible experience! The salesperson who helped me out was seriously the friendliest and most helpful person ever. I asked him to show me a bunch of different perfumes to try, and he did it with a smile, no hesitation at all. I gotta say, I'm really impressed by him. His name is Salvi, by the way. Overall, I am highly recommend this place 😊

I was completely lost and confused in harrods and overwhelmed over the crowd and due to that I separated from my husband in the shop and went with my son to the children’s designers level. The SA in Burberry kids was the finest and nicest I could ever imagine. She noticed that I’m overwhelmed and looking for my husband while trying to entertain my little son, she helped me to entertain my child while looking for my husband. We did not finish buying anything from burberry that day but it reminded me once more of the high quality of service I always received by burberry. Thank you so much lady. I will always remember your kindness.
I like this shop very much because it is a local business selling beautiful art and crafts. The window display is very attractive and the products are very unique! It gives me a lot of gift ideas!!!

As we walked in, Burberry Client Advisor Jimi took such good care of us, he was super attentive and very efficient at his job. We had such a pleasant experience.
I get my repeat Prescriptions here. With other pharmacies I'd turn up to collect my prescription and they'd be unable to find it or only issue some of the requested medication. Boots in West Ealing contact me when the prescription is ready a d then I go along and pick it up. They are efficient, precise and prompt. My only gripe is that sometimes they are short on staff.
I ordered online for collection at Westfield White City. Henrietta rang me to advise my order had arrived, absolutely brilliant service. Totally gorgeous scents and 20% off too.

Genuinely nice and kind gentlemen was trying to help me to find a purse I wanted to buy inside Harrods store on the ground floor (the small Burberry station). Couldn’t find the ine I liked but I was stunned with how polite and respectful he was!

Amazing brand, very well educated and helpful staff. If you're looking some of high level brands, consider Burberry as an option. You probably won't regret.

Fab service from Lydia Chu at Burberry. I bought a cashmere scarf for my wife's birthday from the Knightsbridge boutique. I wanted it to have her initials and wasnt able to go back to the store to collect. Lydia got it delivered to store, repackaged it and made it look wow, then got it delivered to the restaurant that I took my wife to for her birthday. She made sure that it got delivered before we got there. My wife was thrilled to see it get bought over by the waiters as she was not expecting it. Thank you Lydia

Just reopened this week. They have a lovely mix of arts, jewellery, gifts and food all hand made by people who live in Greenwich.
Comfortable space, fresh decor, light space where you can hold a community meeting and feel at home but not...opening soon!
