Our cashier, Miss Beverly, was incredibly kind and helpful! She made our shopping experience super pleasant!

It would be great if they would have the online pickup on the same side of the store as customer service—why it isn’t is beyond me. The sign is pixelated and easy to miss and once you find it, it’s staffed by 17 year old boys never taught the concept of customer service. Definitely going to a different location next time.

Really sad experience tonight, it's my daughters 16th birthday she needed a new pair of pants for her birthday party tomorrow. We had been in the store over an hour picking out numerous different items including six pairs of pants. Went into the fitting room and unfortunately none of the pants fit ran back out to grab another pair and was told we could not go back in since it was 8:01 and they close at 8. I explained to Cora the lady at the counter It was my daughter's birthday and she just needed to try on this last pair of pants for her party and she very rudely said the sign says we close at 8. After checking out of the stores spending over $250 and not getting the pants we came here. I asked to speak to a manager and was told the manager had just left and Cora is one of the leads that would come talk to me so decided to leave a review instead, shocks me that they would actually hire someone like that with no customer service as a lead at their store. And I get it there are rules in place for a reason but since we were just in the fitting room and ran out to get another pair gone for not even 2 minutes seems a little crazy especially with the circumstances. Hope Cora gets a lesson in customer service because today she was HORRIBLE!!

Been coming here once it’s close to my work. Each time the staff is always friendly. Never had any issues with cleanliness. One of the best Walmarts I’ve been to.

I have been coming to this Walmart since 2003 I hate this store anymore I was in here buying laundry detergent which they take to customer service until your ready the lil jerk that brought me my pods turned up the sound on the register saying to me I'm turning it up because people sometimes forget to scan but yet he didn't turn anyone else's up. This is just one incident. they DO NOT LIKE ASSISTING THE CUSTOMER in this store. The staff here is mostly horrible employees very few and I do mean very few of the employees are polite or helpful.

Decent store. Generally pretty busy. Some items you have to wait to get because they are locked up due to shoplifting and californias laws that fail to arrest people if it’s not over $1000. It has less food items. Than other walmarts that I have been in, but it is generally a good store.

Love this place and variety of items plus the seasonal stuff makes it even better!

The store is always nice and clean however I store shop for customers on different platforms and I dread going to this location the customer service is horrible. Staff is always so rude, no smiles and always lurking around to see if people are stealing.. i totally get it but most of us are just trying to get out the house and get some shoping done. I don’t like to write a negative review but after today im beyond annoyed

Employees were rude and the security guard was extremely racist, making my black husband leave the store while we waited in line to check out and he went to grab the baby powder we thought would be in the baby section but wasn't. I find it interesting that this wasn't an issue the whole hour and a half we were in the store prior to him running to grab that one item alone and explained to the security guard it was a diaper bag for his son and he was grabbing baby powder while we waited in line, to which he was called a liar who didn't have a baby and needed to leave. My husband asked if he was serious and security told him he could not speak to him that way. Funny how when my husband was carrying our son out the security guard tries to tell him if he had said he had a baby then it wouldn't have been a problem once he had other employees, like asset protection saying he was fine to carry a diaper bag for a baby and he should not have been told to leave the store. This is extremely dangerous behavior on behalf of your team and could have easily ended with my husband being hurt over your employees racism.

An excessive amount of this store is in locked displays or otherwise requiring an associate to access....except it's almost impossible to find one. I understand wanting to prevent theft, but this is out of control.

Fun concept: the more you crack down like this, the more you drive away honest customers. The less honest customers in your store, the more theft you get as those honest customers are often a deterrent.

This Walmart can enjoy reaping what it sows as I will never come back to this location. I doubt I'm the first.

Large store with a massive selection of many products with excellent every day deals. Having the Target Circle Rewards is another benefit to doing your shopping that will save you money over time. The toys/collectibles always are picked over and gone through. The toy lady with the curly hair sets aside cases on her cart for dealers/scalpers of the newest, highly sought-after items. It's really disappointing because it's not fair to the other customers. There's always a good selection of merchandise, store is clean and employees are friendly & helpful, especially the cashiers when coupons don't scan or there's an overcharge. I wish they would open more registers. Sometimes it gets really busy and the self checkout line is a mile long and there's only 1 or 2 registers out of the 20 or so that are closed.

Beware of a Cashier named SONIA. It was the worst ever customer service in US. She refused to apply a $10 reward after the payment was done and mentioned that we are not respecting her time. When my wife said the customer service was not expected, she said it goes both way. She was rude and extremely arrogant. After multiple complaints, The manager apologized on behalf of her. We called the store and filed a complaint as well (although I doubt it will have any impact). The cashier should undergo a training and if she continues to be such an arrogant and obnoxious person, she should not be in the customer service and find other job.

Friendly cashiers, lots of selection of clothing for all ages, clean and organized, overall found everything I needed and more!

