Not actually 24 hours, don’t know the actual hours. I came at 9pm on a Sunday with my sick toddler and they were completely closed.

Waited 2 hours for urine test, i used the restroom 3 times while waiting when it was time to go I didnt have to anymore. So they said I had to wait again until I had to use the restroom

I was sent to this office by my work for shoulder pain today, 7/31/23.  I have my own insurance with Kaiser but because I completed an incident report at my job, I had to follow their protocol.  I waited 4 hours in pain to be seen.  I was never treated so poorly by a professional in my life.  Dr. Lauren Trainer was extremely rude, dismissive, disrespectable and unprofessional!  She was adamant that she did not want to sign off on my worker’s comp because she did not know if it was work related and refused to give me treatment or a diagnosis for the cause of my pain.  She treated me like I was only there for fraudulent reasons.  Dr. Lauren Trainer rolled her eyes, gave no eye contact and stared at the ceiling annoyed when I asked questions and expressed concern.  She spent a total of 2 minutes with me!  I asked to speak with her again because I was perplexed with her treatment and she was even more dismissive and rude.  I also had questions regarding the cost and payment of the visit since she stated it was not worker’s comp and she was unable to give me any information.  I left with no answers, still in pain and feeling extremely angry that there is a practicing doctor who actually treats patients in this manner!  I asked for her contact info and credentials and she refused to give it to me.  I wish I would have gone to Kaiser.  I will be filing a complaint with the medical board of California.  Avoid this place and this doctor.

Avoid this place if possible. Let me tell you of my experience. Today is July 16, 23. I injured my ear at work last night. I immediately went here per employer's nurse on call instructions. Saw PA Cha. What a horrible medical professional. He said he don't think a loud noise can cause ear pain..and said the pain and ringing was due to wax, skin tag or a tumor. Hey Einstein, The pain started immediately after loud incident that happened a few inches from my ear. Then he forced me to put on these tight earphones over my already injured ear for a hearing test. I could not stand the pain after a few minutes of wearing the headset and had to remove them.

This is an Awful, Awful way to treat patients. My incident was caught on camera and there's actual proofof what happened immediately after the loud noise INCIDENT occured. He can see I immediately grab my ear in excruciating pain. I have better things to do than fake an ear pain..and go see a dr after working a full 8 hr shift and arriving at the clinic at 3am..all for the thrill of it. Does that make any sense to the normal person? We will see what the Medical board will say about PA Cha and his way of taking care of patients.

I will file a formal complaint with CA medical board to let them know PA cha has zero common sense and failed as a medical professional giving care tonight. And Wait till my attorney gets involved. I am not playing any games.

The staff is not customer friendly and expect at least two hours wait times for a five minute visit,I don’t have a problem with the Dr but the clinic is run horribly go elsewhere if possible

Where there on January 18th, 2023. I arrive there at 12:38 p.m. one of the nurses told three people that came behind me that it will be an hour before they take their physical. I was trying to figure out how many hours are in an hour. When it was time for me to go take my physical it was me and another young lady. Now they let this young lady go to the restroom with her purse but they told me to put my purse in the cabinet.

I'm looking at the reviews and it looks like they see other medical issues other than just "work related" ones, but when I called they said they only see work related injuries. Confusing and doesn't make any sense to be the first one to pop up when I searched 24/7 urgent care in my area at around midnight. Glad I called prior to driving there, or else that would have been a huge waste of time and effort. Beware!

Took my daughter here for a pre employment drug test and physical. Should have looked up the reviews before hand. Checked in at 12:00. Told it was going to be about an hour and that we could go to lunch. They would call when they were ready. Got back from lunch just before 1pm. Called her in at 1:10pm for paperwork. She finally got called in to see the doctor at 2:50!! Absolutely unacceptable!!! Will be telling her employer not to send people here anymore!

Checked in around 1pm for a pre-employment drug screening, it’s almost 3pm and still haven’t been called. It doesn’t even take that long, what’s the hold up? Front desk lady was nice though. I’ll update later..
They ended calling me around 3:15 just to tell me I have to go to the Paramount facility due to there drug screening person leaving early. Like why? They could tell us before? Me and a few others waiting. I ended up going to the Paramount facility, told them I was sent over from Lakewood (which they weren’t aware off because no one called them), gave them paperwork and they said we stopped doing drug tests at 3pm. Of course I was upset, I needed it done by today. Luckily they attended me, the staff didn’t seem too happy, but oh well, fix your issues in office.

It’s a really good clinic, the doctors are very attentive. However when it comes to calling their office I’m always put on hold for a very long time. They can improve that, specially when it’s something as simple as just asking a question or rescheduling an appointment. Other than that I like this doctor.

I saw Dr. Labatia for a routine appt this morning. He asked how I was doing and appeared interested in my responses. He re viewed my blood work from 6 months ago noting that all were within normal limits. I had a positive stool specimen and a repeat that was negative . He discussed with me the next test needed to be sure of a negative result
I felt that he was very thorough and was providing me with excellent care.. I am very pleased with Dr Labatia and the care he provides.

Excellent service I never wait more than 5 minutes to see the doctor. Great patient service.

love this clinic. They are all about customer service and their clients. Before bringing my dad, a senior citizen, to this clinic, I had tried reaching out to other doctors that took Medicare/Medical. Not only was the doctor caring and honest, but their front desk staff were all about customer service. I truly appreciate this clinic.

Dr. Sherif Labatia was super patient and caring with my dad. My dad can get overwhelming sometimes, but he handled his questions with patience. I was really impressed.
