We came to your store this morning to purchase curtains, and when we reached the counter to pay, you had this employee named “DIKSHYA” who was really unpleasant and very rude. She is wildly throwing our curtains and counting it wrong.
We noticed we had taken a different fabric of curtains, so we need a minute to go upstairs and change it to the similar curtains that we are purchasing. She threw hangers in front of me recklessly. Please check this personnel; it will reflect negatively on your company. The client in the back walked and called the manager to void the item, showing a lack of concern for the customer. Not a single politeness. I highly advise management to investigate the conduct of this employee name DIKSHYA, very unprofessional and no concern at all.

They have good variety and rates are very cheap. The store is divided into two floors, and the first floor is dedicated to clothes and shoes and the ground floor with all other items. Check the quality carefully before you buy. Sometime you would get very good quality products at very cheaper rate.

All Staff are cooperative and done their service well. Excellent service.

Bought a first aid kit. Credit card machine ran out of battery mid-transaction. Cashier used another machine. Ended up getting charged twice. Have been attempting to get refund since November 2023. It is almost February 2024, and I am still waiting...

Packaging was poor.
Pricing was not clear. Different on tag and different of what they charged me which was entered in the system manually by the staff.
Not even clear if purchasing from duty free is worth it. Prices seem to be similar or more than regular stores.
They didn't ask me to update the purchase to my email. When I returned and requested, their response was not clear and the purchase is not updated to my account.
Overall very poor experience

May who assisted me was an absolute delight. Fabulous conversation and small talk during my brief visit, this is what you expect from a visit to a Chanel fashion boutique but to get this service and friendliness from the smaller fragrance shop was exceptional. Can't wait to return!

I visited this boutique today. I wasn't assigned to a staff member when I entered the store. I was looking around and then asked a staff, she said someone will be with me shortly. I waited and no one came.Then i talked with another one , she said wait ! While i know what to buy i just want to finish and go quickly, poor service, not helpful at all , there was only two staff in the store !! Imagine this ! A brand like this can’t put alot of staff to help the customer! All they said wait and wait , so careless and helpless! I was very disappointed!

Inside the Al Quoz Mall industrail area 3 there are different stores inside the mall, selection of goods and services including textile, travel & tourism, 1 to 10 mrket deals electronics, jewellery, cheap rate clothes and electonic items.

If u pass throgh madina supernarket you will fine tea machine at the front.
Most of the items are 1 to 1o
qualty is not too good but price is cheap.

Kids stationary items are avaiiable in bulk.
Busstop is outside F26 going towards equity metro station.

I was very happy when i found out about Grand Barsha, tho I live not very close to it we still manage to visit using our scooter. Just so happen earlier we are no longer allowed to park our scooter where we usually park it. The building security was driving us away like we were dogs.

i humbly ask him where we can park and he started to shout at us and keep on telling that he is profession and its not his problem.

I hope grand barsha management can do action for customer who uses scooter or bike.

After the Recent Expansion of the Store, the movement is now more comfortable and with the addition of more products and variety and I don't feel to go some other store, besides the rates being competitive. We have been assisted by a sales man. My husband accidentally took a photo of him because we are updating our cousin (bag owner) for its repair.

Prior to that, my husband politely asked the sales man if he can take photos of the bag since we are sending timely updates to our cousin.

The sales man then elevated his voice and told us in a very rude manner that he cannot take photos of him because that is his right. We fully understand his privacy but we also believed that there is a right level of tone of voice in telling us so. It is not the intention to take a photo of him as our interest is the bag itself.

This is around 22km from Bur Dubai
I went from taxi up and down and paid around 105 dirhams. But it’s best to go by taxi then struggling to by Bus or metro.

It's pretty crowded during Christmas and New year times. Staff is usually busy but you get whatever it is you came for, take a little time.

I visited this boutique on the 29th of Dec. I wasn't assigned to a staff member when I entered the store. I was looking around and then asked a male staff, he said someone will be with me shortly. I waited and no one came. Then I asked another female staff, she said someone will be with me shortly. No one came so I asked another staff by the door, then he got me a male tall staff. I asked for a specific necklace, he took out three trays of necklaces but they didn't have what I was looking for but I wanted to take a look at the ones there but he try to take it away so quickly, so I asked 'why are you in such a hurry?' He said it seems like you are not too happy!!??!! I said I want to look at it but he didn't seemed to want to help me. Then I looked around at the bags, was talking to my mom and he came up to me and said, ' Do you need anything? Tell me' so I said I'm talking with my mom, I will let you know if I want something else, but he kept pushing me and forcing me. I wasn't too happy and he said he have to look after me until I was finished so that he can assist someone else. I said go ahead and do that.
I felt DISCRIMINATED somehow cause the way he treated me and looked at me. I'm not poor or someone who cannot afford to buy Chanel. He wasn't patient and somehow didn't wanted to help me out. WORST experience at a Chanel store ever. I have travelled around all my life lived in different countries and have never been treated this way. Poor customer service, rude and unfriendly.

Very Rude Manager name Naushad in this branch very unprofessional, and does not know how to handle one customer who has point of view on their misleading items with packed of 2 items and says 25%. He was saying that these items packaged were not meant for selling of discount. So I said they you should have removed the 25% off from the items nor displayed but he was insisting that NO! This is not for sale at all and not for all the customer so I said, how the customer will know each item of you that not for promo if clearly says 25% off.

Dear Management, your manager is unprofessional and doesnt accept his negligence of admitting that he made a mistake here. He humiliated me in the store and turn his back on me while i am still talking to him. Despite of his unprofessionalism i still purchased the items as single price of AED17.99 but hire someone who is professional and worth to receive monthly pay salary instead irresponsible one.

Disappointing service from one of the male servers. He was not educated on how to manage many people and serve people in order.... He hasn't been thought how to say 'please' and 'thank you'. I would avoid this shop after 6pm.

I like this store in festival plaza mall. For me it’s big and has everything you need. You can find personal care products and many things for home, kitchen and etc... And stuff very friendly and polite.

This place is great.. affordable!! Good quality and surprisingly it has most of the things that u need!!! Great customer service. They also deliver products through talabat!! Must visit... Has everything that mostly you would require. To be honest I like the music played in the store. 😝😁 You will find variety of items like face cleanser, face wash, car air freshener, Deodorants, also these caps jackets and socks. And much more!! Some basic electronic items like phone cover, headphones charger wireless, wired charging, screen guard......

they recently got groceries items like dairy products, juices, canned items, pasta and much more. Now they have ALL what a household needs. Also the prices are much cheaper and affordable than supermarkets like union and spinneys.
