This is the last of three Tours I’ve done with this company this week in London and each one has been knowledgeable excellent and professional I thoroughly enjoyed my time with each of those people

Our guide was very knowledgeable, our guide was personable and did not stick to all information pertaining to the tour and gave very much useful knowledge of London.

Stress Free Visas is a catchy name and also an appropriate one! The Russian visa process asks some rather odd questions, and SFV helped me answer them correctly. But mostly what I got from SFV was the "Invitation Letter." Getting one of these makes a difficult process simple, and their ￡4.95 visa guide showed me how to use the info from the Invitation Letter correctly the fill out the visa document properly. I actually started my visa process at a Russian visa centre in Mumbai, but they told me to get an Invitation Letter elsewhere. I got it from SFV. Thank you, Stress Free Visas!

Such a fun and informative tour! Long story, but there was a mix-up about a night I signed up for and I was super bummed that I wasn't going to get to go as the next few nights were booked. If you are interested in history or true crime, I highly recommend this tour. It's fascinating learning about the history of White Chapel and being in these spots that carry so much history.

Not impressed with this gentleman who publicly questioned my family tree and my relationship to one of the murder victims and basically said I was lying about it. After sending him proof he has not apologised and has not replied to my emails

This is our second walk with Hazel and I would highly recommend her tour. This was the Oliver Twist walk and it was very informative and enjoyable. You don't have to have read the book to enjoy this!

Andrea was the best guide we have had in a long time. His knowledge of Vatican City was inspiring and educational. Will plan to use travel curious in the future if all of their guides are as knowledgeable as Andrea.

My mom, son and I had the most amazing time and tour on the guided food tour with Victoria. Victoria, the guide, is simply amazing and we enjoyed every minute. Eat a light breakfast! We had the most delicious fish and chips at Jack the Chipper, and it only got better from there. Tried amazing food at the market - curry, fudge, dim sum! Moved on to an amazing deli with gourmet sausages, crazy good gelato and chocolate and high tea! Wow. This is definitely worth it and Victoria is local, is thoughtful and sweet and knowledgeable:) Book this if you are in London. We took the Uber Clipper up to Greenwich and this is a lovely afternoon.

Off to London for the Ripper tour. The group was a good 20 people. Our host was very knowledgeable and kept everyone on the tour included.

It's a walking tour of Jack the Rippers' old haunts. As you can imagine, graphics and descriptions were horrible but informative. It was raining and dark for the tour, which just added to the ambience of the experience.

The film with Depp, from Hell, made so much more sense watching it back after being on this tour.

The walking tour of Samuel Pepys's London was a delightful and enriching experience that unfolded like a journey through time. Susan, our guide, was the linchpin of this immersive adventure, embodying the perfect blend of knowledge, enthusiasm, and preparedness.
The tour commenced at the iconic Tower of London, where Susan set the stage for the historical exploration. Her storytelling transported us back to the 17th century, breathing life into Pepys's world. She described Pepys’s two visits to the tower, once visiting its zoo and another instance as a temporary resident.
Moving on to St Olaves, we discovered the charming church that Pepys attended. Susan's insights into Pepys's personal and professional life made the visit to St Olaves more meaningful, as we could envision the man behind the diaries within the walls of this serene place of worship.
The Seething Lane Garden, adorned with markers depicting key points in Pepys's life, became a captivating open-air museum. Susan's meticulous research was evident as she guided us through a few of the markers, weaving together Pepys's experiences and the historical significance of the locations. Her passion for the subject matter was contagious, and it made the tour not only informative but also deeply engaging.
The tour concluded at St Dunstan in the East, a stunning church that has weathered the test of time. Susan skillfully connected the dots, bringing Pepys's story full circle. Her ability to tie together the various elements of the tour showcased her expertise and passion for the subject.
In retrospect, the positive experience of the walking tour was not just about the historical sites but also about Susan's role in making it come alive. Her knowledge, enthusiasm, and thorough preparation elevated the tour, leaving us with a profound appreciation for Samuel Pepys and the vibrant history of London. Susan's guided journey through Pepys's London was a truly memorable and enriching experience.

Our guide Fernando (Cristian) was knowledgeable, adaptable, fun, interesting and from Teotihuacán. His information on his and his family’s heritage, the area, the exhibits in multiple museums was astounding - we leaned and laughed - having such a memorable day.

We had a personal tour of the Louvre with Pierre. He was very considerate and patient (we were late getting there) and extremely knowledgeable. He tailored the tour to our interests on the fly, and showed us things that we would never have otherwise seen.
This was a wonderful experience, and I would recommend it to anyone.

I wanted to share how AMAZING all of the staff were to help make my family trip to the UK wonderful as we celebrated my mom and my aunt’s birthday.

Day 1: Private Magical London Tour (7hrs)
We were greeted by Haseeb (our driver) who was WONDERFUL. He was kind and very personable throughout the whole day. We picked up our tour guide for the day Christine and she had a delightful personality, very knowledgeable, and a funny sense of humor. My family and I truly enjoyed spending the day with Christine and Haseeb. Anytime I am back in the UK I would love for her to be one of my guides!

