Been coming here for years. Recently it’s always new employees here and always screwing up orders. Today July 15 @7:15 pm the young lady in the cash register refused to give the buy one get one half off discount on saucers because the two six pack saucers don’t match, in all the years going to carvel never heard this but she was adamant in refusing the sale so with that said unless the owners around I will be taking my business elsewhere

Ordered a 3 layer graduation ice cream cake recently. Service is good and cake itself is very cute and delicious. Family love it.

Place is filthy! So disgusting. Even when I brought it to the attention of the employees they wouldn’t clean a table.

They were out of whip cream and they said we can only put 2 toppings on buy 1 get one sundae and the owner refused to give alternative topping since one wasn’t available. She was rude and disrespected me in front of other customers.

Customer service is great. We visit almost every week and they remember our order. I always get the hard cherry vanilla. The amount of cherries varies greatly - sometimes I feel like I am eating vanilla ice cream! And they need to increase the coldness of their freezers. Tonight it was 61 degrees and the ice cream was melting in the bag! Unacceptable. This has been a recurring problem for the past several years. It needs to be fixed permanently.

Love their ice cream cake SO MUCH! And you can also customize it, using any picture you select and it can be printed on the cake (no worry that it's eatable). They have so many different selections for cakes, you can always find what you like, and tastes delicious!!!!

Do NOT go here! Absolutely disgusting!! Hair in ice cream…. To begin with all the women workers there have hair loose.
