I ended up showing up late and the staff collaborated despite my tardiness and made sure that I was seen for my annual physical. Everything was addressed that needed to be and my appreciation was well received. Overall awesome staff and very compassionate.
Called at 4 pm about a suspected ear infection, got an appointment for 8:20 pm, was not expecting this at all! Arrived early, was seen early, and was walking out the door at 8:35 pm. Best office visit experience ever ❤️
Everything you want in a health care provider - convenient, welcoming, timely, caring. In each stage of an appointment, I've rarely waited more than five minutes, which is unheard of at most medical offices. I trust my full care to them implicitly.
Lake shore primary care is absolutely the best medical practice! The staff is very friendly and the nurses and doctors are wonderful and extremely caring! I wouldn't trust my health to anyone but them. I highly recommend lake shore primary care. It's hard to become a patient but keep trying. It's so very worth the wait.
From the wonderful woman that greeted me and walked us through the items that were explained and signed, to the attentive and informative nurse, through the amazing provider that took time to listen, explain, and share info, to the assistance provided by the woman that concluded my appointment this experience was exactly how a well-run, professional, and caring health care providers office should be. Truly appreciated all they did.

This office only cares about your money. The Dr's name one the building is only that never seen her in the 4 years i have been there. Recently made a apt was considered a no show when I showed up for my appointment because the remainder card had the wrong time written down by the receptionist.
So I said ok mistakes happen and rescheduled for 5 days later. I show up at My time and now they say I didn't call to confirm my apt so they canceled it but I can reschedule again. Do your self a favor go to a different office.

Lakeshore primary is very comfortable, professional and caring doctor’s office. I am very comfortable and happy they are my doctors! Dr. D’Angelo is a great doctor, very caring, a good listener, and very helpful with any issues I may have.
I’ve been going to LSPCA since I was a baby and do not see myself changing care providers! The staff is always welcoming, understanding, and helpful! I’ve never had a problem with making appointments or had any difficulty with any of the doctors, nurses, or providers I’ve ever seen at this office!

The girl who took my vitals and check me into the room. I think her name was Marie. She was wonderful. I saw Jenelle for the first time a few weeks ago. Now she is my go to when I need appointments.
Although I am a newer patient this facility has been the best i’ve experienced. No other care facility can get you in quicker than south towns and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful! would totally recommend!
I have been with Dr. Sharma since her previous office on Southwestern. Both of my children also see her. They are very professional. I love the nursing staff as well and are always quick to respond to messages, questions or needed refills.
I highly recommend Lakeshore Primary Care. The staff are kind and caring. They try their best to accommodate your every need. Melissa takes the time to truly listen to any concerns you have. I enjoy working with her. The facility is super clean and pleasantly decorated. I feel my concerns are heard and handled in a quick and professional manner.
Dr Sarah Cook is absolutely amazing. My daughter has had some extensive healthcare issues at a very early age and she has always been extremely attentive to all of her medical needs both physical and emotional. She goes above and beyond at every visit and always addresses all of our questions and concerns. The staff has also always been very kind and helpful whenever we’ve needed any assistance. My daughter has come such a long way over the years and so much of that is due to the fantastic care she has received at Lakeshore Primary Care. We can’t thank Dr. Cook enough for all that she’s done and continues to do!!!
Very friendly, conscientious staff, nurses and Doctors. Dr. Craig Maclean took his time examining and explaining in detail his concerns and what path we should take. Excellent doctor/patience skills.
Very pleased with my entire visit today. Friendly staff..Melissa is very professional and takes her time to listen to what you say and to do a thorough exam. You never feel rushed and that is becoming very rare in a time when you feel like you are on an assembly line at some Doctors office.
Once again, Jenna is the absolute best! She always takes her time to listen & explain things if needed. The care I get from LPC is wonderful! From the receptionist to the nurses to drs…everyone is welcoming & caring.

I have been going here for years and i always feel comfortable it’s nice always seeing the same faces and knowing that my doctor which is dr sean is always personal he is aware of all my health concerns and problems and they are always on top of things when i have concerns they are addressed in a great time frame
I have been seeing Dr. Fyock for a few years now and feel that he takes all the time needed to get the job done. I understand that they have a busy office but him and I have always had time to sit down and talk about what my needs were. While it may seem rushed at times I feel like no matter what he has always had by back in any issue that I have had. Yes, some of the nurses need to chill out but I have my favorites that I ask for.
Dr. Kane spent a great deal of time with me for my annual physical and I had plenty of time to discuss all my questions with him. He was very informative and responsive. I always feel that I am getting excellent care and I really appreciate it.
I’ve always felt uncomfortable at my appointments and felt they were always rushed. I missed one appointment and now they noticed I have “repeatedly missed appointments” which is actually false. I have always rescheduled and admittedly it has been a while since I was seen but I have always followed the rules except this one time. They are perpetuating the kind of behaviors which don’t benefit the patient but benefit their wallets which is plaguing the US.

Moved to the area last year and started seeing Dr. Marra - I couldn’t be happier! I’m thrilled to actually see my doctor when I make an appointment rather than his NP or PA. He always reviews my health concerns to see how I’m doing and asks about any new concerns. He’s always open to suggestions and more than willing to give referrals when needed. Not judgmental at all, and speaks very candidly which I appreciate. Highly recommend!
Marra always tries to reinvent the wheel with my medication. I have to beg and plead with him just to get a refill on my basic ADHD medication.
I left a practice I had been a patient of for years after hearing ringing testimonials about Dr. Sharma and Sharma Family Medicine. I am very happy to say that my care has been excellent from Dr. Sharma, and from other clinicians and physicians at the practice. The entire staff is warm and responsive, and I find Dr. Sharma to be compassionate, while providing excellent clinical care.
This office was recommended to me by a friend 5 years ago. I absolutely love this practice. Dr. Sean and Gabby, PA have been amazing. They both are very attentive and thorough. I tell anyone I know to go see them if they are looking for a doctor that truly cares.

My husband and I both love this office. When our doctor retired I worried we would never find anyone we liked as much but we were wrong. Dr. Sean is our regular doctor but we have both seen the others and have had no problems. They are attentive and listen well. We have never felt rushed out. The nursing staff is top notch.
My experience is the best , i will wait a year to see doctor kane if i have too. Why? Because he takes time to listen to me , he explains things until I understand , he reassures me when my results are not as positive as they could have been. He's just a wonderful professional doctor who really cares about how his patients feel . Im so grateful and blessed to have found Doctor Kane as my doctor .
I'm a relatively healthy 68 year old. Doctor Marra went through the normal 'checklist' and also listened to some mild concerns I had regarding some mild, unusual for me, pain. In response he recommended and referred me for some precautionary testing. I felt I was in good hands.
Was Dr. Robinson’s patient for 43 years... would still be if he had not retired.... the staff was always helpful, kind and professional.... I wish Dr. Robinson all the best as he starts this new part of his life.... we will miss him!

The incredible amount of paperwork the ACA requires, has Dr. Kane seeing fewer people than he used to. We see the PA more often than Mom would like but the doctor often pops in to say "hi" and there's never been any lapse in the quality of the care she receives!

Been going there for over 10 years. Always fit me in if I am sick or need anything. Everyone is very helpful and friendly!
All I did was call to see if they are taking new patients. No they are not & she was very rude. If all the staff if like that, glad I didn't get in.

My doctor is dr. Kane who is excellent but getting to actually talk or email to him or get an appointment with him is impossible. Not even when I called to schedule an appointment after having had a stroke was I able to get an appointment with him!!!!
