Staff are always really friendly, one occasion I visited to drop some large packages and the scanner didn’t scan my barcode - the very kind gentleman at the till offered himself to help carry my packages back to my car in poor weather conditions also, excellent care taken and I will continue to keep visiting as my local, thank you so much Quality Stores

Says it’s open at 8am (on both Google and Yodel website). Arrived at 8:20 on my way to pick up parcel, and store closed.

Terrible overall! My friends and I ordered from them last night through UberEats. They delivered the wrong (cheaper) items but before that, they got stuck for about 10 minutes in literally the parallel road. There was also definitely two of them in the car but we still had to give them directions over the phone on how to get to our address🤦‍♀️
Not such good quality for a store that calls itself Quality Stores! Definitely won’t be going back!

Ordered and paid for a bottle of Oxford landing on Deliveroo and got delivered a cheaper Jacob’s creek ! Can’t get hold of them
