Sales manger doesn’t care to sell you cars. Wouldn’t allow a relative to buy their brother a car. They force you to do Toyota financing to make the extra money and not allow car to be paid upfront.

My recent experience buying my Toyota RAV4 was great. I dealt with Xavier (salesman) who was patient, honest, and able to answer all my questions to the best of his abilities furthermore, he was able to offer his guidance and support throughout the whole process. I then dealt with Francis who was professional and provided me with some advice in regards to insurances and warranties. He took the time to listen to my needs and help me through these. Lastly, I Rubie was a gem at the pick-up of the vehicle, she was professional and attentive to my questions.

Never again. DON’T go here! They can’t be trusted! I had a leaking sunroof so I got it looked at and was quoted an extremely high price. I basically had one plastic tube that was disconnected which was causing the leak. I was told that I should replace all 4 “tubes” because they would break soon. (Quoted $650 for the parts and 4 hours of work - an hour for each tube). After telling my boyfriend what they quoted me, he was flabbergasted and told me to immediately say no & that they were clearly ripping me off. So he then went on YouTube and found out how to fix the issue. He opened it up and saw that it was simply disconnected and put it back in its place. The other 3 tubes were fine not even blocked nor broken. It took him a total of 20 minutes to reconnect the tube in place and inspect the other sides. I’m still in shock?! Not only could they have just reconnected it for me when seeing what the issue was, but they could have also been honest and not want to charge me for stuff that isn’t broken and that takes 20 minutes and not 4 hours?! Is it because I’m a woman and they think they can get away with it?! I’m utterly disgusted & insulted and will never ever go back here ever again! On top of that I waited an hour for the shuttle service.. Unacceptable. Worst experience ever! Do me a favor and don’t waste your time or money on these scammers.

My first ever experience with this dealership was with the amazing Mathieu in the parts section for my son's VW. He was so nice and honest, it really inspired confidence to go back.
Then I had the pleasure of having a chance meeting with Adam who works in mechanics at this dealership, and who took the time to answer a complete stranger's questions and once again, made me have confidence in the garage. Seeing his beautiful car and hearing his comments on how well the car ran influenced my decision into changing cars early. When a VW mechanic says the car's a charm, I listen!
And then I met Fritz to buy my car...he was just so incredible from Day 1, really trustworthy, genuinely cares about his clients, not just the sale, and his priority is customer satisfaction. I've bought over a dozen cars in my life and this was, by far, the best car buying experience ever!
I also have to mention Dominik and Lynda, who helped finalize the transaction and the delivery, they made everything easy and smooth!

I had such a great experience buying my vehicle from Vimont Laval Toyota. I live in Ottawa and saw the vehicle on autotrader, so going through the purchase had extra complications but I would easily make the same decision to buy from them and go through the extra hurdles. They offered my vehicle (13,000 km) at the same price as one in Ottawa that had 60,00km. So the offer was very fair, and they don’t try to push you into a financing arrangement by offering a financing discount.
When I went to see the vehicle the first time, the previous owner had done some sloppy paint touch ups to cover rock chips, but they assured me it would be fixed profess and I was very happy with the results.
Francois and his partner Claude were incredibly patient and attentive and answered all of my questions throughout the process. When I was back in Ontario trying to register the vehicle ay service Ontario, I was missing one document, and the sales team got on the phone immediately with me, found the document, and faxed it right away.
Even well after the sale, Francois took the tine to ensure I was mailed the rubber floor mats that went with the vehicle (but they were not at the dealership the day I took the car).
This dealership is really top notch, and they genuinely care about their customers. Even though buying a vehicle in Quebec and registering it in Ontario is a small additional hassle, I would absolutely do it again. Maybe in a few years I will, but for now I absolutely love my new car and I’m so happy I decided to buy from Vimont Laval.

We came in to buy an SQ5. No one even said hi. not even the reception. We went into the car. Checked everything out. We waited a few minutes. Still no one. They saw us walk in.
So we left and crossed to BMW right next door. Bought a X4 M. Too bad, the owner of this business should fix this or else he would be losing business because of the staff.

I recently purchased a Jetta GLI from Fritz at this dealership, and the whole experience was amazing. The staff is polite, welcoming, and professional. My salesman, Fritz, was excellent. He was transparent, kind, and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and comfortable with my purchase. Unlike other places, not once did I feel pressured to make a decision. It genuinely felt like my satisfaction was the priority.
It’s clear that Complexe Volkswagen 440 cares about their customers, and I recommend it to anyone looking for a smooth, fast and enjoyable experience!

I recently visited Complexe 440 for scheduled 60k maintenance on my car, hoping for a smooth uneventful experience. That's what I expect, considering the cost of the service vs the work that's actually done.
However, I left extremely disappointed and frustrated. After picking up my car, I noticed a new "airbag error" message on the console--which I've never seen before--and a non-functional horn, both of which were perfectly functional prior to the visit. The inspection report even stipulates that the horn was functional!!!
Shockingly, the service department refused to take responsibility, claiming they were not accountable for issues that arise while the car is in their care. I even made them repeat that part to ensure that it wasn't a misinterpretation: if something breaks while your car is in the garage, they will not take responsibility for it. They even wanted to charge me 150$ to plug the car in the computer to see the cause of the new code!
This lack of accountability, coupled with their dismissive attitude towards resolving the problem, highlights their poor customer service and professionalism. I advise potential customers to think twice before choosing Complexe 440, as their negligence and refusal to address their mistakes reflect poorly on their commitment to customer satisfaction.

