I give 5 stars because the service is top notch. You feel like you are part of the family as soon as the staff see you... They love my little black pug when we visit to get my supplies.

Awesome place, they have no trouble keeping kahlua espresso martini cans in stock for me and their range and prices are fantastic, customer service is amazing, so impressed with this business

I'm a bit confused about the other reviews. I have been in here a couple of times browsing then bought some ale last week. On every occasion the staff have always been nothing but kind and polite, especially the young woman (LK) who served me last week. Even though ale wasn't her thing (which is fine), she was so friendly, polite, and engaging, it was a real joy to meet her. Their prices are also significantly cheaper than other off-licenses in the area. Would highly recommend this shop; they carry a wide range of Australian ales too!

The friendliest of staff. They will help you search, the will order stuff for you, they will help carry your 2nd box to the car and they will do a dance on the curb for you. Love going here.

Disgusting customer service, some people shouldn’t be in customer service at all , was treated well by 2 employees and the guy at the counter who I’m guessing is the owner was shocking , they could clearly see I was disabled and couldn’t go out of there way to ask if I need a plastic bag I have 1 arm with no feeling at all from a severe injury which is wrapped up in bandages and a cast so they could clearly see I cannot use that arm, yet when I ask for a plastic bag

he comments ‘that’s 10cents and you can’t pay that on card ‘
Lucky I had 10 cents and I gave him 20 Cents and said keep the change ‘

To then he places the bag on the counter and doesn’t put the bottles on the bag , so there I am trying to put 2 bottles in the bag which took some time. Felt very dehumanising, but Thankyou I hope you feel better about yourself, I will never shop there again and neither my family who have shopped there for some time . Be better !

Bad customer service

Was forced to go there because my order via bws app failed me. Staff need to be re trained to deal with technical issues and how to communicate with customers. So disappointed, I am hesitant to use the app 4 delivery as I don't want to be charged $10 delivery fee when the process fails.
I have lost faith with bws, they were rude and unable to provide adequate service. I'm referring to the scarbrough street store in southport.

This store is good for drive thrus and quick runs. The store is also open till late which has been very helpful for the last minute partys