First I really used to love JC Penney. I grew up going there. I worked there once too. Today I walked in and was bombarded by PRIDE stuff. I’m a Christian and I have learned God considers homosexuality a sin. I pray daily for these people who have been abused and taught it’s ok. 🙏🙏🙏. I almost walked right back out the door but I had a gift card. So I bought a shirt and shorts for my husband for Father’s day. Unfortunately it cost me over $60. That’s insane!!!!!!!!!! For 2 items not even worth going back. This makes me so sad!!😭. I was glad Sephora was gone though. I was looking for Bermuda shorts with bling on the pockets and can’t find them anywhere anymore 😭😭😭even some colored stitching would be nice. Thanks for listening

Went to this Walmart about 2 weeks ago for baby formula in the evening and there was one pack left in a locked case. A lady said she would get the formula and take it to the front even though I offered to put it in my cart she said no it will be at the front for you. I Once in the front the employees could not find the baby formula and it was no longer in the case. They asked me if I knew the lady's name and I told them why would I know the person's name I don't go around asking employees their names. Nobody could find the formula that the lady brought to the front for me and I waited about 45 minutes as they looked around and it seemed like nobody really wanted to help. The manager was there at the time and she kept asking the workers does anybody know where the formula is however everyone just shrugged and said this is where we put the formula and it's not there. The frustrating part is that the formula is in a locked case and you have to wait 30 minutes for an employee to come open it. So it's a waste of time trying to find baby formula at this Walmart and then be careful when they do find it they'll turn around and lose it. Spent way too much time looking for baby formula had to get home to my family. Ended up going to Fry's where I should have gone in the first place. I understand people have stole formula in the past however come up with a better option for those families who are actually looking to feed their babies. I shouldn't have to wait at a lock case and then look around the store in the front and all the shopping carts and customer service for formula that was there when I asked for it and then gone when I went to pay. Maybe consider your employees may be stealing or something why would it just disappear when it was there?

Very disappointing. It's no wonder their business is dying. What kind of business in 2024 doesn't open until 11AM? Losing out on at least 2 hours of sales per day to other businesses that open at 9AM has to hurt their bottom line!

My mom was looking for attire for a wedding she's attending next month and Debra who works there was incredible with her. Great employees make great stores and Debra is amazing. Thanks for everything Debra!

Ordered a new router from Target, closest available was on 7th St and Bell Road. Order stated 2 hours but was available for pick up within the hour. When arrived it was less then 3 minutes between request of product, confirming and walking out.
Staff was friendly and efficient, store was clean, moderately busy (late afternoon on a Monday).
I would choose to shop this store regularly.

I went to this location to have some printing services completed. I really wanted this to be a positive experience, but unfortunately it was not. Working with two different people, the print staff was inexperienced, unprofessional and rude to both me and my husband. I would not recommend printing anything at this location especially for your business.

Morghan was amazing she was super busy but took the personalized time to help me get the presentation printed for the big interview. Were going to land the job together Cheers to you Morghan!!! Ps managment make this young lady a shift leader you wont regret it.

Is the second time I have issues with the printer in this location. These both times I have asked for help for my homework, and when I do the general manager seems to get bother and give an attitude. Therefore I did not allow myself to be disrespected or especially an associate to be very unprofessional. I asked to speak with manager and he said he is the manager and provided his badge and asked me to leave and come back tomorrow for pick up. However I reminded him I need my homework for my school tonight and he said this will be the last time and for future to do it online. I have NEVER been disappointed with office max especially that I utilize them for college and this time was just so upsetting and hurtful.

Went into OfficeMax to get a mouse. Couldn't find it so asked young guy up front. He lead me directly to the mice and I quickly found a logi 650. Appreciated his quick, on-spot and courteous service!

The X and her roomy broke their vacuum, so I ordered them a new one online, next day store pickup. I dropped it off at their apartment b4 they got home from work, so I didn't have to deal with anymore of their drama! Good Look'n Out!

They had a great sale going on today on the very things I was looking for. Angela who rang up my items was so nice, friendly and had such a beautiful smile. I really enjoyed the chat while she checked me out. This was the JC Penny's on Ray Road

had a great experience with Mike the store manager at the Printer Kiosk with quick turnaround and he went above and beyond to help me with my request.

We usually love to go to Homegoods but today was a complete disaster. We had bought a desk for 130, discounted to 115 due to scuffs here and there. All good so far.
After paying, they offered to load it to our car, which sounded great!
We pull the car up, open the trunk, and BOOM! The staff guy lifts our desk without care and the drawer falls, with all the ball bearings flying everywhere!! Manager comes out and I ask if they can offer it to us since it’s beyond repair. She replies we can lower it to $70. I couldn’t believe it!
I decided to just return it and they refunded. Lesson learned, next time we will handle our merchandise ourselves.

My husband tried to return a bike here last night, and even though the corporate office gave us the ok, the employee Jolene flat refused. She was so rude! When we went outside we also found MY bike was stolen! Jolene refused to contact anyone for help, and she told other employees not to do anything either. Said they weren't allowed. Officer Dobbs just happened to be there and not only helped me but bought a new bike for me! He really saved my livelihood because I need a bike to get to work! Thank you again Officer Dobbs! I won't forget your kindness!

