Terrible company lack of information given. They put me at a job that is only Spanish speakers. They never answer phones when you call or text they don’t treat every person equal. Not a staffing agency that will fight to keep you working or protect your name they will let a place slander you and act like it’s ok because they need workers to sign up. I’ve called for 2 weeks everyday no answer. Don’t expect a call back. Delete my information from your systems!!! Kassandra said she was going to give me my first month review on Wednesday never did then she rescheduled it for Thursday then canceled then tried again Friday and never came to work keep in mind each day I’m coming in earlier then I’m supposed to to accommodate for the meeting. Then the next week comes around and she acts like she gave me a review but never did.next thing I’m getting a phone call stating I haven’t changed since she gave me my review. You lied and put me and my family in a tough position all because you failed to communicate and didn’t fact check anything that was said. Kassandra let the company lie on my name on multiple occasions.

I got injured on the first day I told the supervisor from Bj binery and they didn't seem to care at all. I had to wait and talk to Alex she was so caring and helped me I had to walk to concentra and they told me it was my L shoulder which I injured carying the bundle it suck they are a good company to work for

My experience was quick an reassuring which was followed with a helpful and polite demeanor by a worker named Nancy she made the conversation a whole lot more comfortable for someone who wants the ease or patience to ask questions

She didn't lead me on or left me in the dark about available work.
She answered and returned my calls fast as she could.
I even had trouble on part of my application and she jumped right in to help make it right.
I ain't saying she's the whole company, but they got the right lady for the job.

I also agree woth a previous review Daena hines was one of the worst staffers ive ever worked with i stopped workkng with them due to her, she was completely unprofessional and talks to people with no respect. Can never get anyone to answer the phone or respond. Had problems with my paycheck numerous times I personally wouldnt recommend this company

Just for your FYI: Daena Hines (Staffing Manager) can be very rude & unprofessional, she will not text you back if she don't feel like. If you don't explain your self thoroughly she will assume other things and immediately will call your attention letting you know she's going to let you go. She also known not having C.N.A back if something would to happen. Be careful CNA's & L.V.N's! Other wise this company is great to work for but you have to put up with Daena Hines attitude! 😒

They do not have any jobs and send you to another agency for work since their office is only for applying, they do not tell you this ahead of time.

They say that their open but the whole building is closed. It's located in a real sketchy neighborhood and there's a guy with a stroller dumpster diving.
