The cupcakes were pretty good. Moist and frosting were soft and fluffy. Not sure why there are a lot of bad reviews, perhaps I'm just lucky to get a fresh batch?

Gave a low star for service because they don't take cash. Personally, I don't use cash but that makes it inconvenient for not having a cash option for other customers. For that reason, 2 star for service.

I wish I took pictures, but we inhaled the goodies!! We ordered four different products just to try. We did the cookie in a jar, the cookie sandwich with frosting in middle, edible cookie dough and a piece of cookie cake with frosting. I loved them all, but I have one suggestion. I would do more of a cream cheese/flavored frosting instead of buttercream. Don’t get me wrong, they were great! But my favorite was the edible cookie dough. The portions were plentiful for the price. I’d say the price point was perfect and reasonable. But a lemon flavored cream cheese frosting would taste really good. Or raspberry flavored. I’d highly recommend and will be ordering again when I’m in town!!!! I have other products to try!

We ordered a 4 inch cake for our elopement and it was perfect for just us two. I called up and the lady I spoke to was so helpful, and I provided a Pinterest photo with the booking. It was so easy and it was delivered straight to our hotel.
As soon as I saw it my cuteness agression went into overload. They knocked the brief out of the park and in my opinion it looks better than the reference photo! My husband has never loved cake and didn’t really want one so it took him some convincing to have a slice - but he loved it! It’s a gorgeously moist and fluffy cake, buttercream is lovely and light. It is so delicious we had to remind ourselves we need to save room for dinner! I’d recommend this to anyone.

Yum! Yum! Yum! Their smash cake was amazingly delicious! They take a cupcake of your choosing, split it in half, the bottom half goes in the bottom of your cup and then you choose your ice cream for the middle layer and it is topped off with the top half of your cupcake! The result is pure perfection 👌 We both chose the fudge drumstick cupcake, and I got peanut butter oreo ice cream, and my husband got mint chocolate chip and oreo ice cream. They turned out to be perfect combinations! What a great little find in Orlando for dessert! Also away from the overcrowded International Drive area.

Loved the red velvet cupcake and the Twix cake slice! They were fresh and amazingly sweet. The frosting was buttery to perfection. I would’ve given it 5 stars if it wasn’t for the Oreo cookie dough. I was expecting actual Oreos on the dough. Not powdered Oreo on top of a chocolate chips dough

The place is very very dirty . A lot of trash on top of tables. The flor need a deep clean , it was dirty looks like they clean every other month . The walls are very stain and dirty , has old ketchup and old bbq sauce on the walls and are black stain like foot steps . That store need a deep clean . The Men’s bathroom smell very bad .Very Poor cleaning . The Entrance door very dirty . Stain with food steps . The glasses with tape and stickers . Poor clean . No supervision at all

If you are in Orlando and you have a sweet tooth this is where you need to be. There are so many tasty treats you will have to buy more than one. I enjoyed the strawberry milkshakee and cupcake with lemon filling. My friend enjoy pistachio ice cream, cookies and cake. I love that the treats were not overly sweet.

Came in today to eat a grilled chicken avocado BACON club. It took 25 minutes for our food to come to us, mind you they were not busy AT ALL. The serve told us that the chicken was frozen even though we came at 1 p.m. Once we received our food they forgot the bacon and the avocado was guac. On top of that I had asked for my buns to be extra toasted and they were cold. The atmosphere was stale and all of the employees cooking were wearing headphone, one was wearing overhead headphones not even AirPods. Will not be coming back which is sad since I used to work at the Colonial Location years ago and it’s very nostalgic.

We were trying to hit locally owned places, things we can't do at home and this place fit the bill. Super friendly staff, great prices and great food made our breakfast memorable. Would totally return to next time in orlando.

My husband and son really enjoyed the food, I guess it just wasn't my thing. We came for coffee and breakfast.
The coffee was amazing, with coming for.
The staff was excellent, multilingual, watching them serve other customers, I was very impressed.
My eggs were over cooked, but my son's were just right. Everyone loved the pancakes, I thought the texture was a bit chewy. The hash browns seemed to have a burnt flavor, my daughter said they treated just like McDonald's and loved them. The bacon was perfect.

Small restaurant but a perfect breakfast choice. They were totally willing to customize my breakfast without adding extra charges to it. Everything was fresh and super yummy. Loved it!!! Definite a must sto if you are breakfast person.

We ordered two burgers and a salad, first thing that happened was that the salad order wasn't even entered initially. Then when the salad actually came, many of the leaves was rotton!!! That's actually insane and I've never seen it happened. Just get the burgers I guess, although with this kind of health guideline I don't know if I trust what I just ate.

I mostly have pleasant experiences at this Smallcakes location. The store is always clean and smells amazing. They have a daily delicious assortment of cupcakes and other sweet treats like edible cookie dough. Their cupcake flavors include everything from a subtle almond flavoring to decadent chocolate and other fun flavor combinations. I love their lemon drop, wedding cake and chocolate caramel cupcakes, but honestly, all their cupcake flavors are delicious. Yes, I have tasted them all! Their employees are always helpful and friendly which always makes it a pleasure to shop here. The only issue I have with smallcakes is that one cupcake never makes it home (see photo). :-D

We have spent two weeks in Orlando at the International Drive and tried a lot of Restaurants and Cafés. But the World Café has become some kind of a home for us, where we had the best breakfast, coffee and smothies. Greetings to the kind owners, which have been always very good to us! I can recommend a trip to the World Café to try the "Berry Blend" and Breakfast Bagels.

