This place is so delicious! I got Cookies & Cream Frozen Yogurt, with White Chocolate Chips, Milk Chocolate Chips, and Cookie Dough Chunks. It was amazingggg!! Definitely recommend coming here!

Pretty typical Cold Stone, but in the best way possible. Great ice cream, plenty of options, and friendly staff. I walked in with a long line, and we were through in a reasonable amount of time.

P.S. The Cake Batter Batter Batter is one of the best creations they have.

Really good for a national chain. Not sure what to tell you besides they have good ice cream. They seem to make a little extra "accidentally* so just order a small. Employees are good people. Nothing to complain about, but exactly what you would expect.

An awesome discovery with this place. Quality ice cream, with quality service, with quality prices. Very nice and helpful service. The store manager greeted us when we came in. Showed and explained clearly how everything worked. All the choices can be overwhelming. They have iPads for the kids and the place is very clean. There were only a couple customers when we went in. However, upon leaving the place become very busy.Kids and adults will enjoy. Was surprised with the reasonable prices. There were 4 of us and the total came to $12. This is a place we will frequent more often with the grandkids. The one drawback to the business is the hours they open. They would get more business if they opened earlier than 1:00

My all-time favorite place for ice cream. I strongly recommend their dark chocolate flavored ice cream, it is absolutely delicious. The staff is always friendly. Sometimes it’s nice to sit outside during a summer day and enjoy their ice cream.

We have been using Maggie Moo’s shop to order our Great American Cookies for years because they are usually better than the one you get at the mall. And it’s far easier to get in and out instead of walking into the mall. But today when I tried to order a cookie to pick up on Saturday I was told that I had to pay over the phone instead of when I pick it up. I’m sorry but I will not give out my credit card information over the phone. I guess we will stop ordering from them and go back to the mall.

We have been ordering cakes from this place for around 8 years and I was only asked once to pre-pay in all this time. And that one time was during the height of COVID a few years ago. And in that instance I came by the store after ordering and paid in advance. I stress again it’s not right to request credit card information over the phone. But we have never been asked to pre-pay at any other time. The mall GAC will allow you to order and pay upon pickup. I called and asked them after I tried to order from here. I tried the on-line option but you can’t order the small round cookie cake. I thought about stopping by to pre-pay but I think we will just stop ordering from Maggie MO’s and go back to the mall. The decorations use to be really good from here but lately they haven’t been as good. I think the guy that use to the cakes left.

The store needs a little cleaning as it is a bit dirty. The walnuts in the ice cream we ordered were stale, and the outside patio needed a good power washing. I will not give a store front a good review just the there product was good. There are plenty of things that we look at, and a clean place is a must. This is surely a management issue. Please clean and update your topings.

I would give a negative rating if possible. Their brownie fudge ice cream was very bad.. whole fudge was sticking to the cup and all the fudge was very hard. Brownie bites were not fresh. Brownie bites and fudge was very hard and they formed a big lump together. That happens only when the quality is poor. Waffles were not cooked properly. When I asked the service person if I could get a replacement as the ice cream was not good, they were very rude. Overall it was a very bad experience. Bad management and very bad service.

I visit this place every time I'm in town. They have rolled ice cream, some food items, many drink choices. The rolled ice cream is simply amazing. I've eaten the coffee and heath one, the banana and Nutella one and they were both to die for. I had the mangonada and it was absolutely delicious. I y'all better go get some of this if y'all are in Springdale I'm telling you right now.

I had a wonderful time here! The ice cream was visually stunning, delicious and quickly served! The staff was very friendly and the place accomplishes a nice feeling with it's indoor decor and music. I will definitely be returning!

Super great icecream! Great choice of signature ice creams with mix-ins and syrups. Their sizes are huge and very filling generally. It’s a little pricey compared to other ice cream centers but you would definitely feel worthy of what you get. I always try their chocolate deviation which is my personal favorite and definitely a great treat for chocolate lovers. Friendly staff and quick service. I love coming here!

Probably the most toppings you’ll ever see at a self-serve frozen yogurt place. They even have a machine where they can blend your mix like a blizzard.

This place is amazing. Great service and friendly atmosphere. The rolled ice cream is excellent. You must try the strawberry lemonade. First time visiting from out of town but I will be back on next trip.