Round Trip to St. Pancras Station for Day Trip to Paris

We were greeted by Haseeb (our driver) who was WONDERFUL. He made sure we knew where to get in line to board our train to Paris. He made sure we knew where to meet him when we arrived later that night from Paris. He so graciously welcomed my Aunt Paula that morning when he picked us up from our hotel with a beautiful gift to celebrate her birthday trip to Paris. We were so happy to have Haseeb as our driver for the second day. It just made us feel comfortable to see the same person each day.

Private Magical Windsor Tour (5hrs)
We were greeted by Massab (our driver) who was kind and personable. We were welcomed by our pleasant guide Carol who was extremely knowledgeable, and it was so lovely she was able to join us for lunch so we could learn more about different parts of the UK. My family enjoyed spending the day with both delightful people.

Day Trip to Leicester (Round Trip)
We were greeted by Haseeb (our driver) who we fell in LOVE with on our trip. He drove us round trip to visit our family in Leicester. He so graciously welcomed my mom Sharon that morning when he picked us up from our hotel with a beautiful gift to celebrate her birthday. We were so happy to have Haseeb as our driver for the third day. It truly made us feel comfortable to see the same person each day and he started to feel like family!

Private London Tour: Kensington Palace plus VIP Classic afternoon tea (5hrs)
On our final day we were greeted by Haseeb (our driver). We were so EXCITED that we could close out our trip with him as a driver. We truly got to know him on our trip to the UK and I would love to work with him again anytime I come back to the UK. I will ALWAYS request Haseeb to be my driver. He is such a kind person. We were welcomed by our guide Carol again and we were so happy to see her again and to tell her all about our trip to Paris. We didn't know that she also did trips to Paris and stayed overnight because we would have totally booked an overnight to Paris with Carol so she could have been our guide for most of our trip as well. She was extremely sweet and warm, and I would love to work with her again as well.

Overall, we had a FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE!!!! I would always use London Magical Tours anytime I travel to the UK or even Scotland if you offer any tours. Your tour company from the representatives that I worked with in the booking department (George and Diane) and the team of drivers and guides were TOP NOTCH!!! Your tour company is truly 5 stars!!!!

I required a Russian tourist visa and Tourist Voucher. Plus booking hotel accommodation in Kaliningrad for long weekend stay in Russia.. I thought how can I do this as seamlessly as possible to ensure all my paperwork is correct? I would recommend StressfreeVisas to undertake this work. Their responses were excellent to my enquiry and concerns. I had to make a visit to a sister company in London to finalise all the travel documents and to get my biometric finger tip test. Now awaiting my visa for my visit to Russia next month. I would highly recommend stressfreevisas for a seamless visa process.

I travelled to Kaliningrad from the U.K. to Gdańsk. I took the bus to Kaliningrad. Having a British passport going through the border control polish and Russian. I was asked to go into the Russian border controls office to be interviewed. I had my Stressfree tourist itinerary with me. Showed the border officer my itinerary. He said I see you’re a tourist. Right away I was allowed back on the bus into Kaliningrad. Stressfree Visas organised my hotel IBIS Kaliningrad. The hotel accommodation was first class which included an excellent breakfast. I couldn’t recommend Stressfreevisas highly enough.

We booked the Victorian Covent Garden on 21 October and we are so pleased we did! Our guide Hazel was so friendly and engaging and she enthralled us with lots of stories and facts right from when we met. Our hour and a half walk absolutely sped by. My parents and I had a wonderful experience with John as we visited Stonehenge and Windsor Castle! John was very knowledgeable about the history and “magic” of the different locations, and even the monuments and towns we passed on the way. It was delightful to learn more interesting stories about the historical figures and events that made the sites what they are today.

Our trip also included private transportation, which made us feel comfortable and helped a lot with my family’s mobility needs. I would definitely recommend London Magical Tours for anyone looking to have a wonderful learning and viewing experience of the English historical sites that they’ve always wanted to see!

I just wanted to express what a wonderful time my sister and I had with Karolina on our Private Brewery Tour in Prague. Karolina went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience at the very best places in Prague. She called each of the breweries in advance to make reservations, and while at the breweries, she consulted with the staff to ensure we got a good table and a good experience. We ended up spending 6 hours together and explored parts of Prague we wouldn't have discovered without her. I highly recommend this tour and Karolina as a tour guide!

I had the pleasure or working with London Guided Walks recently. From the moment I interacted with Hazel I knew I was in safe hands. She was knowledgeable, efficient and did what she said she would do when she said she would do it.
I had 11 groups booked taking them to one restaurant over five different buildings. The tours were interesting and all perfectly timed to arrive at their destination in stages. It is one of the best places to buy souvenirs from London. They had everything. We wanted Corgy dog 🐕 toys and London double-decker 🚌. They also had all kind of Keychain and magnet 🧲.

Fantastic day! I was a solo traveller and spent about 6 hours around Greenwich, Naval College and the Maritime Museum with Muhsin as my guide. Highly recommend.

