It’s my first time at the establishment. I ordered 2 meals. I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich. When they brought it to the table the presentation was great, until I took a bite of my sandwich and it was cold. My moms double cheeseburger was nice n hot but many of her fries seemed like it was from the bottom of the drier n tasted burnt. “Over cooked”. My experience was mediocre. I gave service a 4 because I needed to use the restroom and the unoccupied one was stopped up n wouldn’t flush. I reported to the staff and they went right away to solve the restroom issue so I could use it.

The burgers are very delicious, the fries are very crispy, and the service is very good. I really liked the energy of the employees, especially a girl named Valeria who served me. I will definitely return.

Parking is a pain for take away pick up. Otherwise the burgers are mostly pretty good. Last time I was there the bottom half of the bun was really stale and dry. Was a one off because normally everything is really fresh. Shakes are delicious.

This place isn't all that, shake shack burgers are way better. Fries suck, onion rings are ok, the soda machine should be up kept better, so should the entire store really. The burger was just... not worth the price at all, it's pretty basic tasting, nothing special, I had the bbq one.

The man behind the register was really funny and kind. The food was absolutely tasty. I am so full, but I want to keep eating. I wish I'd tipped more. Thank you all. I WILL BE BACK. The strawberry 🍓 shakes are amazing. There were a TON of fries. My BLT was the best...almost as good as my own, LOL. For once, I was told I'd get extra mayo, and I finally got it. I can't wait to go back. I had the two tattoos on my face and a curly out bush. Lol. My stomach is finished but this shake and BLT is too good to stop, until I've had every bite. Love you all. Unlike the other reviews, area was clean and workers were very nice when I was there. I ordered the BurgerFi with no cheese for myself, Kids burger for my child, and the Waygu burger for my wife. My BurgerFi with no cheese was not great - McDonalds tasted better. Patty was decent size but overcooked and dry. Probably would have better with cheese. I think if they put addotinal sauce in between the two patties it would have helped a little bit. Asked my daughter if it kinda tasted like McDonalds and she said it did. My wife's Waygu was alright. I do give them credit for their fries and giant onion rings - these were serious onion rings and they were spot on. For the price point of the burger I would rather get Shake Shack - but MGM was crowded and ended up here.

I asked for grilled onions and got raw onions instead (yuck). After picking them off my sandwich, it was pretty good. If placing a mobile order, check your food before leaving.

First time coming here and there was a long from the beginning. Waited around 30 minutes for the food to come out and then the ketchup dispenser ran out, informed an employee + was handed some ketchup packets. It was never changed while we were still there unfortunately. The area could be cleaner and the music was way to loud to talk.

Other than that the impossible burger was delicious (wish they didn’t up charge it) also remove the mayo + cheese to make it vegan. Really enjoyed the fries.

Close to the National Harbor but I’m assuming this place gets super busy at times.

We had a great experience here during MAGCON. The line was out the door and we got in and ordered within 10min (extremely fast) tables were clean and the food was fresh and very good. Got the CEO Burger and rosemary Parm fries with aïoli sauce. We will be back!!

Food was good but overshadowed by how filthy the place was.

Great spot for a burger place in the national harbor. We went in around 8:30 on a Thursday night and it looked like they fired the lobby cleaning crew. Napkins and trash all over the floor. Bathrooms had no toilet paper or paper towels but the employees were using them. All the tables we covered in fries and trash. It wasn’t dirty like unhealthy but just trash everywhere. The pictures I posted were after me and some other guest cleaned tables and swept up. We asked an employee to help but later realized he didn’t speak English. Was helpful with condiments once he understood. Non of the employees were rude but none helpful or had and desire to clean.

The food was good but took 35-45 minutes to get it and it wasn’t even hot once we did. Bacon cheeseburger had plenty of bacon and cheese. Good size patties. Good flavor. The Spicy chicken sandwich was great also. Good flavor and definitely spicy. Those loaded fries were loaded with flavor. It’s the burnt style fries so if you don’t like that then may want to steer clear. My sons kids meal was okay but the bun was ice cold. Had to take it off since it was making the burger cold.

Saw a lot of people getting desserts which looked good but they were waiting forever so we decided not to get any.

I’d like to try this place again with a different cleaning crew

I visited this location yesterday. I only ordered a small fry. I went back to where the fries were being prepared and the young man looked at me took the fries out of the grease and just walked away to the cash register which is all the way up at the front of the store. The cashier noticed what he had done and dropped the fries back into the grease took them out salted them and gave them to me. No thank you or nothing. Will not be returning.

The burger had not one drop of seasoning on it. If the strawberry shake I ordered tasted better than the food that's a problem. So whoever said the food was bland said it right. On top of it I ordered a bacon cheeseburger and received just a cheeseburger. Not good! It seemed they employed mainly Latinos with not so good customer service that talked way more than they fixed orders. Maybe that's why I did not get the bacon I paid for. I don't think I will return to this location.

Love the burgers/fries. It's comparable in taste but it beats the competition based on the amount of fries. My only complaint is the wrapping of the burgers in foil-like wrappers. This makes the buns very soft and soggy, especially if you can't eat right away. I understand that it does keep the burgers warm but it sacrifices the texture of the bun and it falls apart much faster. I'm not a fan of wet/mushy bread, simply put.

Clean and the customer service is Great but the taste is much different than other five guys nearby they're burgers are very bland I can't figure out why. Like verrryy veryyy bland. No other issues though. Don't think I'll be returning to this location for that reason. If I'm spending $40 for 2 burgers and fries I need to taste it. I don't have this issue with the one in DC or VA so I'll go there instead.

This five guys location is new to the area. Very clean and friendly staff. Good service, I am hoping they will continue to be friendly.