This place is great! If you want some rolled ice cream, this is where you need to go. Extremely nice people with outstanding products. I tried the rolled ice cream of my choice and it was wonderful. I also tried a lavender lemonade and it was so good. Don't hesitate to stop by here!

The ice cream is awesome! They make it in shop and it’s delicious. The customer service is lovely and the owner is super sweet. This is a Springdale secret that should be shared with all of NWA!!

This is one of the best frozen yogurt places I’ve been to. I had the salted caramel pretzel flavor and it was one of the best flavors I’ve ever tried. Lots of good flavors and toppings to pick from. The workers here are very nice and it is Christian owned. Will definitely come back here again when I’m in Fayetteville in the future!

Delicious! I will definitely come back again and again! They have everything you could want to mix in. They even make their own ice cream! My daughter has allergies and they were very respectful. Definitely worth a stop.

Cold stone has always been my favorite. I’m so happy to move into Fayetteville, that the town has a cold stone. I visited and had my favourite customised version of dark chocolate ( with brownie, almonds and hot fudge) in a waffle bowl. The waffle bowl was nice, next day I wanna try the waffle cone. All the ice cream lovers out there, plz visit the store. The staff are nice and friendly.

Update 4/2/2021- Very clean and safe. The staff is super friendly and this is still our favorite frozen yogurt anywhere! Highly recommended.

7/2020- Service is fast, friendly, and pandemic safe. Our server wore a mask and gloves and brought our treats to us outside. The frozen yogurt is delicious and has none of the grainy or icy consistency that we've had from other froyo stores. Cake batter yogurt is tasty! We'll be back.

My ice cream birthday cake was PERFECT. They followed every little detail of how I wanted it. All the ingredients tasted so fresh & delicious. You can tell their cakes are made with love. Thank you Maggie Moo's staff!! 💗

MaggieMoo’s has been my favorite for years… But yesterday @ 12:30ish just ruined it for my daughter and I while our ice cream has never been so awful. We wasted $11 on this yesterday and I literally had to throw it away. The flavoring and texture of the raspberry sorbet was as if it tasted freezer burn. My favorite has always been the mango which is what I was craving, but there was only a couple tablespoons left in the container and I had asked her if she could get another fresh one and she looked dumbfounded then told me “No!” so I had to settle for the raspberry with disappointment. Then the dark chocolate that has always been amazing was just as awful with some different consistency. The flavors just off. I don’t know what happened but the girls working there today were with a smile but just not what I would have behind the counter. That or management is not managing properly and or training properly.🙁

I have taken several different customers there from time to time but never have entered the building myself until tonight. I was actually impressed with the overall variety of flavors offered in addition to the size of the place. I wasn't expecting a small room off to the side with a tv in it or tablets to entertain kids. I'm pretty sure my kids will enjoy it as a surprise one day or evening as in have tonight, even though we're not on this side of town.

A little pricey but you get what you pay for. Quality home made ice cream paired up with Great American cookies that is a match made in heaven. The cookies were fresh and moist. The ice cream melts in your mouth it was a costly first experience for me. I guess how much you save depends on what you order. I definitely will be going back in the future.

Nice place to grab some ice cream or a cookie! Or a cake or a cookie cake! Love that they had great American cookies in there for those who don’t like ice cream. Plenty of ice cream flavors to choose from. We got root beer, bubble gum, cotton candy, and vanilla cinnamon. The root beer was pretty good reminded me of a root beer float. The bubble gum and cotton candy weren’t too bad kids would love it. The vanilla cinnamon was tasty! Personally I would have got a kids size instead of a small for myself. I didn’t even finish my small size. Service was okay.

We just went and picked up ice cream and oh my goodness it is so good! There were two ladies working in there and you could tell that they love their jobs. My step daughter got a double chocolate sprinkle dipped cone and I’m pretty sure I will have to clean my truck later. They have so many selections of ice cream and toppings and transportation devices! This is the place folks. This is the place.

Great atmosphere and always aiming to please the customer whether you're using student or military discount or no discount at all... Everyone is treated the same. My kid's enjoy visiting this location (especially for their birthday's) due to it being close to the house and whenever it's not busy or extremely hot, we can sit outside and devour our creamy creation..
