Wow, I emailed to inquire about stopping by without reservations because we were on wine/pub tour and really didn’t know when we would get there. I really didn’t expect to hear back, but not only did the owner Jim reply but he called me!! after explaining how the reservations worked he said to come by and he would take care of us!! We got there a little before closing and were met by a wonderful staff member Donna..they treated us like family.. Jom came by and sat with us past closing line we knew him forever! What an awesome experience ..and the drinks were exceptional..going back soon!!

What an amazing and tasteful experience!!! The staff was so charming, fenomiinal, and sweet! Very knowledgeable about the drinks and farm to table experience. The garnished cherries were the best cherries I've ever had. Presentation of the drinks were beautiful and paired with a perfect side! Absolutely exquisite! Can't wait until they open next to 2Silos in December!

This place is a fantastic place to visit. All of the employees in the tasting room are extremely knowledgeable in their products. They also have pride in all of their products. Everything that my son and I tried, was outstanding and delicious. We will definitely be returning here. One goes into the tasting room expecting a good cocktail/drink made with their products. You definitely get that. Their distilled spirits are great on their own. The battery takes them to the next level and shows what they can do. The staff there take the experience of the drinks and turn it up to 11! Would definitely highly recommend! As a matter of fact, why aren't you there now?

Was given a "Cocktail Experience" gift certificate and had to reschedule in January. Jim could not have been more accommodating with rescheduling. Went by Saturday 4/6 and had an absolute blast. We were advised to bring whatever food we wished and then went through their really good tasting menu. Papi makes a heavy drink so be prepared to enjoy. We left with a bottle of cocoa infused whiskey and an old fashioned premix. Will be back!

We visited yesterday with our friends. We enjoy visiting distilleries all over the US. This has been our favorite. From the friendly greeting when we entered. We arrived early but was able to get a cocktail and sit down and talk with our friends. The tour was excellent and we actually learned. Now to the tasting this was more just a tasting like most distilleries. Papi actually had recipes we could try with each spirit. Not just one recipe but several. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Everyone yesterday was outstanding. We will be back.

The cocktails here are amazing in themselves, but the customer service and experience are unmatched. The people here have a passion for talking about the product. We were able to taste several spirits before having a cocktail. If you have time for a drink or two on an afternoon, this is definitely the place to go. Strike up a conversation with the staff, you won't be disappointed. I just wish they would open a location in NY.

If you're mainly interested in traditional spirits i.e. rum, rye, bourbon, whiskey, vodka, etc. this place has most of those but that's not its specialty. Here their specialty are really the infused spirits. Photographer I counted eight choices in their menu and my personal favorites for the salsa and cocoa infused spirits. They also have orange, cinnamon, lemon, coffee, banana, and 3 tea, infusions so if you're in the area you definitely want to stop by. They have other infusions inside they use for mixed drinks that I would never have expected....such as horseradish.

Had a really great time here. Went in for a tasting not realizing they have a full bar. Your tasting can be small samples, mini-cocktails, full-size cocktails, or some combination of the above. Very surprised by how much I enjoyed some of the more interesting flavored whiskeys. Their gin is top notch. Exceptionally nice people. Matt was our server for the tasting and subsequent cocktails. Great guy and very knowledgeable. Kevin, the distiller, took the time to talk to us and answer our questions. Truly enjoyed talking to both of them and learning more about their passion. I will be back.
