I arrived at 9:10PM to pick up my to-go order. This location closes at 10PM but when I pulled up it appeared to be closed. But no, it wasn’t closed, the workers were all sitting inside behind the counter with ALL the lights turned off outside and inside except for one light on back in the kitchen. I have no idea why the employees would bizarrely shut off all the lights and signs when they’re still supposed to be open for nearly another hour. This is extremely sketchy and off putting. No customer wants to stand in the dark restaurant while waiting for their order. The workers barely said a word when I walked in and they all were mumbling in another language while I stood waiting for my food. My food was wrapped in tin foil, never seen that at Noodles & Co before. Yikes just all around yikes.

Hey! We were pleasantly surprised that the level of service had risen substantially here! Employees were moving quicker and were attentive and engaged. New management? Much more efficient operation that the last couple YEARS. We (three of us) got Summer Avocado with chicken Piada’s and also 3 pepperoni sticks. Everything was prepared well, good portions and tasted excellent. We will be back.

Wraps were good but I got my kids pasta and it was the smallest portion of noodles I've ever been given in a restaurant ever. Maybe filled the container 1/4 full. I literally felt sick when they handed me the pasta and I saw how sad she empty it was.

We ordered varieties of food for the entire family. Service and staff were excellent and very friendly. Food needs to be at the same level. Pasta needs to cook little longer as it was very chewy. Some of the tables need to clean regularly as it has left over food lying around it. Location and parking are ok.

I ordered food here via the app. Usually, the worker is friendly however at times they forget to put some of the ingredients in. One time I ordered the Korean spicy noodle with steak and it did not come with the steak! Food tasted all right for the price range. Parking can be annoying during peak hours. I would recommend it for people who are craving pasta or noodles. Don’t come here expecting authentic pasta and noodles.

We have gone to this Piada twice now and tried something different each time. Everything has been outstanding. I’ve had a wrap that had lettuce, feta, basalmic vinegar, and fried yellow tomatoes.
My wife love the pesto, basil pasta. My favorite thing they have is pepperoni breadsticks. Try these if you go. They were so fresh and hot, right out of the oven.
Piada is always extremely clean. The workers are very friendly and professional.

My wife and I stop by Piada about once a month. The food is always delicious and the service is always great.

The last time we were there they started having issues with the register when we were ordering and they were still waiting for the register to reboot by the time we were ready to pay. We would have been happy to wait until things were ready to go, but after a minute or 2 the manager decided to give us our meals for free instead of continuing to make us wait. Definitely another plus from the Piada team, we will continue coming back!

I had the chefs special wrap with Italian sausage and it was excellent! Will definently be back next time I'm in town.

On 06/23 my Girlfriend and I got food; her buttered noodles were dry and hard so unpleasant. It was too late to call the store or reach out.

Well they took away the beef stroganoff , which was a Debbie downer. So I chose the three cheese tortellini with Rosa sauce . It did not state on menu nor did anyone mention that it was spicy after I had just said its been awhile since I had been there . U need to put it on menu for people to see that it's spicy!!!!! I would have never gotten it !!!!! I can't do spicy ,!!!! Get the stroganoff back ! All's u r is just another competition to Piada . Which I would rather go to Piada, sorry . Won't go back.

Food is really good here fresh ingredients, amazing flavor, the staff is kind and friendly, and food always comes in a good size, my favorite orders are Avocado wrap with crunchy chicken, the farmers market salad and carbonara pasta is delicious!

I went to Noodles in Woodbury on 3-29 at 3:45. The reason I say the day and time is because the 2 women that were working were awesome! I had a pickup order to go, actually 2, and they were on time. The order was as I ordered. They were so friendly and made my day with their smiles. Thank you for great service and great smiles!

I work across the street from this location so I tend to go here a lot. This is honestly the best location I have ever been to which is why I keep going back. They've never messed up my order or burned my noodles. The staff is so friendly and some of them even know me by name at this point LOL! Genuinely the best people! <3

I don’t usually write reviews, but this place is wonderful. The manager is so nice to her coworker, who definitely don’t have as much as experience as she does, and she is very patient while she coaches them. As someone in customer service myself, this was a very rare sight, and was wonderful to see. They were all very efficient and quick, and the food and blackberry hibiscus lemonade is wonderful. The coworkers are very patient with each other, using polite manners and gentle kindness with each other. A very positive environment. Hands down best service I’ve had in the area.

So far I have had great experiences at this Noodles and Company location every time I dine in or take out. The staff are nice and make sure your food is well made. The food is well made and the environment is clean.

One of my favorite restaurants! Service is quick & everything on the menu is wonderful!
