Good place. You can drink even Starbucks coffee in this station.
Everything is clean and well organised. In main building there are big screens displaying what time buses will arrive and departure. Every platform contain its own screen as well on which are visible departures and arrivals as well.
Everything is in Czech language and English. Radio notifications are in CZ, ENG, DE and RU. A lot of the employees speaks Russian as well.

Time can pass easily there but the area is quite unpleasant outside the bus terminal, people spitting, sweating and drinking , some shady persons but there is police and security and also an adequate market with lots of beverages and ready to eat food plus burger king

There are two different lounges and both are warm. There are enough coffee vending machines and toilets. There is Burger King in the 2nd waiting room.
It is a huge bus terminal. Spacious and clean. There are fast food shops and convenience store while you wait for your bus to arrive. Not much of seating areas and charging points inside the terminal. We took the bus from here going to the airport. The bus arrived on time and we did not have to wait that long. There is also huge screen showing the schedule of arrivals and departures. Well organized.
Odjezy is the new word I learned- departures. The electronic boards announced arrivals in multiple languages but departures in Czech. Clean and airport-like lobby. My bus arrived 15 minutes before departure and left on time. I had reserved my seat, and the electronic ticket worked perfectly. I have a 2-hr. ride and bathroom isn't working- Flixbus from Prague to Karlovy Vary. Bus terminal serves many companies, arrive early to find your platform. There are a lot.

This bus station has several bus services including Flixbus and Regiojet. More than 20 bus terminals. It has washrom which cost 1 euro (20 local). It also has a small mini market inside and food shops like burger king and Starbucks if u love coffee😊. Note even the open air place next to bus terminals is no smoking zone i saw a boy was smoking and police give them ticket for that so be careful
