I ordered from online exclusives order soft taco l, cranch wrap suprime and another thing the taco and soft weap sipreme were empty. Specially the cranch wrap looked like someone sat onbit the whole night. It was so finny. America is the mew Africa! Lol
This is my local taco bell but after 12 noon I go to Forestville or Oxon Hill if I want decent food. This stores night shift is unacceptable they are so skimp on the topping its false advertising at this point. They are lucky someone doesn't hit them with a lawsuit like people are doing these days. My cheesy gordita crunch had such little cheese the shells didn't even stick together and my steak quesadilla was just steak no cheese just steak and it didn't even have a lot of steak.
nice to order on a tablet so we could take the time that we needed to look at the menu and customize items. restaurant wasn't the cleanest, but food tasted good.
System Down In Drive Threw, So Me And 3 Other Cars Were Told To Come Inside To Order. We All Have To Use Sticky Kiosks Machines. Food Was Fast & Hot So I Ate In The Car, Got Home And Started Throwing Up Tacos. I Believe This Food Site Needs To Be Check Out Completely !!!
Wanted to try the experience here, but was told the system is down. I pulled around the drive thru and noticed quite a bit of cars and people being served inside. I went inside, and the cashier is taking orders, I ask if your system is down she replied "no what can I get you" I asked "Is the drive thru down" she said "no there goofing around cause the have no cars". I decided to decline the offer for her assistance to purchase food from this location. I remember the location from 15 years when my pops were alive. Whelp Burger King it is (only because it is the closest.
I recently moved around the corner here and have come everyday since. Tonight was the first time I had an issues. They drive thru cashier was incredibly rude of the bat. Hopefully this was a one time occurrence! I couldn’t even finish my order and had to leave.
I ordered the grilled cheese double steak burrito 🌯 first I didn’t get a receipt 🧾 and didn’t notice until I got home they didn’t even give me what I ordered I got a regular beef burrito I tried to call no answer so I had to write a review and as you can see this isn’t steak there’s no cheese or jalapeños on the outside I paid for what is a premium burrito and didn’t get it
They could do better with not ignoring customers. 5people from the back will mind their own business while their is a crowd of customers waiting. Plus the wait time after ordering is insanely long. Mold in some places too.