Bumping from 1 to 3 stars. Was asked to give it another chance, so we did. I have to say they may have actually turned things around at this location. They were still busy when I came to pick up our order, but the staff was still very responsive and was able to deliver our order pretty close to the time stated. Still a little work to do here but nice to see they are heading in the right direction.

I wanted to like this restaurant, I really did…

The service was a disorganized disaster. Was left waiting for over 30 minutes only to find out our order had been sitting there getting cold. Got home and the order was incorrect.

I try to support local businesses, but after a very similar issues with this location I think we will skip it for quite a while before possibly trying one last time.

Very unfortunate.

It was almost a 4...but...
We arrived and there was one party sitting outside and two tables seated indoors. Plenty of room. We were the only patrons in line when we ordered.

The food was pricier than we expected, but we were excited about the "full english" breakfast on the menu. We ordered two cups of coffee and cups of water to go with our meal, and were told that water was not available - I assumed this was because so many people on I-Drive might come in asking for free cups of water without staying for a meal. But I was told the reason was because it caused "too much mess."

When the coffee was served (easily 20 minutes after we ordered), we asked for sugar (the cups arrived with four creamer packets). It took another 5+ minutes before someone came out to ask (again) what we needed (sugar). The breakfasts were okay - everything was cooked as ordered. But it took a very long time. Interestingly enough, when our food came out, several others' followed pretty quickly. It was almost as if perhaps someone in the kitchen was late and they were having trouble keeping up...then help arrived and food started flying out of the kitchen.

Anyway - yes, it was okay, and there is a nice patio where you can sit outdoors. Its I-Drive, so I assumed the $$ would be higher - but still seems pricey. Owner is nice - place did seem clean.

I’ll let the pictures do the talking. Waited 30 minutes for this. disgusted with what I walked away with! Will never come back to this location. And if you’re wondering, I didn’t ask for extra tomatoes. Not sure if this was a joke or what but for nearly a $10 burger, they really have to improve the food quality and service.

I took my son here to celebrate, and it was perfect! They have the best hand-scooped ice cream. They will let you sample the different flavors. They had an almond joy ice cream....super different.

They had a variety of cupcake flavors and different sweets like macaroons, cookie cakes, cakepops, etc. The cookies are huge. We had a cupcake and a milkshake. The chocolate, chocolate cupcake was delicious and moist.

The service is awesome. Everyone is really nice and attentive. They made several recommendations as well. They have cute gifts, too. I thought about getting some for my co-workers for Valentine's Day. Buuuut, they probably wouldn't make it 😂.

There is plenty of room to sit and enjoy dessert in the seated area. Parking is limited but available and free, right in front of the location.

If you walk in here and walk out without having a meal you will be doing yourself a disservice. The food was sooooo good. The pancakes were fluffy, the smoothies were delicious... everything was really delicious 😋. The staff was really nice. Oh and they have delicious 🍦

This is the worst Smash we have ever been to. Don't even bother.

We received no greeting when we walked in. The employee at the register just stared at us without saying anything when we were waiting to order. I started to order thinking he was good to go but he wasn't even logged in so I had to repeat my burger order. My husband and I ordered two burgers and a regular tot. It took 31 minutes to get our food. Absolutely unacceptable but we figured they may have been training. The food came out lukewarm/cold and there were at least 4 employees working. My burger patty was burnt on one side. The half of a piece of bacon I received on my bacon burger was half fatty and inedible. My husband's burger was okay. He said it wasn't anything special. The tots were greasy and cold. Definitely NOT worth the $20 we spent. Especially since they weren't busy at all. There were two orders before ours and the only online orders we saw come in on their screen was after we ordered. The couple that ordered before us received both of their burgers incorrectly made.

Environment is ok. Staff are friendly.
Brisket burger just taste barbecue sauce, nothing else, dry burger and drey brisket.
I ordered a chicken sandwich with a burger party to try, both, chicken and burger externally dry, very poor.

Delightful little Cafe with reasonably priced breakfast selections. Five of us ordered up an omelet, crispy chicken bacon sandwiches, pancakes, and the sausage egg and cheese sandwich on an awesome large croissant. Everything was hot, fresh and tasted great! The espresso and cappuccinos were also excellent. The owner was attentive and we had our food in under 15 minutes. Don't miss this little spot!

Great food at great prices - a real jewel in Orlando. Family owned and operated for over 20 yrs, tastes like you're eating a good home cooked meal in the middle of the most touristy part of Internal Drive. We'll be back... tomorrow!

First time. Ordered the Double Classic. Good, juicy burger. Haystack Onions were really good! Wife got a Mushroom Truffle Burger and Brussel Sprouts - she said both were okay and I ordered better. I'll definitely come back, but as far as burgers go, Shake Shack is better but Smash Burger is better than BurgerFi.
