Perfect for after work drinks. In their big tapas menu everyone can find something they like. I would really recommend the gambas croquettes!

They also have a nice cocktail and wine menu!

Would definitely recommend to sit on the nice terrace in the evenings. I am obsessed with the outside tiles.

Sehr zu empfehlen! Tolles Ambiente auch wenn es etwas sehr voll war, aber das zeigt einem auch wie beliebt das Restaurant ist. Das Essen war sehr lecker und machte auch einen frischen Eindruck. Wir hatten uns für eine gemischte Tapas Platte für 2 Personen entschieden und waren mehr als satt danach. Es war alles sehr schön angerichtet und schmeckte gut. Die Preise sind schon etwas happig aber es war lecker und mehr als ausreichend. Lediglich der Cocktail war etwas unspektakulär und klein geraten für den verlangten Preis.

Call me "five star Gary" but I am often fortunate enough to trust my instincts and go to places I would rate as 5 stars.

I try to keep a wide berth of places which look like 1 or two star potential. But anyway, Leven is a good place to start your day or visit mid afternoon. Great food. The bread and croissants were amazing. Coffee is delicious. The ambiance of the back garden and beautiful building is one of a kind. This is in a historic part of Sittard. Near the old school which is now a Doubletree.

I highly recommend this place for the service, food and location.

Sehr aufmerksamer und schneller Service, ohne aufdringlich zu wirken. Auch Reklamationen werden freundlich umgehend behoben. Absolut fix ist auch die Küche. Die Spareribs und der Meeresfrüchtesalat waren echt herausragend. Schade, dass wir so weit weg sind. Es könnte in unsere Lieblingsrestaurants aufgenommen werden. So was fehlt definitiv in meiner Gegend.

Quick food service. Large menu options. I am staying across the square from this place and it’s always busy. It’s obviously the latest exciting place in town. A lot of younger people here but also old people like me.

The ambiance is very cozy inside and out. It’s super busy on a Tuesday night. I’ve only had a few small plates so I look forward to the next visit.

The service was very friendly and quick. Pleasant and efficient. Be patient when visiting, you’re in Europe.

Probably the best option for gluten-free breakfast and lunch in Sittard. With a variety of sandwiches and granola. Gluten-free sandwiches come with a 1 euro surcharge. Lovely atmosphere in a beautiful old building. Had a nice coffee, the place does not offer gluten-free cakes however.

Fantastic cocktails and tapas! First time but definitely not the last. We really enjoyed the Calamari Fritti, Risotto/Tartufo and Seranno croquettes. Cosy and great service, make sure to try their Mojito ^^

Cappuccino was huge and nice. The place is a bit pricey but the location is good and the interior is beautiful (especially the garden).

Eating at Leven Sittard can be compared to life itself. Great venue for lunching (or a very early diner). Really like how the original building is kept and a lot of the ornaments are still intact. Great menu options with a lot of care for the quality of the food. Expect great coffee and very friendly staff. Must visit when in the city center of Sittard.

Love this cafe/restaurant in Sittard. Cozy environment and very good sandwiches and desserts. My wife and I always make a point of stopping here for lunch and/or a coffee when we are in Sittard.
