Extremely unprofessional!! I called a day ahead the day prior to get business cards printed for an event. The man on the phone was not friendly but I wanted to give the benefit of the doubt. I placed my order for the next day. I arrived for pickup and the man in the shop couldn't locate my email. Then AFTER I waste my time resending it to him, he tells me he can't print it on the day of. Which is why I placed the order the day prior!!! Which left me with no cards for a business event.
Beezer Printing came through big time for our video production company's apparel needs! Their communication was spot-on, super reliable and easy to work with. We were super happy with our shirts, hoodies and jackets. The quality of printing was incredible! We're sticking with Beezer for all our printing needs! Highly recommend!

Beezer are great! They did several rounds of T-shirts for my mushroom club and were a pleasure to work with. Highly professional, super responsive, very affordable and T-shirts looked great! They were a big hit with our audience and we got a lot of compliments on the quality of the shirts and the printing. We've just commissioned another round of T-shirts, and I'm sure there will be many more.
I’ve had the privilege of working with beezer printing on multiple occasions as a road manager for touring performers- often needing merchandise made and shipped on the fly. Had a great intro to silkscreen class with Todd. He's an amazing instructor. Very patient and generous with his tips and tricks. It was a 4 week class, one session a week, from t-shirts and totes to paper prints, and I had a blast! Would highly recommend it to anyone who wants to try the medium

Incredible service!! NYC Fast Print was able to do a same day last minute holiday card order with an affordable rush fee. The quality and service was exceptional. We will definitely recommend and use them again!
Ray & the BPL staff are immensely kind and helpful. I started regularly going to BPL for transparencies and exposed screens about a year ago and have never been disappointed. Recently, Ray even mixed some fantastic white ink for me to use for printing on shirts, and it's truly the best white ink I have used. Also, BPL is easy to get in touch with and extremely responsive. Long story short, BPL has great customer service & technical knowledge, as well as a clear passion for printing from DIY jobs to bigger jobs. Would 1000% recommend to anyone!
These guys turned it out for us! We had an event this weekend and needed two shirts printed. They got the job done in less than 3 hours and the colors are exact! We use Neon fluorescent pink in our design and we’re worried the print may not be able to print that. It did and we are thrilled! Very responsive and very grateful for this team.

Chris is super easy to communicate with and I always feel like he has our best interest in mind. From price, to service, to timeliness and quality this is an excellent printing service. Would recommend!
Rude customer service, they rush/yell at you as If your asking for a favor! They’ll state they do anything, and once request is made, it’s “oh we don’t do that”. So stop saying y’all do anything. Waisted my time driving to the store from Long Island, and called ahead of time to confirm what I was asking for. On top they want all the money upfront with a 2 week turnover time. Yeah ok!

Really phenomenal work! Brendan at Beezer Printing was so great to work with and he was so patient with all of my modifications and tweaks before sending the work to be printed! He answered all of my questions over the phone and thoroughly explained all of my options and the pricing information which was so helpful especially since this was my first time doing a sweatshirt printing project like this! They were so knowledgeable and it was clear they really cared about the final product and making sure that I was 100% satisfied! I will definitely be using Beezer Printing in the future and highly recommend for anyone comparing places!

Recently open a finess facility in Sunset Park, Brooklyn. Wanted to order merchandise that displayed our logo. Heard about Big Bang Screen Printing from a neighboring gym. Michael was very easy to get in touch with, and invited me to his warehouse in Sunset Park, Brooklyn. He offered me very helpful suggestions, and was very eager to assist me with my requests. To my delightful surprise, I received my merchandise two days early, and it was hand delivered personally by Michael. I am beyond satisfied with the printing results, and I will definitely place additional orders through Big Bang Screen Printing in the future!

Mikey went above and beyond in making sure my order was delivered on time and pretty much beat every price I was quoted which was just an added plus. If you need any type of t-shirts, sweater, tank tops he is your guy. He always answered my texts no matter what time it was. I used Big Bang after I had a horrible experience with New York City Ink when dealing with my client, Tarzan Tree Removal. The owner, Michael, was able to fix the other companies mistake by delivering me shirts efficiently, quickly and top quality. He is so easy to get in touch with, as he always returning my phone calls within an hour. Each season when I need new shirts I either shoot him a email or text, he sends me an invoice within an hour and the shirts are delivered that same week. I would never work with another vendor!
Big Bang Screen Printing did a great job of a first order of t-shirts for my company Beat The Bomb in DUMBO, Brooklyn. Michael was really easy to work with, he even improved my design with some 'distress' on the logo, and they shipped the shirts really quick. I'll definitely continue using them for my t-shirt printing company needs in the future.
Been dealing with Manhattan Screenprint for the past 2 years and I love the work must say they provide excellent customer service and artistic direction. Turn around time is grade A. I'll definitely be doing more business with Frank and his team again!

Their prints and artbooks available for purchase are gorgeous, contemporary and affordable; this should be the first place people look to decorate their apartment! We are having a number of pieces framed by Anna (who is also an amazing multimedia artist); her attention to detail and level of service is impeccable. The framing here is gorgeous; it may seem expensive in comparison to a store bought frame but it elevates the work so much that I think it is VERY worth it when a budget allows. The community of people here is very supportive of each other and take so much pride in each other and their own work. This is definitely a business that you can feel great about supporting, and you'll end up with artwork that will bring joy for a long time.

Kayrock has printed thousands of shirts for me over the past few years and they always do a great job. As a graphic designer with varied jobs for diverse clients, I always appreciate the friendly hands-on staff and the easy conversations I have with with Karl about best approach and how to achieve the highest quality results. I honestly consider Kayrock to be a partner in my production stream and tap into their wealth of screen printing knowledge all the time. Gowanus Print Lab AKA Park Slope Press, has done a great job on both my business cards and my wedding invites. I have used them for replenishing my business cards since.

This place is terrible!! My order should've took two weeks and instead took two months. The lady was constantly on her phone. If you walk in right now chances are, SHES ON HER PHONE!! Anyway, the jacket came out nice but the customer service sucks so if you have no patience for bs than don't come here!!

My experience with Karl Larocca and Kayrock Screen Printing has been disappointing to say the least. 20% of the tote bags I ordered were printed poorly and I am still waiting for a refund that Karl said he would issue a week ago. This was after much waiting and hounding via email. I am now forced to take them to court due to lack of a response. They will pack up bags that have an image printed on a crumpled tote, off-centered images, and bags with stray ink marks and charge you full price for them. Then Karl will give you no customer service, but plenty of attitude in return. Save yourself the headache and the money and use someone else.
I have worked with Frank at Manhattan Screen Print multiple times and cannot say enough good things about his work ethic and dedication to outstanding products. I use MSP for both on-site screen printing and standard orders for branded / logo t-shirts, and the results have always been top notch. Frank can customize your production and provide best possible quality items suitable for your specific needs. What is even better is that the turn around time. These guys are really fast. I would highly recommend MSP to any company and/or individual in need of custom printed products.

By far the worst company I've ever had to deal with. Their customer service can't answer the simplest of questions(ex. have you shipped my supplies yet? ex. what's the tracking number?). I've waited 4 weeks for my ink and still do not have it. If you order anything, make sure you call because it might be on back ordered(I found this out a week after I ordered supplies).
