Absolutely great. Whenever I've needed anything serviced Bernie or John or Greg are here that day or the next. I've been a customer over two decades. Too quality equipment. Top quality staff. Top quality service.

Not sure how many stars to give on this as I've dealt with Bernie in the past when I got back into audio quite a few years ago and the service was great. Stopped by recently as I was looking to upgrade all my components and was told by a guy at the door (not Bernie) that I could not enter as all visits were by appointment only. Since I had traveled quite a way I asked if I could just browse to see what' brands they offered and was handed a card and told to make an appointment and the door was closed in my face and locked. I was stunned by the rudeness.

I have been coming to The Audio Store for years. Bernie is always a pleasure to work with and is very knowledgeable about his craft. Cannot recommend enough if you want high quality audio equipment and advice.

Pretty expedient customer centric experience. Asked the guy at the entrance and he directed me to Geek Squad and by the time I got there (10 seconds later) someone was standing there addressinge on what I needed. Was in and out in under 5 minutes WITH instructions on how to install the device I purchased!

Today I was taking your restaurant order, your employee says to accept the order on the phone. What does it mean? I need an order. Respect yourself. They are not ashamed. They are not allowed to look at my phone. I think you came from a hungry country.

They do not have enough employees. If you know what you are looking for, you will be fine. If you need help, that is an issue. For a store that specializes in technology equipment, they should have more people available to help the customers. Once you are able to reach out and find someone, the employees are very nice.

Don't go here if you need anything for a Windows surface. Literally no stock. Maybe 4 employees in the whole store. There's a reason these places are closing up.

In general I like a good best buy store. Don't care for their policy of interrogation as soon as you walk in the door. Sometimes you just want to walk around and browse first, then find something to buy. Not everyone needs a shadow. Went in looking for a wireless keyboard, want ed to try a couple out, see how comfortable they might be, received a dissertation on keyboards and function... did not need that. I left the store unfortunately and went up the road to the competition, and bought the one I liked. Only saving grace was the checkout associates had good personalities, fast,
efficient and knowledgeable.

Nice visit. They handled my return pleasantly and efficiently. We also bought a Fitbit for my wife. We didn't have to wait that long for someone to retrieve it from the locked case, and then he even rang us at a nearby register. Very friendly and efficient.

Easy access off the Berlin Turnpike. Plenty of parking.
Upon entering the store, you are greeted by a friendly associate who asks if you require any assistance. After telling him what I came to Best Buy for, he assigned a sales associate who took me to the department and showed me the item I was looking for.
Before leaving, he thanked me and asked if I needed any further assistance or if I had any questions.
Checking out was also a friendly experience.
Shopping at Best Buy was a great example of professional customer service.

The Audio Store in Newington is my go to store for audio equipment and repairs. Recently had my Anthem power amp serviced, Bernie took care of me sending it out and handling the issue to perfection. Great customer service experience and a repeat customer. A+

So I was starting to get bored with my sound from my older Focal Speakers So gave Bernie a call to see what choices I had. He said I have a lot of choices now. lot of the speaker Manufacturers he has in stock have made big improvements, I said I want to do a big upgrade to my speaker sound So he said you probably want to listen to the Sopra N°2 made From Focal. I went to the website to see how they looked and loved the styling of it. I call him back to see if he was available to show me, and he sure come on down ill fire them up for you. he's always excited to make time for customers. I get there and he says are you ready to be born again. I'm like, I am. lol

we start off listening to my favorites like Eric Clapton, James Taylor, Frank Sinatra. I was blown away from the Sound, it-was like listening to my favorite again for the first time, Amazing . So after an hour of listening, I told Bernie I'm sold, When can you have them delivered, He said this week. I cant wait to see them in my house.

Stopped by The Audio Store on a recommendation from a friend who is a long-time customer of theirs. I was looking to play my music throughout the house from my phone. The owner was very helpful and friendly and steered me towards the best solution for my setup. I went with the Bluesound Pulse setup and it’s been awesome. Really cool. After seeing the store and what they carry I may have to go back and pick up a new turntable. Such a cool place.

This crew is top notch. Bernie is the best, I came in knowing what I wanted, purchased a system and once I set it up discovered it didn't meet all my expectations.
Contacted Bernie, he worked with me to exchange and design a plan which fit all my needs. There is not many business of this caliber out there anymore. Highly recommend this team, keep up the great work!
