I love love love going to see Dr. McAdams and the staff. The customer service is always great and they do their best to accommodate your needs. Soon as I walk in Shelby made me feel welcomed with her smile, Anthony made sure I was fully prepped before Dr. McAdams came in. Dr. McAdams always takes care of my needs and makes sure I’m on the right path with my health. Christine made sure I had everything I needed before discharging and Scott made sure all my appointments fit with my schedule. My appointment started on time and I was discharged in a timely manner. I will always be grateful for this team.

One of my good friends had been speaking the praises of this amazing staff for years, so I was so thankful when they began taking new patients! The staff has amazing patient service and I always feel listened to and cared for when I have an appointment. Would highly recommend!

Dr. Rachel Jones and her staff provide compassionate care for their patients. My elderly dad needed an appointment with Dr. Jones following an ER visit. Her assistant Star was responsive and understanding with us in time of need. They helped my dad get the care he needed to help him begin his recovery from a bad fall which resulted in a broken arm. Dr. Jones patient centered approach made a difference for our family. We are grateful and appreciative of Dr. Jones excellence in service delivery, going above and beyond!

To began the girls at the check in are so nice and welcoming.I see Gail Prentise CRNP she is awesome very caring she heard something off listening to my Heart and refer me to the Heart center I will be forever grateful. I had to have surgery and they replaced my left Aortic Valve and doing Great I will be forever grateful to Her for sending me there, She is very knowledgeable and caring , I am so pleased with Her she gives me excellent care medical and emotional.Thanks to Her and all the medical staff there

After I got unceremoniously dumped from “Integrity” like all of their patients I was nervous to see a new doctor. Especially since I was so used to no one at Integrity from the front desk to the back being useful in any way shape or form. But this place! AMAZING! From Carol at the front desk to the MA to Dr Jones, everyone was super nice and super efficient and even better….SUPER thorough. The MA couldn’t get my pulse because of my acrylic nails. It kept messing up the little machine. Most people would have said forget it and moved on. Nope, he did it manually until he got it. And Dr. Jones was so friendly, not remotely in a hurry, and called the very next day with my lab results. I was out 23 minutes after my appointment time. I am already referring family over. I am so thankful they took on all of us who were tossed aside from that lousy excuse for a practice. I love my new doctor’s office!!

Dr. Gottumukkala Pulmonologist is absolutely terrific! He is a wonderful listener and communicator. Takes his time during appointments and explains his reasoning for various therapies. I feel very confident that he is managing my condition completely.

Love love love Katy Shrode, CRNP and Shelley Whitney, CRNP! Dr. McAdams is also amazing. I see Katy as my PCP, and she always takes her time. I have never felt rushed. Couldn’t recommend this practice more!

Dr. Kolb is gracious, informative, personable and professional. As a new patient and a relatively new person to the area, I had a lot of questions on my initial visit. Dr. Kolb not only took time to answer all my questions in depth, but also provided recommendations to specialists in the area and provided a great care plan that fits my personal needs. Every staff member was helpful and accommodating. Highly recommend!

I was a patient of Katy shrode for several years. I was very happy with her but was not happy with one of the other CRNPs in the office. I left the network and transferred to another dr. It was a big mistake and I tried to transfer back but was told I could not transfer back into the Huntsville Hospital network. Even though I have several specialists that are in the network. I would like to know if there is a time limit where I could transfer back to this primary care office
And CRNP. It is only about a mile from my home and would
be very convenient for me as a senior citizen . Any help would be appreciated.
