Very nice station, nearest metro station is kashimiri gate on yellow line which is very covenient. You can get buses easily ac, non ac, govt buses and one can eat from nearby outlets.
This is the main bus stand in Delhi and buses come here through all over India. This bus stand is very wide. The metro station is just accross the road from there which makes it much accessible. Lot of different food vendors are available there. The environment there is good and memorable.
Travelled from Chandigarh to Kashmiri gate. Isbt has a lot of space and clean surroundings. Metro station is just besides so it’s easy to take a metro.
The usual bus stop if you are traveling to the hills from Delhi. Any trips to Uttarakhand and Uttaranchal and Himachal Pradesh is from this ISBT stop.
It can do well to improve the facilities like toilets and seating.

Very bad experience. People are boiling inside the bus station. Fans are not working, every corner is a dustbin "very dirty" inside. I don't think anyone, ever did cleaning. "Save your life don't come inside". Escalator are not working. No one ever believe that this is the "inter-state bus tarminal" located in delhi. The capital of our country.

I liked it , cleanliness is good, good counters are there, books , chips and others you get.
Also connected to the metro is an added advantage.

Most important thing to remember when you are here...
Remember to carry cash..!!!
Because digital India still don't have system to accept UPI s in local bus booking centre
Hardly you will find a SBI ATM here, after entering your card details it will shows you a message "No cash here, visit another ATM"
When you try to find another ATM by map. You will reach to Punjab National Bank ATM location, where actually a Pan shop is located.
If you try to get some cash through UPI transfer to some merchant, usually they will deny it & if somebody agrees, you need to buy some valuable things from there. Even you are ok with it,you won't be able to use your mobile data eventhough full network is showing.
