I had an appointment on 2-27-24 and in lots of pain and as soon as the receptionist was taking the money this white guy comes out of no where and says 10 minutes late is too late so I’m hoping I can find ANOTHER DOCTOR TODAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Auburn Family Medicine is hands down the BEST doctor’s office in the area! The front desk staff have always been helpful and attentive to me, the online check-in they offer is SO convenient and quick, and Dr. Bufford is a truly wonderful doctor that actually cares about his patients. My wait time is usually much shorter than other doctor’s offices I’ve visited in the past. I’m grateful to have found Dr. Bufford and Auburn Family Medicine!

I am new to the area, and I was referred here, what a joke! I made two attempts to get something scheduled and couldn’t get past the rude person answering the phone who over-talked me asked me my age for what idk placed me on hold and never came back to the line. Please train her or get her country azz out of the front office! I wouldn’t send my dog here!

Dr. Gauthier is the best doctor I’ve ever had. He emphasizes changing your lifestyle instead of prescribing something that you don’t really need. All of his patient rooms have informative resources instead of being covered with ads for medicines. I’ve never been as healthy until I started seeing him, and he always answers any questions.

I have read some other reviews and I apologize for those who found the staff communication troubling, your concerns should be heard and it's frustrating when the line of communication for that is obstructed.

I've been using the patient portal linked on their website to send messages to the staff and schedule appointments. The staff has been great with responding to messages and the portal benefits the patient and staff relationship by being a record of communication along with other data for your private record like medication, biometrics, etc.

As for my experience with the care, I believe Dr. Hammond has expertly navigated everything I needed help with: skin conditions, neurodivergency, and depression/anxiety are some general issues I've seen Dr. Hammond with and he's heard out all my concerns and responded with a network of professionals he can refer you to for the appropriate care.

Everyone in the office is absolutely amazing! They were all very kind and answered all my questions. We got in and out very quickly.

I am so grateful Dr. Malavong is my PCP! He really cares and takes time to listen to me. His team are so caring as well! I'm so thankful for their amazing hearts!!

I love seeing Dr. Hammond. He always makes a point to take my concerns seriously and follow up! The front staff was gracious enough to keep my appointment even though I was running late. No complaints here!

Great friendly staff. Very welcoming and helpful. Didn't have to wait as long as I expected. Dr. was quick but informative and knowledgeable. One of the best urgent care facilities I have visited.

I have been a loyal patient of Dr. Malavong for years. The only doctor I’ve known to address the mind, body and spirit, providing a treatment plan for each. I always feel empowered with tools to heal more than just writing a prescription and forgotten.

Everytime I go to this clinic it is EXCEPTIONAL. The front desk ladies are so friendly and efficient and it is very clearly they care about helping you. The doctor is astounding as well, he really cares and takes the time to go over test results and everything you might need to know to get you to feeling better. This clinic exceeds my expectations every single time. 300000000/10

Horrible, horrible, horrible! If I could give 0 stars I would, not the doctors here. It’s the staff, plus the front desk receptionists they missed up my prescription had to call it in myself. Will over talk you and also won’t answer the phone!! Def wouldn’t recommend to anyone!! Someone def should take a look into hiring new staff, they are untrustworthy and LAZYY!!

If there was at all a way to not select any stars I dont think there would be any on this post. Ive called since 8am sharp, 15 times. FIFTEEN. TIMES. Since opening. Yet yall cant answer my call? I have COVID and literally just want to talk to my doctor about it. Yet your front desk people cant seem to answer the phone. If you are looking for a doctor, this place is great! If youre looking for a doctoe who actually will see you or talk to you within 15-30 minutes, this place sucks!!!!

I absolutely love Dr Adams and his staff! He listens and really is always there not matter how big or small the illness. He has many ways to contact him directly and at Auburn Direct you as a patient are heard and your voice does matter! He gives you facts and helps you get your health back on track. It is so refreshing!

There aren't enough adequate adjectives to describe Dr. Adams, Marcy, and Tracy. After flip flopping doctors in the area for years and always feeling like another number in a queue, I have finally found a doctor who takes time with patients and listens. After my first appointment, we had a plan in place to address areas that needed attention. I haven't felt this great in years, and I firmly believe it's because doc took the time to actually listen to me. When they have openings for patients again, run; don't walk. You will not regret the decision!

I cannot stress how amazing this practice is! As a trans man, it is incredibly difficult to find medical care that is not only affordable, but reliable. Doctors who listen and know what they're doing are incredibly difficult to come upon, but both Dr. Adams and Ms. Marcy are wonderful! I feel safe every time I walk through those doors, and every time I receive care, I feel heard and respected. Dr. Adams is perfect, and I am so thankful that I stumbled upon his practice. If you are trans as well, or any minority or person that has had trouble with doctors or medical care in the past, I cannot recommend these wonderful people enough. They really have saved my life when it comes to my health, which is so important right now, and especially in the south! :)

THE BEST!!!!!! Dr. Adams listens to every single concern you have and provides the best care going forward. Follow-Up appointments don’t feel rushed and neither do routine appointments. I love the way he communicates with his patients. He is so welcoming. Marcy is the kindest!!! I love her personality and sense of humor. What an amazing team to in Auburn. I get excited to go to the doctor. Wait times aren’t long and he provides refreshments. You instantly relax when you walk inside. Judge free zone. I love it here!!!! NEVER going to anyone else. I’ve recommended him to just about everybody! Thanks for everything Dr. Adams and thank you Marcy for always being a ray of sunshine!!!!

I wish I could give Auburn direct care MORE than 5 stars. Being in my freshman year of college and in a new city, Dr. Adams and Ms. Marcy have made me feel so comfortable. I’ve had same day care and the services are top notch. They are absolutely the best doctors I’ve ever had. I no longer fear going to the doctor. I highly recommend this practice to anyone who wants excellent care!! They truly care about me as an individual. I cannot say enough good things about this place! 🤍

Dr. Adams and Marcy are awesome! They are kind and genuinely caring. There's nothing like walking in a Dr.'s office and being called by name. Dr. Adams takes his time and talks through anything you need. He is knowledgeable and thorough. Marcy is kind a cheerful and settles any uneasy feelings from the time you walk in the door. So grateful they're in Auburn!

Dr. Adams and Marcy completed restored my faith in quality care in our area. I had lost faith in being treated like a human being with care and concern for my health concerns. I was wasting time waiting in lobbies (when I could even be seen) and then shuffled out the door without ever addressing underlying health issues.

Truly, Dr. Adams and team changed all that for me. They made me feel like they genuinely cared for me and my quality of life and health- and I believe they do! Today I left the doctor’s office excited about my health and my potential to feel my best and that is entirely due to the staff here!

Dr. Adams and Marcie are so nice and welcoming. The office is so nice and clean. I needed a primary care physician immediately and I didn't have to wait a month to be seen like most Dr offices. This place and these people are truly a godsend. I want to thank them for everything today,a truly great experience.

Doctor and staff are great. Personalized medicine and definitely integrative health with options. As I said, the Doctor & his staff front reception to the nurses and all those assisting are kind, helpful and accommodating.
