I would be happy if the signs were with larger fonts and in ENGLISH too
Clear signage and helpful people on hand to help find your bus. Very clean. Lots of stalls so you can buy things to eat, including fresh fruit.
Probably most important: The bus station is connected to downtown and the airport by an underground subway station just outside of the bus terminal.

The restaurant and supermarket are somewhat overpriced -- at least one vendor charged me a "tourist" price. But the vendors are very convenient.

I got to Antalya late at night, around 10 pm, and luckily the bus to the city was still running, though I had to wait nearly an hour in the freezing cold. The station there is huge, plenty of space for everyone. Oh, and I also got an Antalya card at the station, while I can't recall the exact price, it was quite affordable and easy way to get around the city.
Wonderful bus experience. Thanks for the free snacks as well. Enjoyable and very safe ride.
Very entertaining and comfortable road journey from Konya to Antalya with this service. I shall advise everybody to travel by this bus service throughout Turkey.

For a large buss station rather grotty needs a good hosing down! Fresh paint. Animals cats & dogs awaiting food, you can see dogs been grad but there are cats which need care. Understand its not the bus stations responsibility but the city council of Antalya needs to put more care into well being of theses animals.
A well-organized bus station by Turkish standards, and well-accessible one at that - by tram. Same tram line actually runs to the airport as well, thus creating a very pleasant transit experience without any need for hassle, sweating or getting scammed by taxi drivers. One up, Antalya!
We took a Kamilkoc bus from Antalya to Fethiye. Firstly, the bus station in terms of connectivity is simply amazing. There are loads of companies going to all cities every 30 or 60 minutes and they are so punctual. Kamilkoc was our second option as the one we wanted to go on, at an earlier time, was fully booked but we were very happy with their overall service. The buses are very comfortable too. If you’re travelling on a budget, I would highly recommend using the bus as they are amazing and you get scenic views along the way.
The station is large, there are several terminals, but there is no convenient navigation. Conventionally, there is a terminal for distant cities and nearby ones. But it’s hard to figure out where. Another disadvantage is that there are several carriers and you need to go and check with everyone if they have this direction available. For suburban destinations, payment from the bus driver. Plus, this is a location, and the presence of a tram.
Overall a nice bus station compared to all the others I’ve seen there in turkey. AC is working perfectly, a lot of little shops, security at the entrance, toilets mostly clean, helpful staff.
Its big terminal buses and you can find all buses routes. To go to the old town center. You can go either by bus which you need to buy a plastic card for 12 TL its good for round trip. Or you can use the tranvia and arrive to the centre.
