totally WORST OF THE WORST courier you can ever find. Every parcel stuck at this hub, and they just simply put ''DELIVERED'' in their system, but the parcels was gone dissapeared!! totally no responsible!!

Hello you best express or worst express, Raja Uda to Ong Yi how took five days already and still not moving at all, my parcel has been stuck at your place for completely whole week, and you guys still not picking up my phone call, hello, are you guys still doing your job or shut down forever, I already paid the money. Just a simply job you guys cannot do it good. Please for god sake, if you cannot do the job properly, don't called yourself best express. If I could rate it no star, I would definitely do that, Thank you

Been waiting for my parcel from 30th June until 5th July and I still didn't reveived anything from them. My parcel has been stuck in this outlet for 5 days and my shipping address is only 10 minutes away from this outlet.

Contacted their customer service, they told me they got no enough driver and will expidate the delivery for me on 3rd July. I'm like come on, if you're a big company please hire more driver and you're working with Shopee.

On 3rd July, my Shopee tracking system has updated my parcel has been sent out for delivery. But until 5th July I still received nothing, I was told 4th July will get my parcel by their customer service. I've been waiting whole day at my office, even after 7pm my office already close. I'm still waiting until 10pm but I got no update at all.

Customer Service gave me their this outlet's phone number, and I contacted them. None of them pick up my phone, called since morning until noon. None of them was answering my phone.

Please lah, If you guys don't have enough driver why wanna work with Shopee? Might aswell hire more staff.

Very bad courier service office.. especially the Indian lady who sit in front of the counter..I reach there saw nobody at counter so voice up call called them. She heard my voice but just keep standing behind did her staff until I walked nearly saw her then she walk out slowly.. 🤬🤬🤬🤬. Best Express boss if your want your raja uda office business become better please I think you need to do something to improve your service.

tracking status showed attempt delivery failed for 2 days with reason "Nobody home due to holidays", this is office address and we are operating until 6pm on both days! What a great service?! Called office and they promise to deliver the next day again, i hope nothing goes wrong this time.
