I would have given it a higher rating, but they took steak stroganoff off the menu! The food is always good and the services excellent

We loved their buffalo chicken Mac & cheese. Zucchini Rosa with grilled chicken was really good too, expected lil more salt but overall felt very good eating it. Good healthy options. Order was quick to deliver as well.

Food - chicken parm noodle bowl was delicious. Packaged choco chip cookie wasn't that great.
Service - good

Nice place. First time eating at that "location" since they moved out of the strip mall a block down the road.
Very clean for being so close to I95 and the customers it brings in. Much better parking than before.

Ordered rapid pick up. Picked up the salad. Was home before I realized they didn't bother to put chicken on it like they are supposed to. And since they leave ZERO options to provide feedback or remedy this issue, it's a 1 star here.

Amazing experience primarily because of the restaurant manager Jose. It is so refreshing in this culture to have an individual who genuinely cares about professionalism and responsibility; an individual who isn’t lazy and thinks his job is somehow beneath him as if it didn’t matter how he conducts himself or approaches his job. This individual doesn’t waste his God-given breath in complacency, grumbling , complaining and/or some self-entitled attidtude. He cared for my family as if it were a 4 star restaurant. No job is meaningless. No moments in life are to be wasted. No responsibility is too little. No person is unimportant. He took care of my family. Thank you for the memory.

I gave service one star not because of the people, but how management conducts business in regards to their kiosks.
So here's a problem I have with this particular Panera.
Now, this review does not apply to all Paneras, but rather this particular location or others like it who have removed drink cups from the kiosk.
There's a notification within this location stating that if a drink is ordered at the kiosk, the customer must go up to the register, give their name so that the employee can look up and verify that they did purchase a drink, and then the employee will give the customer a cup
I can definitely understand this mindset. Otherwise a person could just walk up, grab a cup, get a drink, and walk off without paying. Nevertheless, the entire purpose of a kiosk is to avoid having to go up to the register.
I'm a member of their Sips program. I pay a monthly fee in order to obtain drinks at no charge. It's a great program for those that can access a Panera frequently and does so at a regular basis.
I do this because I do enjoy Panera coffee and so that I can go in, grab a drink, and walk out making my way to work or my day's errands.
There's no point in me using a kiosk and then having to wait in a line that goes all the way to the door just to get a cup.
Again, I pay a monthly fee and use the kiosk to avoid this very situation.
So what's the solution?
I'm not sure if this location is a franchise, but I would believe it if I discover that it was because a franchise owned by an individual rather than corporate Panera would worry about cups and drinks.
The only solution I can see comes down to two options.
1) The owner/operator accepts that there may be a few occasions where it dishonorable person will take a cup and drink without paying.
Or
2) Redesign the kiosk menu so that it can only be used for purchasing food or a drink WITH food. A person would have to wait for the food to be prepared at the cafe and they can get a drink with that food, so they would have to wait anyway. The only point of the kiosk would be to place their food order quickly so that it can get started rather than waiting in line. In terms of a person ONLY wanting to get a drink, the kiosk is completely useless, so the ability to order ONLY a drink should be removed.
Again, what is the point of a kiosk to order ONLY a drink if I still have to stand in a line for the cup?
Other Paneras I've been to (for example the one in Fredericksburg VA off of Carl D Silver parkway) still have the cups next to the kiosk. I don't know if it's a franchise or corporate, but I think that location simply accepts that the majority rules and the majority of people are honest and pay for the cup in which they take.
For businesses where customer service matters, it's better to make the majority happy.
I suspect that Panera's largest profit margin (corporate or franchise) doesn't come from the drinks anyway.

FILTHY. Disgusting. When the restaurant is dirty it makes you not want to eat there. Also portions are tiny for the price. I paid $7 for a sandwich that was a tiny square that was at most 2.5 inches wide/tall. I wont be returning to this location.

Best Panera I’ve been to …very clean, spacious and they had the cups out iykyk @mike5mser

The restaurant itself is spacious with a nice floorplan and ample parking. Unfortunately the restaurant is not very clean. Trash was all over the floors, under the tables - which didn't appear wiped off and clean either. I had the new Buffalo Chicken on a baguette and I don't think I'll try that again. I was just disappointed in this location.

So my wife decided we should try a new place. Noodles and Company was the place. Tess was the lady that helped us and she is outstanding. The place is really clean and open. The food was packed full of flavor, however they put this green stuff in my food. There is steak in this bowl somewhere.

Love that they opened this new location with a bigger dining room. I love coming here to study and always get a good meal with it. The staff is also nice.

Always a great dish. I only eat the chicken mont amor but I get it every day and large sweet tea. I just wish we could go back to the ceramic bowl and stainless flatware. I hate all of the bags, utensils and plastic in the trash bins.

The food was great as always, but we had gotten some potstickers and we were finished with our meal by the time we got them. Not a huge deal as it seemed like they knew why I came up to the register and had not forgotten about them. Love the soda fountain machines here and it was very clean and the servers were very nice. Always appreciate that especially during a late dinner.

I have to say I absolutely loved my time at Noodles and Company. It was our first time there. I was immediately taken care of. Vivian greated us and was super helpful from the very beginning. She was so friendly and accommodating to the very end. She was able to reccommend us food that we ultimately did end up loving. She is a great employee, and that she has eaten everything on the menu and not only knows it but can explain it well. Our food was great, beyond great. Fast and fresh. I have absolutely no complaints. I will most definitely be eating here time and time again. Thanks so much for your service Vivian! The cookies and rice crispy treats were exceptional. I look forward to many more visits 💖

Really great place to eat. The customer service is amazing at the specific location (Woodbridge Va). Now just as a precaution I do not recommend ordering the mac and cheese..that simply was not delicious. The parmesan crusted chicken is good though.
