I can't speak highly enough about my experience at this doctor's office. The staff went above and beyond to ensure I felt comfortable and well taken care of. Nurse Practitioner Lynn Mays deserves special recognition for her exceptional care and expertise. She truly is the best, and I'm grateful for her dedication to providing top-notch healthcare.
Very happy with the care I've received at the Germantown location. Lynn Mays, CRNP is always on top of my medical needs and is very pleasant to deal with.
Dr. Karesh is great, and so are the nurse practitioners. I don't have to wait, and they are pretty efficient but also spend the time with you when needed.
Clean and professional office, friendly administrative staff and a spacious waiting area. Dr.Jason Lowery is a valuable new edition to this practice. He takes the time to listen to his patients and provides answers to all your questions, making it easy to establish rapport. Having an empathetic doctor who listens to all of your concerns and guides you through your next steps is a rarity these days. I'm glad to be a new member of this practice and look forward to more pleasant experiences in the future.
Eleanor D is THE BEST! She is warm, friendly, attentive to what I have to say about my body and what's been happening with my health. She actually listens and provides all the information and resources she has. She is so empathetic and intelligent. And if she does not have the information, she has only steered me towards the right quality providers who have also been great, work and personality wise! Having a friendly and caring provider like her goes such a long way! She tries to think things through all aspects and thinks of after care. I've had long term chronic issues. But through the pain, there is hope and laughter and care.
Thanks to her, I look forward to my appointments! She has a great heart and all the educational chops that goes along with helping people! Thank you for what you do for us women (people!)

Julie was great about calming my nerves at the beginning of my visit. The young lady who did my lab work was very friendly and good at her job. I barely felt the needle.

Dr. Banglore is best doctor. He does proper diagnosis and provides good care and proper treatment.
Unfortunately, he is mostly overbooked , hard to get his appointments and cannot give more time to discuss. Practice needs few more doctors like him.

This was my first routine physical with doctor Lowery. Doctor Lowery was knowledgeable and just an overall nice guy! Didn’t get the feeling of being just another patient that day. He was thorough, professional, and yet friendly. highly recommend him and his practice.
Dr. Bangalore is undoubtedly one of the best doctors I've ever had in my life. He's incredibly friendly and kind. He takes the time to listen and explain things thoroughly. Moreover, he has coordinated appointments with other doctors for me. The front office staff is also very friendly.
I left a message on the office voice mail with a medical concern of mine. Dr Bangalore returned my call, we talked it over and then he scheduled an appointment for me to see him the following day. I really appreciated the quick response and follow up from Dr Bangalore.

The doctors I have seen here are competent and compassionate for the most part but the same can't be said for the front desk staff.
On the phone they're typically brusque and easily irritated. They have messed up simple things like renewing my referrals correctly or sending medical history to other doctors.
While in the waiting room I have heard receptionists arguing with who I assume is the office manager, gossiping about patients, putting patients on hold to complain about them, and rudely ignoring patients who go up to the desk for help/ instruction. All if this is done loudly and in full view of the entire waiting room.
I was a medical receptionist for many years and I would be so ashamed to behave this way. Clearly there are low/no standards for behavior or professionalism here. I don't trust these people to handle my private health information, so i am finding a new practice. It's unfortunate since I do like my doctors here.

This has been the best attention to details and well thought out medical care I have received in a while. My doctor listens and does not make me feel rushed. The lab is in the building so also a one stop if you need labs done.

All of the staff at First Medical Associates are incredibly nice and helpful, but I truly can’t say enough about my provider, Eleanor. She is so attentive, caring, thorough, and kind. She always listens, taking her time to make sure I leave feeling like all of my questions have been answered. I’m so grateful for her and her support as she’s helped me navigate a new life changing diagnosis. She’s the best and truly the definition of a high quality primary care provider!
All the staffs, nurses and Dr Molly Harrigan, RD, PA-C is just amazing! They truly know what they are doing for the patients here. This place is definitely one of the best in the States. I feel very lucky to receive my primary care here. It's a great place!
I had a wellness visit with the Dr. Jason Lowery today. He is not one that rushes with his patients and treats the practice as a revolving door, since it was my first time seeing him, he went through my medical history and asked questions and provided me with copies of some of my records as well, so I could follow up with my other providers. It was refreshing seeing a doctor who listens, very personable and engaging doctor.