Being a sort of crime junkie, my expectations of this Jack the Ripper tour were high. I studied all the wonderful information supplied by this company beforehand, it included numerous pictures of the old London streets and of the Jack the Ripper victims as well as quizzes to test your knowledge. The meet up instructions were very detailed, we had no problem at all finding our guide Jeremy. He took us on the walking tour through some of the places where Jack the Ripper attacked his victims. My husband and teen grandson loved Jeremy’s entertaining style, he clearly loved working with people. I must admit I expected much more in depth information about the individual crimes, more details, and less descriptions of present surrounding architecture. Also there was no mention at all of any of the other Whitechapel murders which I was looking forward to since we were in the area. But given the time of 2 hours, maybe that’s too much to ask. Another thing I personally found annoying was the closeness of several other Jack the Ripper tour groups, clearly on the very same path as us. So mixed feelings, but we did have fun.

I did not care for the tour guide at all (white woman with blond hair about late 50s or early 60s). She cared more about interrupting/complaining about the other competition/tours than maintaining a moment for the people in the tour she led. It completely took me out of the moment. Plus it seemed like half the tour she talked more about how Jack the Ripper effected and impacted her life than explaining things in a cohesive tale. The tour was disjointed and she honestly was quite rude to me. She kept asking people to come in closer so we could hear her, then when I got too close for her (approximately 5 feet away) she started complaining about invasion of her space and needing air. Make up your mind!!! Omg I should have used another tour service. Every other tour seemed to be having fun but us. Would not recommend this tour AT ALL. I'm no ripper expert, but she hardly elucidated upon the generic tale we all know... Hard pass.

Went on a tour with Jeremy, who was an absolute gem of a tour guide. He was delightfully entertaining and engaging. I appreciated his knowledge and his commitment to providing a quality experience. Please enjoy this picture of his enthusiasm for quality lighting on a church.

Onoufrious was our guide for both a walking tour of the acropolis and a tour of the museum. He was VERY knowledgeable and conveyed information in a manner that was educational, practical, and humorous. He spent extra time with us and answered all of our questions with patience and grace. An absolutely WONDERFUL guide and I would highly recommend him to others. We are a group of daughters and mothers traveling across Greece, and we will definitely request him again if we get back to Athens.

Norma went above and beyond! We had an amazing day with her she was very knowledgeable, adjusted our tour to maximize our time and adjust because we had already seen a few places on our list and then she spent extra time with us. Her love for London shows! It was like a family member was showing us around! She was very friendly always Considerate! I highly recommend!!!

My family and I went on a few tours with London Magical Tours and had the best time ever. We had the same tour guide, Jonathan, and he was wonderful. They were very organized, on time, friendly, etc. I have been on many tours where the tour guide does not know a lot of information about what we are touring, but Jonathan knew everything. He was able to answer all of our questions and give a very detailed description of what everything was. This was the best touring experience I have been on and will definitely be using them again when we come back. Highly recommend!

We had an amazing time. We spent several days and did several tours. Our guide and driver was amazing - on time, helpful, patient, knowledgable, and then of course there’s the champagne. Have traveled many places internationally and by far one of the best guide experiences I’ve had. Hazel gave a private tour to over 25 visiting American guests as part of our wedding weekend. Everyone who attended had a wonderful time on the Victorian Covent Garden walk. Hazel is a gifted story teller and has a great way of making history come to life. She's incredibly smart and her passion for the history that she shares comes through beautifully. I had done many London Guided Walks prior to hiring them for our private group and cannot recommend them more highly for a great day out.

Tour guide Andrea from Travel Curious was so informative and knowledgeable about the historical architecture and Roman history that we were blown away! My partner and I love history and his story telling of the history behind what we were looking at or standing on had us feeling immersed in it all. We are thankful for guides like him. We will definitely be booking another tour!

I cannot recommend London Magical Tours highly enough. I wish I could give them several thousand stars, rather than just five. Our group of six (me, my husband, my daughter, my father, my best friend, and her husband) all had an absolute ball on the magical Christmas lights tour. Our tour guide was just exceptional, showing us the beautiful Christmas lights and decorated store windows, stores that provide their wares to the royal family, and some off-the-beaten-track spots that offer charm and tranquility in what can be a hectic time of year. We ended our tour with a traditional pub dinner, which was the icing on the cake. Don't hesitate to reserve a tour. You will not be disappointed.

Prices are good for the city. The people who are in the store are great. The staff is helpful, polite and friendly. If you need some London gifts this store is the overall best I have seen in 25 years of visiting London.

I think we all wanted to take him home with us. Our drivers were the best and got us safely where we had to be!! We realize that it is a tall task getting 12 people around London. Excellent tour guide with a wealth of knowledge on Jack the Ripper and many other serial killers the world over. Visited all the relevant spots, although nowadays many are redeveloped so can be hard to imagine the surroundings back in the day. Worthwhile tour. :-)

Lovely day at Greenwich park with perfect weather. I only visited the royal observatory in this visit bit there's so much more to see. It was interesting to see the history and evolution of time keeping

We booked a week in avance with my Friends and he did not show up. We were 8 people waiting for him. We waited for 40 minutes. I am returning to my country tomorrow. This is unacceptable and rude. I want my money back!