I researched various vehicles and dealerships to find my new car. I completed the purchase with Alex at Audi Lauzon because of his professionalism and his ability to provide a smooth process from initial contact to getting the deal done.

Audi Purchase from Audi Lauzon
We drove down from Collingwood Ontario to Audi Lauzon on the Montreal area. We purchased a 2018 Audi A3 Cabriolet in August of 2022 and traded in a 2019 Honda Civic. The purchase went through as discussed on the telephone and the Audi was as described. We were told by the salesman that the Audi came with a one year CPO warranty and we would be covered for roadside assistance and for vehicle coverage for one year anywhere in North America.
In November of 2022, while at our winter home in Florida, we had a battery failure and a nail in the tire, almost simultaneously. I called Audi Roadside Assistance and was denied coverage. I was told that i did not have roadside assistance or a CPO warranty. I then called Audi Canada and was told that I didn’t have coverage. They drilled down on the data and later informed me that i did have coverage but that they could not do anything about it for a few days. I also called Audi Lauzon and they told me that they would pay for the battery and I should call AAA to get a tow to a dealership. I had no practical way to get the vehicle to a dealership, the closest which was one hour away, so I called AAA and got them to install a new battery. I was dealing with someone in Finance at the Audi Lauzon dealership. After a couple of conversations via email he stopped corresponding with me. In or about December 2022 I talked to Audi Lauzon sales manager Louis Philip Blais regarding the promise to reimburse be for the battery. He informed me that he would reimburse me. I waited approximately one month and, when I didn’t receive a cheque, emailed Mr. Blais again. He informed me that he would send a cheque and it did arrive within a couple of weeks.
The Audi Lauzon dealership did not help at all wit my battery issue while in Florida. I still do not know where the problem with my warranty occurred. Importantly they never apologized for their error.
In May of 2023 I had another issue with the aAudi The engine was overheating and it was not drivable. I emailed Mr. Blais at Audi Lauzon on May 11, 2023 and stated. “I have an issue with me warranty that I purchased form you and they said that I do not have Audi roadside assistance or an extended CPO. Mr. Blais emailed back. “This is the information in the system of Audi Canada and the car is under full coverage. “ He produced a picture of the coverage.
I emailed back stating”I know that but I have just talked with Sandra at Audi Roadside Assistance and she told me that I do not have a CPO warranty and she cannot provide roadside assistance.” Mr Blais emailed me back stating “Everything is in their system maybe you should try to reach another person and send those slides !!! (showing a warranty) There is nothing more that I can do from my side!!!!.” (Yes he did include the exclamation marks) I replied to Mr Blais “ I know that but I have just talked with Sandra at Audi Roadside Assistance and she told me that i don not have a CPO warranty and she cannot help me. Somewhere between you and Audi Assistance there is a disconnect and i have no warranty so showing me the warranty doesn’t help my situation. I need you to tell Audi Roadside Assistance that i have a warranty. Around this time Mr. Blais stopped talking to me via email. I have not heard from Mr. Blais since. Is this any way to treat a customer. He was no help at all. He did not talk to anyone at Audi regarding my issue nor did he offer to. The support from Audi Lauzon was disgusting and I am giving the dealership the lowest rating possible. I have had two issues and the dealership did not do anything in either instance to correct the issue. It was only after talking with Audi Canada many times that i partially resolved the issue. THINK TWICE BEFORE LEAVING A DEPOSIT FOR YOUR NEXT VECHILE. I was promised to have my new vehicle that I ordered 7 months ago but couldn’t get it on time. I understand with the market right now it’s hard to get your vehicle on time. My sales rep didn’t even care to call me and let me know that my vehicle won’t be here. I had to call many times and leave multiple voicemails and email to find out that my vehicle won’t be here on time I was told that I have to wait another 5 months. It took my sales rep two weeks to return my call. It took her another 3 weeks to refund my deposit. Heard good things about this dealership but I guess I was wrong. Very disappointed.

I had problems with my Bluetooth and they found water coming from the sunroof which went to the electrical unit, they changed the piece and stopped the leak within 24 hours! Very happy with the excellent service, highly recommended.

I have bought 2022 New Tiguan and it was wonderful experience!! For more than 2 months, I have visited so many dealer shops and have met so many dealers, but I can say Complexe Volkswagen 440 is the best dealer shop ever! Mathieu, Audreane, Serge, Stephane, Hugo, Marc! I really want to write down how kind they were in detail but I don't have enough English skill for it. They were super kind, whenever I had a problem they did their best to help me out. Especially, Mathieu and Audreane!! I felt they were doing their best to make me and my wife satisfied, not to sell a car. I definately recommand this dealer shop!!!
