They had beautiful display of woodwork depicting lakes at the Colonie Mall craft fair. I wanted a lake placid one and the gentleman said he would do a custom order for me and it will be ready the following weekend. ​My husband went the following Saturday and the man said "he forgot it" and he would mail it. 2 weeks went by and nothing. My husband calls and the man on the phone was confused on what we ordered but said "ill send it out today." Still nothing. Call several more times and no one answers. Called my bank and got my money back. Its too bad because their work is great. But customer service stinks..

I'd give NO stars if I could, the man was rude, I called, emailed him numerous times, NEVER GOT BACK TO ME.

The owner is nothing more than a scam artis. Took 6K for a job he never even started. Meanwhile is using our money to support his race car. Communication was horrible. You have to stop in unanounced in order to speak to anyone. Criminal at best. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

This company does not pay it's vendors, they are unresponsive and do not care about who they owe or how much. I would not recommend doing business with them at all, know that you will NOT get paid

They had my portfolio for over a month, when I stopped in today, I was told the designer was on vacation for the week, when I suggested that they had it for a length of time and could have got it done, I was given back my portfolio and told to go to Staples.
Apparently you have to be a large account to receive good service here, will not go back

Liberty Graphics is not good company to deal with. The experience is they are terrible with communication and there pricing is high to average. I have gone to another graphic artist to do graphics on my new trucks and they were $300 less than Liberty Graphics. Good luck, you have lost my business.