I'm from MN, now live in AZ, we love our TARGETS! Clean, well stocked stores, always have what I need, and very helpful associates. Return with receipt was quick, and associate was very gracious.

you can get any selection of lead pencils you want AS LONG AS IT IS A NUMBER 2.0. The normal place you would go to purchase a nice pen and pencil set would be Office Max right? Wrong, they don't have any.

I was born and raised in this area. This used to be a nice classy store. Within 2 years, it went ghetto. The quality of clothes are not the same, the clothes are all over the floor, employees are 16-18 years old running the store, no professionalism, Mexican music during Christmas, no Christmas music, and the people were ghetto. I was shocked. I’ve gone to this location my whole life. I’m disappointed and disgusted. Our city has been ran down to trash. It’s unbelievable!!

I am never one to write a review but I think that this situation is so important to share. I went to Target to grab a few things after work. As I was walking around I started notice people following me or appearing by me consistently . Now this have been a complete coincidence but I just had a feeling I was being followed. When I got to the register I asked if I could have someone walk me out to my car and explained the situation. The response I received from the team was above and beyond. It would have been so easy for them to have someone walk me out and just move on. However what they did was so much more. I was immediately approached by their security officer who was fully aware of how I was feeling. I had to use the restroom - usually it can take sometime for a team member to get freed up to help so I usually have - however the officer was there before I even finished checking out. I asked if I could use the restroom first and the officer was so attentive to this, she walked me to the restroom, staying with my buggie, and stood right outside so I would feel safe. Then she explained a man who was by the door that I thought looked suspicious (At this point I was so paranoid I thought everyone was in on it) and she could immediately tell and quickly told me that he was her plain clothed Supervisor. She walked me to my car, stayed with me while I loaded my groceries and only walked away when I was sitting in the drivers seat with the car turned on. However, the Supervisor stood outside watching the whole time which I was so grateful for. The immediate response that this store provided to me and the amount of concern and professionalism I received. My night/light could have turned out so much differently it I truly thank them for everything they did. Again, it could have been nothing and everything was just coincidences, I didn't have any proof exactly to provide them but they still took their time and listened and had it been something bigger I truly thank them for their actions to keep me safe.

Target is apple to apple lot better store than it's compatible .inside outside ,product availability and respect that American society should have , I will continue shopping at Target .

I've been in many similar stores, but none have treated a customer with such value. From the moment I entered the store until the moment I exited. I felt welcomed upon entering the store and was immediately assisted by one of the associates. Even the cashier made sure my visit was satisfying. This store made me an OfficeMax customer.

Valerie was great. I am glad she had a register open. I personal like interacting vs self check out. Even though there were no waits for check out. My lil haul today consist of make up, laundry beads, tp , milk and bananas. A quick one stop shop.

Walked in and walked right back out. They had no one manning the cash registers on a Monday at 2pm and there was a line of people backed up with about 15 people (no exaggeration) at the self check registers. There was NO way I was gonna stand in that line for one item. Until they get more staff, I'll be shopping elsewhere.

I am a regular shopper at Target. Today was not their best day. No cashiers so 100% self checkout and the Activewear women's department was a mess and limited inventory. That said, the Target week deals are great and even regular priced items I picked up were reasonably priced. Many of their grocery products are far less than shopping at Sprouts.

I use to do security for this store because , of fire watch . The manager mike at this store hates security and, I found that out the hard way . He's very rude , disrespectful and inconsiderate and, he's very unprofessional. I must say for him to be a manager at this store, im not to impressed. He needs to work on his communication skills also for as much as he likes to run his mouth. He needs to be fired or , demoted. I hope he doesn't treat his customers the way he treated me because, if he does then , he should be terminated. Im only giving one star because, it's the only way to post my review on here . If it wasn't for that ,I wouldn't leave any stars at all because, Mike's additude and , his actions and ,his behavior and, because of his lack of communication skills.

Be aware of shopping online at Target. I purchased a television online, I went to the store location according to the website instructions stating it was ready for pickup and found that it was the wrong brand. I understand that things happen and sometimes there is miscommunication. The problem was that the customer service associate tried to convince me to take the inferior brand. It was a complete waste of my time and Targets time.

Just went to target for Optical exam. I have not been in a while. There was a Pizza Hut inside, Starbucks, CVS Pharmacy and much more. They have clothing, food, electronics, baby formula, car seat, toys, bikes, etc.

This is a huge store with a wide selection. However, the selection, especially for men , is hit or miss. I needed dress shirts and they had plenty on the large and extra large, but few medium. The staff is helpful. The aisles are wide and the store is easy to maneuver. There is tons of parking. The sales are usually excellent.

The store itself was clean. The men's bathroom was not! My son came out and told me there was no toilet paper in one stall and the other stall was locked even though vacant. He told the cleaning lady and she didn't seem to care. Sorry, but that is unacceptable.

This store has it all. Everyday things for the home. Big on style, low on price. Great holiday items. Special gifts. If you have a pet, you need to visit the pet section. It’s huge and much cheaper than the big box pet stores! The Ahwatukee store is a great location. If you’re not shopping there, you should be.

I shop at Target more than most stores and even more now that I barely have to leave the comfort zones of my car with their 🚗Drive Up shopping experience or home with their Shipt Delivery partnership for groceries.
