Amazing, fresh, and perfect portions. I am flat-out addicted to the Tuna Carpaccio salad & tried (for the first time today) the Verduras Tower. YUM! Simply fantastic!

I love sitting at the bar, getting a wine flight and talking to the great staff. They also have a lovely patio.

Most of the food is super good and worth the price (bison carpaccio), and some are something I could make easy from a grocery store (caprese skewers). I suggest watching the food coming out so you can see what you're getting. The shrimp tacos are also very good for the price.

I always have a great time here, but not a fan that they charge a fee to use a credit card.

I highly recommend TAPAteria! Our server was attentive. She recommended small plates.
These are the best tapas I've had... even in Spain! The Tuna salad was outstanding, the Bison sausage was amazing, and you can never go wrong with olives! The sangria was very good as well.

Excellent Tapas food. It was great that the food was served quickly on ordering, because we kept ordering in small batches. The outside seating was very refreshing, and the inside was also beautiful (though a little small).

I have never been to a Spanish restaurant like this so I didn't really know what to expect. I was very unfamiliar with everything on the menu but in the end everything we ordered was excellent. All the plates we got were excellent blends of meats sauces and vegetables. The drink selection was excellent as well as the dessert menu. I highly recommend this place if you are looking to try something new.

Tried the Garlic bulb, Warm Olives, White Bean hummus. 😋
The white bean hummus hands down was my favorite. The lemon oil was a nice kick to the palate. You know you are at a good eatery when they understand how to do bread. Adored the toast points. Garlic bulb was also delightful. Warm olives was really a dish best shared. Loved them. Definitely try the peppers that come with them. I had a Caipirinha and the Dragonfruit Sangria. Both were easy on the palate and perfect for July in Colorado. Alyssa was my waitress and a delight. This is a must try for Old Colorado City.

What a great time! Rarely can we go out and not worry about finding gluten free food - here everything was GF! It did not disappoint - food was fantastic, service great and overall experience amazing!

This restaurant has been highly recommended to me by so many people, so I had high expectations! And wow, Tapateria sure DELIVERED! We had so much fun ordering tapas and sharing food. Everything from the bacon wrapped dates, to the octopus salad, to the lamb sausage and the bison carpaccio was divine. I think there’s probably something for everyone here!

We tried their green apple sangria (white wine) and blood orange sangria (red wine), and both were flavorful and refreshing.

Lastly, the desserts were phenomenal. Their special was cinnamon roll bread pudding, and we also got the cinnamon vanilla gelato and the amazing cedar plank s’mores. Everything was so good and SO worth it.

Finally, our server was so kind. He made helpful suggestions and made us laugh several times!

Even though we tried so many things, there’s still a lot more to try. We’ll absolutely return!
