A very inept company. They can't read your emails let alone respond to them . I had a request in to move goods from the UK to Switzerland, they closed the ticket twice without doing anything. Atrocious Customer Service.....they don't care

I’m really satisfied by my ARAMEX SHOP & SHIP account. I ordered special and sensitive items from HK and US cause they’re not available elsewhere. They arrived to CH with no delay, no damage and no special additional fees except for customs clearance ones obviously.

I’d like to especially thank Ms. Elisabeth Ferreira for her kindness and her professionalism. She was simply perfect and her assistance was vital...

The only negative thing I wanted to point out is that delivery to my home address (FR) was not possible. Hopefully, I’d a work trip planned in the region so I could pick up my parcels without any problem!

I wonder if the SNS team boss could think about enlarging the door to door delivery possibilities to the rest of EU. Nevertheless, I strongly recommend this freight forwarding service and should use it again ASAP.

I loved the Aramex service. They deliver, unlike other companies I work with.
This other company had me drive 150kms yesterday to recover my parcels. They always ask for a cash payment, then they send the invoice, and starting charging penalties for a cash payment. Now this is what I classify as a nightmare.

Total SCAM. They hold your goods and demand a ransom - no invoice, no custom papers. I emailed them 3 times and called twice to get an invoice or at least a breakdown of the amount they requested. They totally ignored me. You either pay them or they return the goods to the sender. What a joke. DPD should not be using this company.
