Insanely eclectic selection. Very knowledgable staff. Prices are slightly above what they should be for some of the rums I was perusing in my opinion but that comes with the territory of having a liquor store at Hudson Lights. First liquor store in Bergen County I was able to find Laird's (which is originally a Jersey Distillery) other than Apple Jack so that made me happy to purchase one of the last Single Cask Apple Brandy bottles. Definitely would recommend checking out and if you're a whiskey lover their selection is absurd.

Wonderful local liquor store! They have a great selection and seem pretty knowledgeable on the inventory. I had a million questions and the employees were more than glad to answer all of them. Everyone seemed so nice (although busy) feels like a real family owned business, I’ll be back!

I just want to take the time to send my appreciation to the ENTIRE Top Shelf Liquors staff. I moved to fort lee just in January and they treat me soo well to the point I feel like I’m apart of the family. If anyone was to go there and have the slightest bad experience then they are not in the right state of mind. Clearly someone who would complain about their services needs a drink because maybe things at home isn’t going the way as planned so they rather take their frustrations out by turning to liquor which they do not condone. I was in store waiting to paid but the registered lady so rude. No welcome customer service the way she talked and treat me was so bad. Yes, I was waiting behind scratch lotter sign to decide which onece I should buy some.Also I saw gentleman talk with her. They look happily so I wait one she asked me to register.The mood changed and be cold to. I even asked "Are you ok?" as I be in customer service industry for 12 years but the way she replyed cold and told me it 17$. So I decided to leave not buy anything. Sadly, store really closed to my house. I feel like I got a humiliate or unfair treat by customer service staff.6/16/23 at 3.40pm be careful who your hire for. You lost one customer here. I was treat good every time but definitely on this day. Also I just want to be review so they get a be better training for customer service but all I got after is doesn't seem any better. I wish the owner know but if that the way of owner supported then I would understand.

Nice liquor store by choice but lill expensive compared to other neighboring towns. Used to live in Cliffside Park and prices there few dollars better. Great collection of vines and expensive stuff. Also not satisfied by the lady on front/register, she actually tried to be nice but definitely with an attitude especially if you buying only pack of beer. Overall is okay but definitely would discover other places to check the prices.

Vast selection, including hard-to-find tiki staples like Falernum and allspice dram, and vintage Scotch. Prices are usually only slightly better than you’d find in Manhattan, but the service and extensive inventory stand out.

On February 25th, 2023, at approximately 7:15 p.m. I picked up two Guinness cans and I paid 23 dollars. One bunch of Guinness costs 10.66 dollars, but the cashier did not indicate this. She charged me one bunch price per can. She is a white female. It means that you guys stole my money and she assisted you in doing so. Or she took my money for her living. Because I paid cash and did not receive a receipt. We then spoke Russian to each other, and I believe that she understood what we were saying. Her ethnicity is similar to that of an Eastern European. Moreover, a large number of Eastern Europeans are able to understand Russian.

I was there on 2/8/23. Management needs to train their warehouse employees with basic manners and customer service skills. I was picking up cases of unrefrigerated beers and some champagne from the back of the store. This slim, dark skinned Latin guy wouldn't get out of my way because he had a dolly he was pushing. That dolly had nothing on it. I politely said "excuse me, shouldn't you let your customer leave this area first instead of forcing your way towards me with that dolly?". This guy had the nerves to say "don't you see me working?". The Chinese manager was there and didn't say a peep, which was really disappointing as well. Never coming back here. I will keep going across the street to Palisades Wine & Liquor, not only are the prices better but it's bigger with space to move around and the employees dont make you feel like you're in a 3rd world country. I only shopped here on 2/8/23 because I had to stop at the bakery next door. HORRIBLE SHOPPING EXPERIENCE, TRASH CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM THE WAREHOUSE EMPLOYEES IN THE BACK. NOT EXPECTING MUCH -JUST BASIC HUMAN MANNERS AND ETIQUETTE.

No room to shop and push the shopping cart around. The space is already tiny, and they have boxes piled up on top of one another in the aisles. Stock up and get rid of the boxes already! You can't even shop for wine and champagne because they are in the back where space does not exist. The spanish employees run over your feet with their hand truck carts and don't even aplogize. There's one asian guy by the cash register who is the only friendly and professional employee. The rest of the guys and the spanish workers are extremely rude, unpleasant, and do not care for the well being of the business!

This liquor store was well organized. I didn't find some of the liquor items I was looking for. But, It did not detract from the large assortment of other liquor items I could choose from. It has a very nice atmosphere inside to make any person's visit quick and enjoyable.

Solid store with plenty of different kinds of wine and liquor, including a good Asian selection. Key for being in Fort Lee. . They also have a Bitcoin machine at the front, a little strange but I guess matches the times. Also beside that machine is a station for wrapping your wine if you need it a gift wrap.

Very clean and organized store with good prices. It is new and close to home so I thought I would check them out. I asked about a couple of things to get my dad a gift and they were very knowledgeable explaining the details of the bourbons I was looking at.

GREAT SELECTION.... We had been searching for Dos Artes Tequila and were able to find it here. The management is very nice and always looking to help. We purchased the case of Dos Artes and have enjoyed every drop.

Great customer service is what brings me back. The staff at Top Shelf is so inviting and they actually know their stuff. If you need recommendations for a great mixer, stop in and talk with them. They can help you throw a great party.

Great product and floor service is awesome BUT the female cashier who is always unpleasant and has a awful attitude to customer. For an example instead of answering questions she points out the product here and there and etc.
Never does welcome greeting or thank you comments either.
It makes me hesitate to go to the store.

Good selection at times - light on some things other times. Some prices are higher than they should be while others are rock bottom. So be prepared to know what you are looking for & be able to come back if you would like.

Now (6/13.2020) you should wear a mask in the store. Disposable gloves and a sanitizer are prepared for COVID 19. There is a wide variety of wines and international beers. Low price.

Jake, Jeff and the rest of the crew are top notch and always willing to help. They make solid recommendations and know their stuff. Great wine selection here! Even found some Armenian wines!

I was up around NJ with a bunch of friends, we stopped by this Liquor Store. We were looking for a nice wine suggestion. This tall Asian guy named Michael was very helpful. He asked what we were having for dinner and it was our plan to maybe have some Italian food. He suggested this Italian Chianti, it was fabulous! It was nice to meet people with knowledge and so friendly, too!

A well stoked store with a large selection of beer, wine and liquor, although some wine prices are slightly higher than the local wine stores. It seems that the stores specializes in a large selection of expensive wines that lack any meaningful arrangement.
Wines are not clearly grouped into country of origin and the wines are somewhat haphazardly arranged; reds with whites, high price with low prices and some lack prices altogether.

Where to start. Wine king has been a very life changing experience. I'v never had had such good customer service. The manager is a quite joyful character and the people at the cashier are pretty much the start of the show. Sadly i care about my health but if i didn't i would come here to shop everyday! I got to say every trip here is really something.
